考虑空车调配协调的货物列车开行方案优化研究

为实现空车调配与货物列车开行方案协调优化,结合基本运行图架构与车流径路,构建货运时空服务拓展网络。考虑配空与装卸取送、集编发等环节的时间接续要求,节点与区段不对流空车要求,以重车流全程运送与空车配送等广义总费用最少为目标,建立整数规划弧路模型。针对既有算法设计局限性,结合重车或空车配空的时间接续要求,提出将不同的 k 短路重车流方案与空车配空方案相关联的改进可行解构造方法,设计混合差分进化求解算法。实例研究表明,考虑空车调配进行重车、空车流组织协调优化,能够减少空车走行费用,及时满足装车需求,有效保证作业车流配合中转车流集结编组及时挂线,提高方案可实施性。     

航海类专业现代学徒制实施路径探析

以航海类专业为例,对现代学徒制人才培养模式的实施路径开展了研究。从现代学徒制职业标准体系的打造、教学团队的构建、教学资源的开发、人才培养模式的创新、人才培养体系的打造等方面论述了企业主导型现代学徒制的实施路径,并总结了实施效果,以期共享现代学徒制航海人才培养经验,提高人才培养质量。     

A capacity maximization scheme for intersection management with automated vehicles

With the advent of connected and automated vehicle technology, in this paper, we propose an innovative intersection operation scheme named as MCross: Maximum Capacity inteRsection Operation Scheme with Signals. This new scheme maximizes intersection capacity by utilizing all lanes of a road simultaneously. Lane assignment and green durations are dynamically optimized by solving a multi-objective mixed-integer non-linear programming problem. The demand conditions under which full capacity can be achieved in MCross are derived analytically. Numerical examples show that MCross can almost double the intersection capacity (increase by as high as 99.51% in comparison to that in conventional signal operation scheme).     

Conflict-free arrival and departure trajectory planning for parallel runway with advanced point-merge system

In this paper, an efficient trajectory planning system is proposed to solve the integration of arrivals and departures on parallel runways with a novel route network system. Our first effort is made in designing an advanced Point Merge (PM) route network named Multi-Level Point Merge (ML-PM) to meet the requirements of parallel runway operations. Then, more efforts are paid on finding a complete and efficient framework capable of dynamically modelling the integration of arrival and departure trajectories on parallel runways, modelling the conflict detection and resolution in presence of curved trajectory and radius-to-fix merging process. After that, a suitable mathematical optimization formulation is built up. Receding Horizon Control (RHC) and Simulated Annealing (SA) algorithms are proposed to search the near-optimal solution for the large scale trajectories in routine dense operations. Taking Beijing Capital International Airport (BCIA) as a study case, the experimental results show that our system shows good performances on the management of arrivals and departures. It can automatically solve all the potential conflicts in presence of dense traffic flows. With its unique ML-PM route network, it can realize a shorter flying time and a near-Continuous Descent Approach (CDA) descent for arrival aircraft, an economical climbing for departure aircraft, an easier runway allocation together with trajectory control solutions. It shows a good and dynamic sequencing efficiency in Terminal Manoeuvring Area (TMA). In mixed ML-PM mode, under tested conditions, our proposed system can increase throughput at BCIA around 26%, compared with baseline. The methodology defined here could be easily applied to airports worldwide.     

港口门机司机绩效考核系统设计

针对某港口企业下属门机队现行绩效考核和管理相对落后的状况提出了有效的改进策略。基于门机作业实时记录,采用Microsoft SQL2005数据库、VC＋＋6．0和水晶报表技术设计了一套司机作业绩效考核软件,实现了对现场采集数据的转换和存储,并结合作业票数据考核门机司机的作业量,自动生成每月的机械队员工工资报表,同时,港口企业通过司机绩效考核软件完成对生产数据的科学、有效的管理。     

神朔铁路线路捣固作业决策方法

基于轨道不平顺指标与线路捣固作业维修质量的相关性分析结果,设计神朔铁路线路捣固作业决策方法。为说明该决策方法的有效性,利用神朔铁路河西运输段2014年9月—2016年12月共计31次的轨检车检测数据以及该时段内相应的捣固作业维修数据进行实例研究,并与神朔铁路传统的捣固作业决策方法进行对比。结果表明:基于该决策方法的捣固作业策略对神朔铁路捣固作业量和捣固成本的降低效果显著,能改进神朔铁路线路捣固作业计划的编制方法。

车载无线通信设备为地铁全自动运行提供了车地无线通话功能、乘客紧急对讲功能及控制中心对列车的广播功能,是列车安全运行的关键设备。介绍了无线车载台的设备结构及功能,根据全自动运行特点描述了无线车载台自检过程。结合全自动运行线路实际场景分析,总结得出列车唤醒车载无线设备的自检项。     

浅谈新常态下海员的现状与可持续发展

海员是我国从海洋大国向海洋强国转变的中流砥柱,他们为发展国民经济、保证航运安全和扩大对外开放做出了巨大的贡献。但是从当前形势来分析,我国对海员的教育培训力度和关怀力度却远远跟不上海洋经济的发展。文中主要指出我国海员目前所面临的发展现状,结合国外海员的发展模式及可吸取的经验,对我国海员的可持续发展做出较为全面的策略探讨。
