船舶自动操舵仪故障分析及其解决方案

文章分析了半导体分立元件和集成电路设计的自动舵工作原理，指出它们的缺点及其故障产生的根本原因。应用可编程序控制器（PLC）技术研制的自动舵，克服了常规自动舵的缺点及其参数整定困难和控制效果的不足。自整定比例微积分调节器（PID）自动舵能够自动适应船况和海况的变化，实现无扰动切换、变增益调节、抗积分饱和、微分先行等功能，克服了舵机振荡。实船应用证明了该自整定比例微积分调节器船舶自动舵的有效性。     

船用核反应堆余热排出系统的可靠性分析

文章分别应用GO法和故障树法对船用核反应堆余热排出系统进行了可靠性分析，比较了两种方法建模和计算的不同。在建模和计算过程中，GO法比故障树法更为简便、快捷、有效。     

船用发电柴油机排气阀三维稳态温度场分析

分析某船用发电柴油机排气阀的工作环境及失效机理,建立柴油机排气阀的传热边界条件,结合ANSYS有限元分析软件,得出了排气门工作时的稳态温度场分布,为相关故障诊断提供参考依据。

船用柴油机电控喷射系统的应用及对运转性能的影响

电控喷射是实现柴油机智能化控制的必要前提。本文结合RT—Flex和B＆W ME—C大型低速柴油机，介绍了电控喷射系统在船舶柴油机上的应用，以及柴油机应用电控喷射系统对其运转中主要性能的影响。     

船舶螺旋桨避振器模拟装置试验研究

发展了使固有频率可由腔室内空气压力和作为动吸振器质量的水量调节来控制的动吸振装置。作者进行了模型试验，试验结果显示了流体动吸振器有如下优点：１）吸振器频率容易改变；２）减振器效果恒定，可靠；３）装置费用经济，节约。     

Estimating the Economic Benefit of SCUBA Diving in the Similan Islands,Thailand

This article reports the results of the travel cost model using the standard and the truncated count data models to estimate the economic value of the Similan Islands, Thailand, from SCUBA diving. The estimated consumer surplus per visit to the Similan Islands using the truncated negative binomial model was US$3,233 and the economic value of the Similan Islands from SCUBA diving was estimated to be up to US$54.96 m. This study shows that, even without non-use values, coral reefs of the Similan Islands, if properly managed and maintained, will continue to have significant value to both Thai and overseas SCUBA divers, as one of the natural treasures of the world.

Fisheries–Marine Protected Area–Tourism Interactions in Moalboal,Cebu, Philippines

The development of Integrated Coastal Management (ICM) in the Philippines has been underway for more than 30 years. As coastal communities continue to face dwindling resources from both the land and sea, marine protected areas (MPAs) have been regularly utilized as a community-based marine conservation tool. Recently, marine tourism has begun to exert influence as a driver utilized by local communities to promote the establishment of MPAs. Revenue generated through user-fee systems has begun to influence and shape broker–local–tourist (BLT) interactions in Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines. In this article, an account of the social dynamics surrounding MPAs is presented, sources of tension are identified, and recommendations proposed.     

液化天然气作为船用燃料的可行性研究

为减轻船舶航行对大气造成的污染,公认清洁且价廉的天然气自然地成为船用燃料的首选对象。目前已在高消费的北欧国家小型船舶上使用。基于收集到的资料,对天然气能否作为最理想和最经济的替代物,能否在航运业普遍使用作了可行性研究和探讨。
