体验式教学在《公共关系学》课程中的应用研究

体验式教学做为一种有效地教学模式已经被人们认可和接受。笔者在《公共关系学》课程教学中也做了尝试,积累了一定的教学经验,取得了良好的教学效果。本文从体验式教学理论依据、《公共关系学》课程体验式教学模块设计及实施、《公共关系学》课程体验式教学意义及反思等几方面进行了阐述。     

SPMT在井口平台组块滚装装船方式中的应用

针对自行式模块化运输车（Self-Propelled Modular Transporter,SPMT）滚装装船方式,以蓬莱19-3油田4腿式井口平台组块为例,在称重布置、临时支撑布置、运输抬梁布置和轴线布置等方面对SPMT装船方案进行适配性设计,在组块强度、运输抬梁强度和SPMT车板强度等方面对该方案的运输强度进行校核,并对该方案进行拓展。该方案可为后续井口平台组块装船方案设计提供参考。

应用检验空军驾驶能力的心理学指标——五项纸笔方法对铁路机车司机驾驶能力进行心理学检验，并用标准９分制进行校标，结果表明除曲线轨迹相关较差不宜应用外，其他四项均可应用。

Scale of Entry and Its Effects on Trade Policies in International Oligopoly Market

On the assumption that the govermment has no anthority to intervene in the merger and separation of enterprises except to intervene in the export market by the protective tariff policy, but the enterprises can compete in international market in the form of merger or separation according to their own interests, the duopoly model was extended to a multiopoly model under Krugman- Brander framework, the effects of the variation of the number of enterprises on the enterprise＇ payoffs and trade policies were studied, and the promise and policy effect of flexible organization strategies of enterprises were analyzed. The obtained propositions show that the implementation of the enterprise organization strategies can offset the effect of other countries＇ strategic trade policy, and the rise of the number of enterprises in the industry is helpful to the formation of free trade. Furthermore, it is proved that if the rise of the number of enterprise in different countries causes the increase （ or decrease） of domestic producer surplus, then the domestic enterprises should take a form of separation （ or merger） to participate in the industry competition.     

Real-world gaseous and particle emissions of a Bi-fuel gasoline/CNG Euro 6 passenger car

The objective of the present study is the assessment of the environmental impact of a bivalent (bi-fuel) vehicle, running either on gasoline or compressed natural gas (CNG). To that aim, a Euro 6 passenger car was tested under various real-world driving conditions. In order to cover the full range of conventional powertrains currently in the market, the tests were also repeated on a Euro 6 diesel passenger car. Both cars were driven in two routes, the first complying with the regulation limits and the second going beyond them. Carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NO_x) and particle number (PN) emissions were recorded using a Portable Emissions Measurement System (PEMS). Apart from the aggregated emission levels, in g/km, the exact emission location along the route was also assessed. Natural gas proved beneficial for CO and PN emissions, the level of which always remained below the respective legislation limits. On the other hand, under the dynamic driving conditions with gasoline, the relevant limits were exceeded. Cold start, occurring at the beginning of the urban part, and motorway driving were identified as major contributors to total emissions, especially in gasoline mode. However, the application of natural gas was associated with a penalty in NO_x emissions, which were significantly increased as compared to gasoline. Local peaks within the urban part were identified in CNG mode. In any case, the diesel vehicle was by far the highest NO_x emitter.

《IMO公司和登记船东唯一识别号机制》是国际海事组织海上安全委员会（MSC）推出的一项新的管理举措，旨在加强海上安全、海上保安和环境保护，并便于预防海上诈骗。文中介绍了该机制的基本概况，分析了我国实施该机制的必要性，列举了我国当前实施该机制所面临的问题，从船旗国履约的角度针对性提出了我国为实施该机制在立法、数据库建设、数据保护、数据利用等方面的对策，并提出了合理的建议。     

中压直流大电流数据采集元件现状分析

中压直流电力系统具有总体重量轻、体积小、效率高等优点已成为了下一代船舶电力系统的发展方向。国内对船舶中压直流电力系统研究刚刚起步,对其数据采集元件的研究更少。文章对中压直流电力系统船舶的数据采集元件进行分析选型,为数据采集系统构建奠定基础。     

基于VTSystem的汽车电气自动测试系统研制及应用

汽车电气系统测试除了要测试车身电器基本的功能外,还必须要测试控制器的通信接口和I/O接口在发生故障时的情况。本文采用Vector公司的CANoe软件以及VT硬件板卡构建了一个汽车电气自动测试系统,结合装有实车相关电器零部件的Labcar台架,通过自动测试系统的故障自动注入,可以实现对某款轻型客车的仪表(IPK)和车身控制器(BCM)功能的自动测试。
