文章在分析目前国际航运业务管理专业实践教学体系现状的基础上,通过调研就业企业和岗位的素质要求,提出了一套基于就业导向的立体化实践教学体系,以实现就业的无缝对接。     

Critical success factors of supply chain integration in container shipping: an application of resource-based view theory

ABSTRACT

The container shipping industry is receiving growing attention in driving the performance of global supply chains. This phenomenon has accelerated supply chain integration (SCI) within the industry. Although SCI could offer numerous benefits, it is often quoted to be implemented easier in theory than in practice. The high failure rate that is associated with SCI is often not addressed in the literature. Grounded on resource-based view (RBV) theory, this paper is aimed at identifying the critical success factors (CSFs) and examining their influence on SCI and supply chain performance (SCP). Survey questionnaires were administered on 164 container shipping firms. The constructs were validated empirically using confirmatory factor analysis and were subsequently analysed using structural equation modelling. The proposed CSFs in this study are found to be positively corelated with SCI, which, in turn, is positively correlated with SCP. This paper has contributed to both theory and practice by applying RBV theory to identify the key resources and capabilities that are necessary for SCI in the container shipping industry.     

Verifying liner Shipping Alliance’s stability by applying core theory

The core is a vital concept in cooperative game theory and has been widely used in analyzing alliance’s stability. It is especially interesting to apply core theory in liner shipping market due to the latter’s exceptional characteristic of non-homogeneous cost curves as well as divisible and fluctuant demand. Having observed some new phenomena and trends in the industry, this paper studies the economic performance and stability of liner shipping alliance by applying core theory where business cooperation is partly realized by delivering joint-service with mega container ships. To demonstrate the core situation in liner shipping alliance, a cost function is first identified on the basis of two assumptions regarding cooperation: 1) sharing or pooling vessels and 2) deploying mega container ships if needed. Taking cost functions as basis, two conditions of approaching core may be groomed, i.e., collective rationality and individual rationality. The first condition is discussed from the perspective of market, while the second condition is studied within the alliance. Stability of liner shipping alliance is then observed based on these two conditions. An illustrative case study is conducted in order to show some implications and explicitly clarify the theory.     

海事司法鉴定存在的问题及完善

文中分析了当前我国海事司法鉴定工作存在的问题,结合海事审判特点,从建立海事司法鉴定法律体系、完善海事司法鉴定人资格审核制度、建构海事司法鉴定机构、对海事司法鉴定机构实行统一管理、完善鉴定人出庭制度等五个方面提出解决对策,以期对完善我国海事司法鉴定制度有所裨益。     

Ocean Citizenship: An Emergent Geographical Concept

Ocean citizenship describes a relationship between our everyday lives and the health of the coastal and marine environment. Through our everyday lives we affect, and are affected by, the marine and coastal environment in numerous ways. As such, individuals have a responsibility to make informed lifestyle choices to minimize this impact. In doing so, the actions of individuals can contribute to the amelioration of large-scale and seemingly insurmountable geographical problems. This article outlines the concept of ocean citizenship within the context of the public understanding of marine environmental issues. The article draws heavily on the experience of the National Maritime Museum as an important contributor to the development of ocean citizenship in the United Kingdom. Specifically, the Planet Ocean initiative will be examined, in which the Museum has adopted a multimodal approach to public engagement through exhibitions, educational resources, and specific research publications. The article concludes by highlighting the importance of geography in the development and sustainability of ocean citizenship.     

行政备案在海事管理中的运用

文中对行政备案的定义、分类、目的、作用及主管机关的责任进行了探讨,对海事法规中的行政备案内容进行了归纳,指出了海事管理行政备案工作中存在的问题及疑惑,重点就备案的材料要求、审查原则、办理流程及签注进行了分析,提出了相应建议,以供海事立法及管理参考。     

新罗海上军事力量与古代东北亚国际关系

新罗海上力量,在隋唐东征中兴起,参与了半岛统一的历史重任,使得东北亚地缘政治平衡得以重建,扭转了历史走向。新罗海上力量经历了8世纪的首度衰落之后,恰逢东亚各国中央集权的衰落,东北亚国际海面出现前所未有的乱象。张保皋海权活动填补海上权力的空白,促进了东北亚海上丝绸之路的新繁荣。张保皋的海权活动目的是促进国际和平往来,而非称雄争霸,日本也因此获取海上便利,而唐朝宽容默许张保皋的活动。张保皋发展海权的成果最终被扼杀了,以致东北亚的海上局面出现再次失序的苗头。在新罗结束期的乱局中半岛海上力量再次以相当规模出现。

基于认知系统工程分类方法，应用层次分析法构建了船舶机损事故人误原因因素结构模型，将成对比较矩阵的特征向量作为因素的权重，确定相关因素的影响力排序。给出了一种识别船舶机损事故中人误原因主要影响因素的实用方法，并针对性地提出相应预防措施，减少船舶机损事故提供可靠的理论依据。
