[Objective]This paper studies the coupled damage effects of a ship's structure due to the internal blast loading of a warhead. [Methods]Blast tests with cased charge data are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the coupled SPH-FEM approach, and numerical calculations are then performed on real ship compartment scale model tests to analyze the coupled fragmentation and shockwave damage effects of an explosion in a confined cabin.[Results]The results show that the fragments caused by the detonation of the warhead will first cause local damage to the cabin structure. The shockwave will exacerbate the local damage, and blasted openings will further increase the space for the propagation and diffusion of the shockwave inside the chamber, which will in turn cause damage to the adjacent structures. The simple equivalence of the warhead to a bare charge does not give a true picture of the effect of the warhead on the ship's structure, and fragmentation plays a significant role in the detonation of the warhead.[Conclusions]The results of this study show that employing the coupled SPH-FEM numerical method to calculate the coupling damage effects on a ship's structure can accurately reproduce the warhead damage pattern in tests, thereby providing support for the improved assessment of the damage of naval structures under warhead detonation. © 2022 Chinese Journal of Ship Research. Wave-induced vertical bending moment (VBM) and horizontal bending moment (HBM) on a large-scale segmented model with a box-type backbone beam in short-crested irregular seas are systematically analyzed using sea trial measurement data. New insights into the relationship between nonlinear VBM and HBM of the ship sailing in short-crested sea waves are explored and presented. The results indicate that the HBM significantly contributes to the total sectional loads when the ship is sailing in a seaway and the HBM has a strong correlation with VBM in both magnitude and tendency. Therefore, design loads of HBM and the corresponding lateral structural strength issues should also be concerned in addition to VBM at the ship design phase. 相似文献

由于竖井施工进度滞后,为解决盾构提前到达并保证顺利出洞这一技术难题,以台山核电站1#取水隧洞盾构提前到达施工为例,在理论研究的基础上,对盾构到达前的掘进控制措施进行分析,阐述了预留段隧洞爆破参数设计,并对提前到达的关键技术及控制要点进行总结。得出以下结论:1)盾构提前到达盾构井预留5 m的安全距离,并将刀盘后退掌子面0.7 m的方案是可行的,既能加快施工进度,又能有效地保护盾构设备;2)盾构到达预留段前采用"小推力、低转速"的掘进原则,预留5 m段采用"爆破开挖+锚喷支护+管片二次衬砌"相结合的施工方法,保证了盾构安全顺利出洞,有效地控制了管片上浮、错台和接缝处漏水等现象。 相似文献

在不规则波中对某5000吨级的江海通航顶推船进行了两销式铰接装置的载荷模型试验.模型试验数据的无因次分析表明,在浪向角60°情况下铰接装置受力比其它浪向角时都要大,并且铰接装置受到的水平弯曲力比垂向弯曲力、轴向力大得多.推导了服从Weibull概率分布变量的短期概率极值预报公式.针对试验数据,进行了实船12小时短期概率极值预报,结果表明,在设计波高4.2m时,超越概率1%时的最大弯曲力相当于该顶推船推轮的排水量.本次试验及其数据预报的极值可供设计同类型铰接装置的江海通航顶推船时参考使用. 相似文献

A jack-up platform,with its particular structure,showed obvious dynamic characteristics under complex environmental loads in extreme conditions.In this paper,taking a simplified 3-D finite element dynamic model in extreme storm conditions as research object,a transient dynamic analysis method was proposed,which was under both regular and irregular wave loads.The steps of dynamic analysis under extreme conditions were illustrated with an applied case,and the dynamic amplification factor(DAF) was calculated for each response parameter of base shear,overturning moment and hull sway.Finally,the structural response results of dynamic and static were compared and analyzed.The results indicated that the static strength analysis of the Jack-up Platforms was not enough under the dynamic loads including wave and current,further dynamic response analysis considering both computational efficiency and accuracy was necessary. 相似文献
