指纹图像在数字签名中的应用

为了减少证书管理的开销，基于身份的公钥密码体制在基于证书的公钥密码体制诞生后出现，并且越来越受到关注。针对椭圆曲线上的离散对数分离难问题，利用生物特征信息产生密钥数据，提出了一种基于生物特征身份的签名方案，确保信息传输的完整性和真实性，并对其安全性进行了分析。     

轨道交通设备运维管理系统的设计与实现

针对目前轨道交通设备管理工作中存在的,以纸质台账为主的工作形式及固定周期检修等不足之处,设计并建立轨道交通设备运维(运行维护)管理系统,系统融入了全面规范化生产维护(Tn PM)、近场通信(NFC)、状态检修、智能移动终端等先进理论技术及设备,并与实时综合监控系统(ISCS)对接,实现设备运维管理工作的电子化、数字化、自动化以及全员、全过程、全系统的信息化管理,协助运营单位建立起完善有效的全面规范生产维护体系。该系统已通过现场实际应用证明,能有效提高设备运维管理工作效率、降低运营成本,提升轨道交通运营单位面向设备的管理水平。     

计算机联锁在CBTC系统中的两种集成方式

按照在系统中重要程度的不同,计算机联锁在CBTC系统中有兼容型集成方式和升级型集成方式。兼容型集成方式中,联锁只是系统为实现后备模式而集成进来的产物,CBTC模式和后备模式之间只能人工切换,后备模式联锁实现双红灯防护的点式ATP模式,仅支持列车点式人工ATP模式。升级型集成方式中,联锁是系统的功能核心,CBTC模式和后备模式之间可以自动转换,后备模式联锁实现目标-距离式点式ATP模式,能支持列车点式ATO和点式人工ATP模式。     

基于状态的维修在导弹保障中的有效性分析

导弹维修保障系统是一个复杂的非线性系统,采用系统动力学仿真的方法能够清晰地表达出系统要素之间的相互关系,可以有效地对此类复杂维修保障系统的保障行为特征进行（动态的）仿真。论文通过分析导弹维修保障系统各要素之间的相互关系,建立了其保障行为特征的动力学模型,并通过实例验证了基于状态的维修在提高导弹维修保障的有效性方面具有明显的优势。     

钢筋混凝土桥梁柱直接基于位移的抗震设计方法研究

该文简要回顾了基于性能,位移抗震设计理论的引入和发展现状,分析了各种抗震设计方法的优缺点,之后系统概括出直接基于位移抗震设计的理论框架;比较分析了两种基于位移的设计方法：割线剐度法和非线性位移谱法。在此基于非线性位移反应谱法的基础上,提出了一种无需迭代直接基于位移的设计方法,并给出具体的设计步骤,并以实例验证了方法的可行性。     

Surrogate‐based optimization of cordon toll levels in congested traffic networks

The benefit, in terms of social surplus, from introducing congestion charging schemes in urban networks is depending on the design of the charging scheme. The literature on optimal design of congestion pricing schemes is to a large extent based on static traffic assignment, which is known for its deficiency in correctly predict travel times in networks with severe congestion. Dynamic traffic assignment can better predict travel times in a road network, but are more computational expensive. Thus, previously developed methods for the static case cannot be applied straightforward. Surrogate‐based optimization is commonly used for optimization problems with expensive‐to‐evaluate objective functions. In this paper, we evaluate the performance of a surrogate‐based optimization method, when the number of pricing schemes, which we can afford to evaluate (because of the computational time), are limited to between 20 and 40. A static traffic assignment model of Stockholm is used for evaluating a large number of different configurations of the surrogate‐based optimization method. Final evaluation is performed with the dynamic traffic assignment tool VisumDUE, coupled with the demand model Regent, for a Stockholm network including 1240 demand zones and 17 000 links. Our results show that the surrogate‐based optimization method can indeed be used for designing a congestion charging scheme, which return a high social surplus. A Stable Switch Method Based on Fusion in Uncalibrated Visual Servoing

Stable switch control between multiple cameras for uncalibrated visual servoing was studied. Switch images based on fusion were presented to get the continuous dynamic image Jacobian matrix among robots and distributed visual sensors. The designed fusion algorithm is suitable to have dynamically adjustable fusion weights, and the fusion structure was analyzed. Simulations and experiments without any knowledge of mobile robots and uncalibrated visual sensors show that the method has higher adaptability than the traditional instant switch control method. The method can enhance the system stability at the switching process.
