Multiphysic modelling of railway vehicles equipped with pneumatic suspensions

This article presents a multidisciplinary approach of railway pneumatic suspension modelling: both multibody and pneumatic aspects are taken into account. The work aims at obtaining a realistic model of the secondary suspension and coupling it with a multibody model of a train. Various components of the pneumatic circuit such as bellows, tanks, pipes and valves are taken into account. The article focuses on the bellow-pipe-tank subsystem for which several modelling approaches are presented and compared. Differences between differential and algebraic models are highlighted, and an application-dependent choice between them is suggested. A complete model of the pneumatic circuit is then obtained and coupled with a multibody model of the train. As a result, the behaviour of a suburban train equipped with a pneumatic secondary suspension is analysed, in particular undesired oscillating motions which affect the comfort. Topological modifications and improvements of the suspension are also investigated and discussed.

A scenario on the evolving road service informatics in Europe

Road Transport Informatics is being developed to improve road transport. Telecommunication links will connect microcomputers in vehicles with roadside beacons and traffic control centers. Drivers can get better information and guidance en route. If these functions are charged as services rather than sold as products, a better traffic can be obtained. This can improve traffic safety, efficiency and the environment.     

SCW-based Outsourcing Operation Modeling in the Case of Integrated Supply Chain Management

By analyzing the features of integrated supply chain management （SCM） and its environment, this paper puts forward the types of outsourcing under this environment and their functions for different type of outsourcing models. This paper also expresses the outsourcing operation model in the case of integrated SCM environment and the outsourcing management model based on CSCW. Through an operational example analysis and comparison, it can be seen that the modeling that is set up in this paper is feasible and effective.

客运专线列车运行速度高、牵引电流大、短路电流大、行车密度高,导致钢轨电位急剧升高。为防止引起人身设备安全问题,客运专线设计引进了系统综合接地的概念和技术要求。本文结合理论计算模型研究和综合接地系统的仿真结果,对涉及人身安全的接地典型方案进行系统集成和评估,并提出了适宜于我国客运专线电气化铁道的综合接地系统。

国内外城市轨道站点区域联动 开发规划与实施案例分析

城市轨道站点与周边土地的联动开发是实现二者协调发展的关键因素之一,对城市经济和交通都具有积 极作用。对国内外城市轨道站点区域联动开发进行总结分析有助于指导中国轨道站点区域的联动开发。从产权和 城市经济学视角,将轨道站点联动开发分为内外联动和上下联动两类,并进行了相关界定。分别结合日本联动开 发政策以及涩谷站数据、上海联动开发政策和打浦桥站区域数据,对内外联动和上下联动的规划和实施途径及其 在中国的适用性进行了分析。最后,参考更多经典的联动开发案例,对比分析了国内外城市轨道站点区域联动开 发的实施机制及特征;并从政策和规划设计两个角度深入阐述对中国联动开发的启示。研究结果表明,中国可采 用“政府统筹、市场执行”的模式;根据中国土地所有制度,探索“集约换使用权”“整体出让使用权”等多样 化的土地管理模式,有利于成本分担和收益共享的反哺策略;制定配套且细化的技术规范,进行立体化、多样化、 一体化衔接设计。     

铁路通过小型采空区的综合勘察与线路优化

在地形地质条件复杂地段,地质选线对铁路工程具有重要的意义。以某铁路线路通过一小型采空区为例,在线路无法绕避的情况下,采用综合手段对采空区进行探查。先在现场地质测绘调查的基础上针对性布置物探测线探查,再根据探查结果合理安排钻探对探查结果进一步修正。通过对资料的综合分析,详细绘制采空区范围和规模,对线路方案进行优化调整。现场施工表明综合勘察手段对线路优化具有良好效果。
