Research on probability distribution of port cargo throughput

In order to more accurately examine developing trends in gross cargo throughput, we have modeled the probability distribution of cargo throughput. Gross cargo throughput is determined by the time spent by cargo ships in the port and the operating efficiency of handling equipment. Gross cargo throughput is the sum of all compound variables determining each aspect of cargo throughput for every cargo ship arriving at the port. Probability distribution was determined using the Wald equation. The results show that the variability of gross cargo throughput primarily depends on the different times required by different cargo ships arriving at the port. This model overcomes the shortcoming of previous models： inability to accurately determine the probability of a specific value of future gross cargo throughput. Our proposed model of cargo throughput depends on the relationship between time required by a cargo ship arriving at the port and the operational capacity of handling equipment at the port. At the same time, key factors affecting gross cargo throughput are analyzed. In order to test the efficiency of the model, the cargo volume of a port in Shandong Province was used as an example. In the case study the actual results matched our theoretical analysis.

L70粮食漏斗车空车位加速缓解作用不良的原因分析

120阀加速缓解作用影响列车的缓解波速,某厂装用120阀的L70型车在试制中发生多起空车位时的加速缓解作用不良现象。从120阀作用原理出发,结合L70型车整车空气制动系统的配置,通过试验对该型车加速缓解作用不良原因进行分析,认为制动系统下游管路的容积增大及大容积降压风缸分流作用显著,造成制动缸压力变低后缓解时未能形成足够的背压打开加速缓解阀逆流通路,从而出现空车位加速缓解作用不良的现象。     

国外有轨电车网络货物运输及启示

现代有轨电车在我国逐渐由新鲜事物变为受大众广泛欢迎的新型公共交通方式,其高效、环保的形象深入人心。将有轨电车作为一种货物运输工具的模式虽然在国内尚未实现,但在国外已有先例可循。从有轨电车货运服务的特点出发,结合德国、瑞士及奥地利货运有轨电车对外运输的实例,说明利用有轨电车进行货物运输的可行性及其经济、环保的特点,最后对城市货运有轨电车实施条件以及对国内有轨电车建设的启示进行归纳总结,为今后国内相关研究提供参考和借鉴。     

Research on the Influencing Factors on Quality of Railway Construction EPC Project from the Owner's PerspectiveEI北大核心

Research purposes: With the advancement of system reform of China railway, the railway construction project is promoting the application of general contracting (EPC) model, and in this mode, how the owners effectively control the construction quality has become the focus of the current research. To explore of the key factors influencing quality of railway construction project, based on the owner's perspective, from the three stages of design, procurement and construction selecting 10 factors, the DEMATEL method is adopted to analyze the logical relationship between various factors and mutual influence, screening factors which have higher centrality and causality as the key factors affecting the quality of the owner engineering. Research conclusions:(1) The design port and interface management, the comprehensive strength of the construction companies have high centrality and causality, which are the key factors influencing quality of the EPC railway construction project. (2) The situation of carrying out periodic inspection work belongs to the factor with low centrality and high causality. In the process of improving quality of the EPC railway construction project, this factor can be the secondary consideration. (3) The research result can provide scientific and effective references for improving quality of the EPC railway construction project from the owner's perspective. © 2018, Editorial Department of Journal of Railway Engineering Society.
