COVID-19疫情对我国港航业发展影响的调查和应对措施

针对2020年春节期间发生的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情给我国的经济发展带来严重影响的状况,为客观地了解此次疫情对我国港航业发展的影响,以广州航运交所开展的问卷调查收集的数据为样本,对与此次疫情相关的数据进行梳理分析。在此基础上,结合已有研究,提出在该疫情的影响下港航业应采取的应对措施。统计分析结果表明,面对不确定性因素,提振市场信心是对恢复港航企业发展最有效,也是最容易忽视的因素,在应对该疫情过程中,需予以重视。

广州市越秀区餐饮业环境污染现状调查与分析

对348间餐饮企业污水、油烟和噪声进行检测,并对检测结果进行统计。餐饮业外排污染物浓度差异较大,污水超标率超过50%,油烟、噪声超标率分别是17.6%、23.0%。污水仅采用容积较少的简易隔油池处理,治理设施运行和管理不善是造成污水和油烟废气超标主要原因;厨房风机靠近边界和未使用低噪声风机造成噪声超标,执行噪声标准不同,边界噪声超标率差异较大。要加强环保宣传和教育,并由专业公司维护污染治理设施,确保餐饮业环境污染得到控制。

本文总结了济南公交开展山东省服务标准化试点以及国家级社会管理和公共服务综合标准化试点——“济南市城市公共交通服务标准化试点项目”建设的背景、具体做法、以及建设成效,分析提出了公交企业开展标准化建设所必需的诸如领导重视、加强宣传培训、持续更新完善等几点因素。     

Research on the Design of Career Development Channel for Employees in Large State-owned Construction EnterprisesEI北大核心

Research purposes: From the factors and the principles the enterprise employees' career development design should consider, this paper studied and further discussed channel setting, the division of hierarchy and width, positions or proportional control of all levels, qualification criteria of all levels to determine, career development path management, to solve the problems of the large state-owned construction enterprise, such as narrow development channel, less promotion platform, and insufficient continuous motivation of professionals, technical operators, and general management personnel, resulting in employees no passion, no fighting will, not dedicated, difficult to bring in talents and high attrition rates of talents. Research conclusions:(1) The design of employees' career development should consider four aspects: attractiveness, operability, practicality and pertinence. (2) The design of employees' career development should follow the principles of systematic, overall and long-term development. (3) The design of career development channel should be mainly considered from the aspects of post setting, channel hierarchy and width division, and job qualification criteria. (4) The research results can provide a reference for the design and research of career development channels for employees in state-owned construction enterprises. © 2018, Editorial Department of Journal of Railway Engineering Society. Scale of Entry and Its Effects on Trade Policies in International Oligopoly Market

On the assumption that the govermment has no anthority to intervene in the merger and separation of enterprises except to intervene in the export market by the protective tariff policy, but the enterprises can compete in international market in the form of merger or separation according to their own interests, the duopoly model was extended to a multiopoly model under Krugman- Brander framework, the effects of the variation of the number of enterprises on the enterprise＇ payoffs and trade policies were studied, and the promise and policy effect of flexible organization strategies of enterprises were analyzed. The obtained propositions show that the implementation of the enterprise organization strategies can offset the effect of other countries＇ strategic trade policy, and the rise of the number of enterprises in the industry is helpful to the formation of free trade. Furthermore, it is proved that if the rise of the number of enterprise in different countries causes the increase （ or decrease） of domestic producer surplus, then the domestic enterprises should take a form of separation （ or merger） to participate in the industry competition.
