焊接结构变形分析系统(Weld_Sta)的开发及其应用

为使现场工程人员方便进行焊接结构变形分析,开发了一个能简单地对焊接变形有限元分析所需的数据进行前处理,对焊接变形进行计算机分析并对仿真结果进行后期处理的软件-焊接结构变形分析系统。该软件操作简便,具有自动寻找焊缝,通过固有变形数据库自动导入焊接参数,自动施加约束条件,计算模块兼容性强等多项实用功能,从而满足现场工程人员要求。并以某大型船体分段焊接变形预测为例,验证了本软件系统的实用性和可靠性。     

一种故障诊断模糊专家系统的实现

针对电力系统多异构设备故障诊断工程化不高的问题,提出一种具体的故障诊断实现框架.采用通信方式和数据结构独立配置的方法,实现电力系统多种协议通信的无缝连接,解决了底层异构设备数据在顶层设备中的接收、分析和存储难以统一的问题;在故障诊断框架下,设计并实现模糊专家系统和其他故障数据处理综合诊断;研究了基于xml的系统配置信息描述,能够实现电力系统中各种设备、参数和故障判断准则等信息的标准化;同时提出了一种故障诊断算法,实现系统各设备的故障定位.诊断实例结果表明,系统推理效率高,可信度好,能够满足电力系统故障诊断要求.     

海岛战场环境数据库结构及 API 设计磁

战场环境数据具有涉及范围广、数据量大的特点,基于综合自然环境数据表示与交换规范协议（SEDRIS ）的体系结构,利用战场环境数据表示的高效性与精确性,设计了一个适用于海岛防空作战的战场环境数据库分层存储模型及应用程序接口（API）函数。     

基于SOA-BPM的军事装备管理综合信息系统体系结构研究

随着新型装备的不断涌现和装备管理模式的改革创新,当前各级研发使用的装备管理信息系统面临的性能瓶颈和新技术的冲击越来越大.从面向服务的系统设计需求出发,在对不同层次装备管理系统体系结构进行需求分析的基础上,引入了将面向服务（SOA）和业务流程管理（BPM）的思想,阐述了装备管理信息系统各框架的组成和参考模型,所设计框架具有较好的可靠性和可升级性,为军事装备管理信息系统的研制打下基础.

现代战争更大可能的是发生局部战争,需要大量的特种弹药执行特种任务。近几年随着仿生弹药开始进入人们的视野,它具有其他常规弹药不具备的一些优良新能,将势必会引领弹药发展的新浪潮。论文以美军为例,阐述了仿生弹药的研究现状,介绍了仿生弹药的发展趋势以及研制过程中亟待解决的若干关键问题。     

Legitimising risk taking: articulating dangerous behaviour on the road

Using a deliberative approach 228 members of the public from four locations in the United Kingdom took part in six focus groups that met on three occasions. Applying a model based on two interlocking sets of theories (Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behaviour and Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory) in the analysis of participants' responses, the paper explores the social and environmental systems that an individual interacts with in the articulation of risky behaviours on the road. Participants discussed how taking risks changed over their lifecourse and how they became safer with age. Social norms and perceived behavioural control influence road user safety behaviour through the exchanging of attitudes, and younger drivers especially are more likely to embrace the symbolic role of the car. The paper concludes that the nature of identity and culture within risk taking is important when designing interventions on the ground.     

Potential Benefits of Coastal Ocean Observing Systems to Alaskan Commercial Fisheries

In this article we attempt to illustrate the potential benefits to Alaskan commercial fisheries expected from enhancements to the Alaska Ocean Observing System (AOOS) through changes in fishery management strategies. In particular we show how the use of improved AOOS data in research, stock assessment, and ultimately fisheries management has the potential to result in significant benefits in the Bering Sea and Gulf of Alaska groundfish and Kodiak king crab fisheries. We show through a case study approach that information such as might be provided by an enhanced AOOS could conceivably contribute over $600 million in additional annual revenue in Alaska's groundfish fishery. In addition we estimate that had the information from such a system been available in the 1970s and 1980s the Kodiak king crab stock collapse could have been avoided and $60 million in annual revenues generated. Benefit estimates (as measured by revenue increases) are based on the assumptions that when better data is delivered those data will be integrated into stock assessment models; when better data are integrated into the models the new data will actually improve the reliability of the models; and when the reliability of the models is improved predictions will be accepted by managers or industry members.

船舶综合性能预报系统

从船舶航速预报、耐波性能和操纵性能预报的市场需求出发,分析了国内外船舶综合性能预报的现状,详细介绍了由上海船舶运输科学研究所承担,中国船舶工业集团第708所、中国船舶重工集团第702所参加开发的船舶综合性能预报系统(SPPS1.0)。该预报系统首次将计算机网络技术、母型船航速预报技术和优良船型水动力试验动态数据库有机结合起来,并应用耐波性理论、操纵性理论,建立起依托互联网,面向船舶行业,实时远程预报船舶性能的共性技术平台;开发的系统软件有效解决了数据库中核心技术资源的保密性和全行业共享应用的矛盾,具有良好实用性和预报指标的先进性。
