公路工程造价咨询业界面对世贸入关的对策研究

在我国公路建设蓬勃发展之际 ,世贸入关的进展突飞猛进 .面对我国公路建设行业与造价咨询行业的落后状况 ,找到解决矛盾的方法 ,积极参与国际竞争 ,是我国公路建设者的当务之急 .笔者就即将面临的问题进行了研究 ,提出了解决矛盾的一些对策 .     

水泥混凝土路面设计、施工需注意的几个问题

本文针对水泥混凝土路面通车运行后常不同程度地出现裂缝、表面混凝土剥落、麻面甚至整块板折断等现象，分析了造成这些现象的原因，提出了设计和施工中应注意的若干问题。     

利用点到中线的垂距计算方法选择最佳既有曲线要素

利用文献[1]给出的中点到中线垂距计算公式及程序，提出一种新的优化计算方法，能简便而圆满地解决既有曲线要素的选择问题，这一方法对于不同的目标函数，不同的线形、是否有控制条件等，计算过程基本一样，该法还很容易推广到选取第二线的曲线要素。     

Rural environment stakeholders and policy making: Willingness to pay to reduce road transportation pollution impact in the Western Pyrenees

In spite of the strategic national and regional development importance of transportation infrastructures, road transportation is one of the major sources of externalities worldwide. Using data collected from 900 residents living in 14 rural towns near the roads crossing the Spanish Pyrenees, we model citizens’ willingness-to-pay (WTP) to reduce noise and air pollution. We collect the data adopting a contingent valuation method (CVM) design and we analyze the data employing a Zero-Inflated Ordered Probit (ZIOP) model, which allows us to account for an excessive number of zero observations. Our results are in contrast with previous studies’ results with regard to environmental attitudes and socio-economic profiles of residents. Our findings indicate that the stakeholders living near major roads have higher incentives to offset environmental costs. Also, younger, better educated, and more environmentally-aware citizens are willing to pay more to reduce externalities, as they are influenced by their values and environmentally friendly sub-culture, possibly fostered during the past 30 years of green movement worldwide campaigning.

通过欧洲邮轮建造厂调研和技术文件分析,了解大型邮轮机械处所设计基本特点,结合上海外高桥造船有限公司常规船舶产品设计、建造模式,根据二者的差异,从设计模式和舾装设计两方面寻找首制国产的邮轮设计方案,以首制国产邮轮为平台,验证了在邮轮设计国产化过程中设计模式融合的可行性,舾装设计优化的合理性.     

备件涂胶与整车共线生产方案

随着市场需求和企业发展日益增强,汽车备件的消耗需求日益增多,为解决设立专业备件生产线成本过高的问题,文章以某公司涂装线为例,介绍了需要涂抹PVC胶的备件种类、生产备件的辅助器具种类和设计制作原则,规划了备件涂抹PVC胶工艺路线,推出了共线生产备件涂抹PVC胶的生产方案：在PVC线外围近距离离线生产备件,并共用PVC线所有胶枪。通过方案的实施,实现了备件与整车共线生产的目的。     

Increasing urban tram system efficiency,with battery storage and electric vehicle charging

This paper examines the possible placement of Energy Storage Systems (ESS) on an urban tram system for the purpose of exploring potential increases in operating efficiency through the examination of different locations for battery energy storage. Further, the paper suggests the utilisation of Electric Vehicle (EV) batteries at existing Park and Ride (P&R) sites as a means of achieving additional energy storage at these locations. The study achieves this through MATLAB modelling utilising captured GPS data and publically available information. This study examines the scenario of uni-directional substations with no interconnection between the overhead catenary for both directions of travel, and discusses the trade-offs between ESS size and required current limits.The results show the savings in both energy and basic CO₂ emissions alongside the discussion of Return on Investment (RoI) that can be achieved through the potential installation of ESS at identified ideal locations along the tram network. Moreover, this may be extended to the use of EVs as stationary ESS sited at the existing P&R facilities. Further, the model may also be used to inform future infrastructure upgrades and potential improvements to air quality within urban environments.     

黄河大河家至寺沟峡河段设计最低通航水位的推求

黄河大河家—寺沟峡河段受在建的大河家水电站和已建的寺沟峡水电站综合调节作用,河段水文条件变化复杂,要对该河段进行经济合理的整治开发必须以确定合理的设计最低通航水位为保证。结合枢纽的运行特征,建立一维数学模型对本河段设计最低通航水位进行研究,从而得到合理的设计最低通航水位。
