阐述了单电站三种电力网络、两电站两种电力网络和多电站三种电力网络的设计原理和技术特点,分析不同电力网络形式对舰船电力系统生命力和可靠性的影响;以几种典型电力网络方案为例,计算各电力网络结构的供电概率,提供舰船电力系统网络设计建议。     

基于NP体系结构的路由器内部流量控制技术研究

论文针对基于NP（网络处理器）体系结构的路由器内部流量控制技术进行研究,首先介绍了流量控制技术基本原理,然后讨论比较了基于速率和基于信用两种流量控制方式的优缺点,认为在基于NP体系结构的路由器内部适于采用基于信用的流量控制技术,最后对基于NP体系结构的路由器内部流量控制机制进行了分析。     

A performance evaluation model for supply chain of shipping company in Iran: an application of the relational network DEA

Shipping business is capital intensive and highly competitive. It necessitates for the shipping companies to constantly monitor their performance and measure relative efficiencies of their supply chains. Despite such importance, the studies devoted to this field have been surprisingly limited. This paper reviews the involved factors and proposes a relational network data envelopment analysis (DEA) model for measuring the efficiency of supply chain of an international shipping company in Iran with relevant sub-processes in the period 2008–2011. First, the supply chain network of the company is illustrated and then the input and output variables associated to each member are determined. The proposed model is suitable for shipping companies which usually use similar pattern in this business. Finally based on the results, recommendations are made for improvements and a new field of business is also proposed.     

The Methodologies of Empowerment? A Systematic Review of the Deployment of Participation in the Coastal Zone Management Literature

Participation (e.g., stakeholder involvement) has become a central concept in the practice of environmental and coastal zone management. Research has shown that the integration of participation in coastal zone management has positive ecological and social outcomes. In the literature, however, participation is often reported in an unstructured and uncritical manner. Therefore, to find out whether and how there is a useful way to structure and characterize the way the coastal zone management literature deals with participation, we have conducted a literature review. The review was conducted and the literature structured through three central dimensions of participation, namely: power, knowledge, and (visions of) nature. The article concludes that this structured approach to participation enables us to study more systematically the role of participation and might facilitate the governance and learning processes of coastal networks.     

神华黄骅港无线网络设计及应用

分析和介绍了黄骅港堆场和码头无线网络系统,对其实施过程中各相关设备选型的方案进行了比较论证,说明了系统中无线AP、无线管理和控制模块、信息发布模块、终端软件模块的设计依据。该系统具有界面友好、操作方便灵活、运行可靠和易于扩展等特点,在应用中取得了良好的生产效率和经济效益。     

考虑可靠性的降级路网最优路径搜索方法

针对路网降级时路网出行时间的随机性和可靠性对出行者路径选择影响较大的问题,研究了降级路网可靠性路径的选择方法．基于BPR路段出行时间模型,构建了降级路网路径出行时间的均值模型及其可靠度模型．以路径出行时间最小、路径出行时间最可靠为目标,构建了路径选择的双目标加权规划模型,设计了基于改进蚁群算法的模型求解算法．算例分析表明：该算法能快速获取可靠的路径．     

港口场地高架电网质量改善的新方法

在对港口机械进行节能减排的同时,为优化电网能耗,设计了四象限变频。详细分析四象限变频模式,并介绍LCL滤波器。设计了四象限变频器+LCL滤波器模式,以有效提高港口电网质量。测试结果证明,应用于港口RTG的新型节电方法,在净化电网、提高电能利用率方面,效果良好。     

基于BP神经网络的卷烟零售量价控制研究

针对烟草营销中卷烟货源投放总量难以准确控制的问题,通过分析各区域货源投放量、实际销售量与零售价格之间的相互关系,采用BP神经网络预测,建立了卷烟零售量价控制模型,据此来调控各品类的投放量,测试结果表明有较好的预测准确度。     

公路隧道交通智能无线预警系统布设方案

随着我省长隧道及隧道群的不断增多,隧道安全管理和隧道事故的预防已成为重要的研究课题。文章在分析隧道事故预防现状的基础上,从研究隧道事故预警、事故应急体系和隧道事故发生机理入手,根据当前隧道事故预警和应急处理存在的问题,提出建立有效的隧道事故智能预警系统的方案,以提高隧道预警和事故应急处理的能力和效率。
