柔性耦合单轮对走行系统的曲线性能分析和参数设计原则

建立柔性耦合单轮对走行系统的曲线通过模型。分析轮对冲角、脱轨系数和磨耗指数等主要性能指标与耦合连接横向、回转刚度等参数的关系,给出相应的连接参数设计原则。研究表明,柔性耦合轮对可以实现几乎纯径向的曲线通过,轮对曲线性能的耦合回转刚度的优化与单轮对系统的二系悬挂、车辆定距和耦合轮对轴距等参数有关,在优化耦合连接回转刚度的基础上,可以通过提高耦合连接的横向刚度来增加铰接车组的运动稳定性。     

车辆转向轻便性人-车-路闭环系统计算机仿真研究

对车辆转向轻便性建模仿真中的人-车-路闭环系统建模方法进行了阐述,提出了一种在地面坐标系统中求驾驶员预瞄轨迹误差的数值解法。该方法使用二分法求解直线与双纽线的交点,避免了使用一般解法出现增根且难以取舍以及使用复杂的非线性方程求根函数时计算量大的问题,能够方便地计算出驾驶员预瞄轨迹误差,使最优预瞄驾驶员模型能够适用于航向角大范围变化的转向轻便性试验仿真。     

结合一例工程浅谈桥头跳车的处理与防治

根据已建成通车的道路使用情况，系统分析桥头产生跳车的原因，同时提出一些处治方法。     

Interaction of vehicle and steering system regarding on-centre handling

For the on-centre handling behaviour of vehicles the steering system is absolutely important. To investigate the interaction of the vehicle and steering system a validated, especially tailored simulation model was developed. Some meaningful vehicle and steering system parameters are altered to show the influence on steering wheel torque, steering feel and understeer. The results underline the importance of an accurate steering system model. Identified measures to improve the centre feel and steering response were a stiffer torsion bar, a higher cornering stiffness or a lower overall steering ratio. The steering response, however, suffers when the centre feel is improved by a higher trail. The steering rack friction reduces mainly the steering response while the steering column friction decreases the centre feel whereas a stiffer torsion bar lessens the understeer tendency.     

Effect of wheel-slip prevention based on sliding mode control theory for railway vehicles

It is important to consider the robustness when designing brake control systems, because of the model's uncertainties that result from the nonlinear characteristics of wheel-to-rail adhesion forces and brake material friction coefficients. This paper presents the experimental results from the new wheel-slip prevention control using nonlinear robust control theory. The authors performed experiments for the proposed wheel-slip prevention control to compare it with the conventional control laws. The experimental results proved the comparative effectiveness of the proposed control and showed high brake performance under nonlinear characteristics of brake dynamics.     

单筒式减振器热学模型仿真分析

针对减振装置工作时温升对密封件及系统可靠性影响较大的问题,分析了油液通过阻尼阀生热的机理.根据牛顿冷却定律和热传导方程推导了各介质之间不同换热方式下的热量传递表达式,通过热力学第一定律创建了单筒式液压减振器的热学数学模型,仿真分析了相关参数对油液温升的影响规律.编程分析了筒式减振器缸体结构参数、外界激励以及空气流速对其油液温升的影响规律.     

避险车道设置的必要性研究

避险车道设置的必要性一直是国内外学界关注的重点,但是目前却没有成型的理论推出。引进了加拿大和约旦科学家的理论,并且做了相应的改进,提出了新的三个列表:刹车毂温度列表,车速列表,建设条件列表。在三个列表的基础上,加入了权函数的概念。在权函数的设置中,我们充分考虑了三个因素的权重,从而得到了更精确的评价设置必要性。最后,我们在青海湖附近的一个长下坡路段应用了这一理论,得到了比较满意的结果。

通过分析桥头跳车的原因主要由不均匀沉降而产生,从而从地基、路堤、路面等方面提出了桥头跳车的防治技术、同时提出了桥头搭板改进的设计方法,旨在为防治各级公路桥头跳车病害提供技术参考.
