TSM/TDM策略分类与评价分析

交通系统管理(TSM)和交通需求管理(TDM)是当前城市交通改善的两项主要策略。结合国内外相关研究成果,深入分析了TSM和TDM的概念,对比研究了TSM和TDM的关系、分类方法及其主要特征。在此基础上,提出了多视角下定性和定量分析相结合的TSM/TDM策略评价的基本思路,并通过两个实际案例探讨了策略评价的定性和定量数据分析方法及评价指标体系。     

绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系及模型构建

针对绿色供应链的特征给出构建绿色供应链绩效评价体系的原则及常用方法。介绍基于三角模糊函数的Triangular Fuzzy—AHP模型,从而更加全面、更加科学地评价绿色供应链绩效体系,对于绿色供应链绩效评价体系的构建有一定理论意义。     

轮机模拟器中机舱资源管理培训及评估功能

通过认可的轮机模拟器对船员进行机舱资源管理培训及评估是满足《STCW公约马尼拉修正案》要求的有效且容易实施的重要手段.在研究了公约中关于机舱资源管理的主要原则、评估手段及评价标准的基础上,深入剖析了船舶机舱资源的基本类型及其特点,并结合轮机模拟器开发过程阐述了相应模块的功能和具体培训及评估实施方法.     

军事通信系统的效能评估初探

随着信息技术的发展,军事通信系统的构成日益复杂,规模日益庞大,战术技术指标更加复杂多样。以往那种仅凭经验作定性分析的效能评估方法已很难对现有军事通信系统的效能做出科学准确的评估。论文从军事通信系统的功能划分着手,构建了军事通信系统效能评估的指标,并对军事通信系统的效能评估方法做了初步探讨。     

基于AR模型的填方路基沉降检评方法

通过运用数理理论之AR模型,开展填方路基沉降的检评工作,完成了工后质量评定任务,并预测其未来的沉降程度及趋势.研究表明:应用数理理论方法得出的结论,不仅具有实用价值和增强了可靠性,而且兼有鲜明的主动、事前的特征.     

Productivity changes in Taiwan's port industry incorporating environmental regulations on harbor water quality

Abstract

This paper evaluates the productivity changes in Taiwan's port industry for the period 2003–2007. Based on a ‘three-year-window’ data envelopment analysis method, Luenberger productivity indicators are employed to estimate the productivity changes that account for the success of attempts by port agents to control harbor water quality. This is one of the typical environmental concerns in port operations that prior studies on port productivity changes over time have not considered. The results show that the productivity of Taiwan's port industry has experienced growth over the study period, regardless of whether water quality has been considered or not. At a disaggregated level, however, if a port agent has succeeded in controlling water quality, but we do not consider it, the results will misclassify the agent by understating the port's productivity.     

公交驾驶员驾驶行为对油耗的影响及其评价指标

基于通过车辆无线远程监控系统采集的天津市某公交线路6位不同驾驶员累计达2.5万km的车辆运行数据,分析了描述驾驶员驾驶行为的车辆相对正加速度、加速踏板行程分布和换挡切换速度分布3个因素对行车油耗的影响。再采用因子分析法将3种影响因素归纳成一个综合评价因子。结果表明,该综合评价因子与行车油耗的相关系数达到0.9,可作为驾驶员驾车油耗的有效评价指标。     

Quantitative Assessment of Implicit Environmental Impacts of Construction Projects

Assessment system of implicit environmental impacts was established including environmental impact indicator, resources consumption indicator and energy consumption indicator. The quantification of environmental impact indicators is based on the life cycle assessment system of the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC) and the evaluation software BEES. Normalization reference values and weights of 12 categories of environmental impacts were identified, and the environmental impact indicators in the phases of raw material extraction, transportation, manufacturing, use and end of life were analyzed. By analyzing the environmental performance of a university refectory as a case study, it is demonstrated that human health, global warming and acidification are the first three environmental impacts in 12 categories. The total implicit environmental impact load per square meter of this project is 18.448×10~(-2) standard human equivalent weight. Moreover, 97.3% of total environmental impacts occur in the phase of raw material extraction.

在役的钢筋混凝土桥梁的可靠度分析是根据桥梁结构的现有状况及已有信息,并每考同类或类似结构的信息资料,采用适当的分析方法对其在服役基准期内的可靠度或失效慨率进行评估,为合理利用桥梁提供依据：对已不满足现有需求的桥梁,应做出维修加固或拆除的决策,以避免重大事故的发生。     

高校图书馆流通服务中读者满意度测评体系研究

本文论述了图书馆流通部服务工作中读者满意度测评目的、测评意义,构建了测评指标体系。在此基础上实施了问卷调查。对调查结果采用指标权重法进行了计算分析,得出读者对各项指标的平均满意度并进行了排序。可根据此满意度对图书馆不足之处进行完善。
