On the application of hydraulic theory to the deep-water flow through the Irbe Strait

A flow-dependent critical-point method for investigating topographically controlled flow in natural channels is applied to the bottom current through the Irbe Strait connecting the Baltic proper and the Gulf of Riga. This approach is based on the functional formalism due to Gill [Gill, A.E., 1977. The hydraulics of rotating-channel flow. J. Fluid Mech., 80, 641–671.], and here is used for the stratified flow structure observed during the IRBEX-95 field campaign. A critical section of the realizable flow regime was found to be located slightly downstream of the most pronounced horizontal constriction of the channel. The predicted baroclinic volume flux 7200 m³ s⁻¹ overestimates the observed mean bottom-water transport by around 30%, a discrepancy which most likely can be explained by the lack of sea level conditions and friction in the model.     

Integrated coastal water monitoring

Geographical Information Systems (GIS) are important took for environmental monitoring and management. However, their limitations in dealing with complex, dynamic, and mission‐critical situations call for alternative approaches. Integrating GIS with dynamic simulation models offers one such solution. Numerical models that simulate physical, chemical, and biological processes greatly increase our understanding of the environment. Many of these models use refined forecast information to accurately predict processes that help in monitoring and managing the environment. Integrating these models with GIS offers new functionalities. The present research couples the MIKE21 comprehensive modeling system for two‐dimensional free surface flows with the spatial analysis strengths of the ArcView GIS. The southern coastal water system of Singapore serves as the study area. The aim is to develop a comprehensive software system that provides support for both environmental managers and land‐use planners in making their decisions.     

复杂地质条件下 62 m 超深 TRD 止水帷幕关键施工技术

近年来，TRD等厚度水泥土搅拌墙施工工艺作为一种基坑围护新技术，应用越来越广泛，但同时遇到的挑战也越来越大，尤其是遇到了复杂地质、超深等情况，该工艺施工难度会大大增加。以南京地区某工地为例，重点介绍了针对62 m超深、穿越砾石层的TRD施工工艺和关键施工技术，为今后类似工程施工提供借鉴。     

洗扫车清扫液压系统热平衡研究

针对洗扫车作业过程中液压油温过高造成的液压系统运转不正常的问题,在理论分析的基础上运用AMESim软件建立液压系统的热力学模型,对其热平衡特性进行仿真分析,并依据仿真结果为清扫液压系统匹配合适的散热器。在建立模型的基础上,针对产热和散热部件进行优化分析,为液压部件选型提供参考。仿真结果表明,优化方案合理。

在高速公路初步设计阶段,根据对路线方案后期运营效益定性分析,识别出不同路线方案主要后期运营成本及效益,通过效益调节因子计算路线方案综合效益,按照动态经济比选思路,对各方案工程投资及效益进行定量分析,为决策者选择更优的路线方案提供数据支撑。

液压油过滤技术在工程机械中的应用

针对工程机械液压油污染等级问题,探讨了液压油过滤技术根据液压油过滤工艺设计了一种具有三级滤芯的过滤机和管路组成的过滤系统,使用快换接头将过滤系统与工程机械液压油箱连接,能满足大批量工程机械液压油过滤作业的需要。用检测仪检测证明:该过滤系统过滤后的液压油污染等级优于行业要求标准     

HBeAg特异免疫复合物检测及临床意义

采用单克隆抗－ＨＢｅ固相ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测１１８例ＨＢＶ感染者血清中ＨＢｅＡｇ特异免疫复合物（ＨＢｅＡｇ／ＩＣ），结果表明∶ＨＢｅＡｇ／ＩＣ与ＨＢＶ复制相关，可作为ＨＢＶ复制的一种血清学标志，ＨＢｅＡｇ阴性、ＨＢＶＤＮＡ阳性者中，６２．２％患者ＨＢｅＡｇ／ＩＣ阳性，提示ＨＢｅＡｇ／ＩＣ的形成致使夹心法不能检出ＨＢｅＡｇ，这类患者仍可以是ＨＢＶ野毒株感染，并非均为ＨＢｅＡｇ缺陷变异株感染；ＨＢｅＡｇ／ＩＣ阳性血清ＡＬＴ异常率明显高于ＨＢｅＡｇ／ＩＣ阴性血清（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示ＨＢｅＡｇ／ＩＣ存在与肝损伤有关。
