模糊矩阵理论在蛋白质二级结构分类中的应用

提出一种基于蛋白质二级结构特征序列的三维结构相似性比较方法.以八字母结构字母表中字母组成的联体在整个特征序列中出现的频率为特征源,构造联体频率矩阵,利用离散数学中的模糊矩阵理论对其进行分析处理,最终可以求得一个模糊等价矩阵,并利用此矩阵对待比较的蛋白质进行分类.该方法并不是基于人们熟悉的一维氨基酸序列,而是基于蛋白质二级结构特征序列,该序列由一系列具有局部空间折叠形式的二级结构片段组成.

The local development effects of major new roads

This paper is based on research undertaken for CPRE (Council for the Protection of Rural England) arising from concern at the inadequacy of current road planning procedures to address the issue of local development effects. The paper puts forward a number of arguments of principle in support of this proposition before recounting the planning and development experience of sites in the vicinity of the original (London-Oxford) section of M40 motorway built 20–30 years ago. This experience points to quite different outcomes in areas of open countryside as distinct from the periphery of the major intermediate town (High Wycombe), paricularly enclaves of enclosed land near to motorway junctions. With the latter the experience points to the failure of the planning system to anticipate and cope satisfactorily with development pressures. Since the provisions of development plans are used as the basis for assessing the impact of new road proposals this situation is not merely inefficient but conflicts with the basic purpose of the public planning system to give full consideration to the likely effects of proposals before they are committed.

间接法和捕捉法检测特异性IgM的敏感性与特异性的比较

目的比较捕捉法和间接法检测IgM时的特异性和敏感度差异,并探讨其产生差异的原因。方法分别用间接ELISA法和捕捉ELISA法检测活动性乙型肝炎和肾综合征出血热(HFRS)患者标本的IgM水平,并比较两者之间检出率、检测阈值、特异性的差异。结果检测稀释在PBS中的鼠抗IgM特异性抗体,两种方法的特异性和敏感度类似;检测活动性乙型肝炎和HFRS患者标本,间接法检测IgM的敏感度明显低于捕捉法;检测经二巯基乙醇处理后乙肝组和HFRS组标本,两种检测均为阴性,表明两种方法都具有针对IgM抗体的型特异性;交叉实验结果证明两种检测IgM的试剂均具有针对抗原的特异性。结论急性感染疾病的早期诊断、病毒的潜伏期感染和慢性感染的再次激活应使用捕捉法检测IgM,间接法检测IgM用于急性感染性疾病的诊断有待进一步探讨。

一类M/D/c排队网络的灵敏度分析

提出一类针对散货码头货运列车集疏港生产调度的M/D/c排队网络,建立生灭过程模型,利用排队网络系统的数学模型及查普曼-柯尔莫哥洛夫方程一般法则导出其性能指标的运算公式,并运用平滑摄动分析法做出该类型排队网络的平均服务效率对服务时间的灵敏度估计.分析方法在国内某大型散货码头调度策略仿真中得到较好的验证.     

The effect of green time on stochastic queues at traffic signals

Many analyses of traffic signal queues use Webster and Cobbe's formula, which combines the net effect of the red/green cycle with a term representing stochastic effects, idealised as an M/D/1 queue process having random arrivals and uniform service. Several authors have noted that this component should depend not only on demand intensity but also on throughput capacity in each green period, although an extra empirical term may partially allow for this. Extending the service interval in M/D/1 (M = Markovian, i.e. random, D = deterministic, i.e. uniform, 1 = one server) enables the effect to be reproduced, but no exact expressions for its moments are found. Approximate formulae for the extended mean exist but are accurate only near saturation. The paper derives novel approximations for the equilibrium mean and also variance and utilisation, using functions linking traffic intensity with green period capacity. With three moments, equilibrium probability distributions can be estimated for which a method based on a doubly nested geometric distribution is described.
