深入剖析应急交通与常规交通在动态交通分配要求的异同,将应急时空需求分布和动态交通分配模型联系起来,提供可行的公路应急交通疏散动态分析方法.首先,根据应急期限要求建立公路交通疏散需求的时空分布预测模型,得到分时段OD矩阵.其次,借助DYMIN双层规划模型,对分时段OD矩阵进行动态交通分配得到各路段的分时初始阻抗,同时为在路径选择中体现事件扩散对路段阻抗的影响,通过定义事件惩罚函数来修正路段阻抗,引导车辆选择受事件影响程度低的最短路径进行疏散.最后,基于TransModeler 软件进行反馈式仿真,比较事件惩罚函数运用前后的公路应急交通分配结果,验证了模型的有效性. 相似文献

Flex‐route transit brings together the low cost operability of fixed‐route transit with the flexibility of demand responsive transit, and in recent years, it has become the most popular type of flexible transit service. In this paper, a methodology is proposed to help planners make better decisions regarding the choice between a conventional fixed‐route and a flex‐route policy for a specific transit system with a varying passenger demand. A service quality function is developed to measure the performance of transit systems, and analytical modeling and simulations are used to reproduce transit operation under the two policies. To be closer to reality, two criteria are proposed depending on the processing of rejected requests in the assessment of the service quality function for flex‐route services. In various scenarios, critical demand densities, which represent the switching points between the two competing policies, are derived in a real‐world transit service according to the two criteria. 针对路面使用性能综合评价的复杂性,以集对论为基础,进行了同、异、反分析,在确定路面性能评价指标和评价类别的联系度后,建立了集对分析评价模型.从路面使用性能的特点出发,给出了一种局部惩罚-激励型变权确定方法,并与所建的集对分析模型相结合,采用联系数最大原则,提出了变权综合评价方法,使得评价结果更加客观科学.以天津市两条公路的沥青路面性能评价为例,验证了该评价方法的合理性. 相似文献

The planning and implementation of a multimodal transportation system in the Holy City of Makkah to handle the huge volumes of pilgrims to the City is not a straightforward mission, as Makkah poses numerous challenges including its unique seasonal demand patterns, mountainous terrain, and limited space. Aerial ropeway transit (ART), a promising transport technology solution, could be an important component of this system. This paper presents the results of a technical and economic feasibility study to explore the potential of introducing ART service in Makkah. The study reveals that, overall, ART service on some corridors in Makkah is technically feasible, and with some necessary enforcement measures to attract ridership could become a profitable transportation investment. Specifically, the study recommends using ART for special user groups and service/emergency crews during peak seasons and opening ART to the public as a premium service during the off-peak season. 相似文献

采用巴西劈裂法制成四组不同岩性的人工节理面,利用RYL–600岩石剪切流变仪对节理进行不同垂直压应力下的剪切试验,并运用TALYSURF CLI 2000扫描仪在每次剪切前后对节理面进行扫描,计算多个描述节理面形貌特征的三维参数值,通过三维参数值的变化定量分析节理面细观形貌的变化。研究结果表明:节理面抗剪强度的变化与节理面形貌变化有紧密联系,经历四次剪切作用后,节理面整体高度略微降低,各点间的高差缩小;峰点密度减小,节理面的凹凸程度降低;节理表面形态的各向异性程度降低,节理面整体的倾斜程度降低;对于节理面的同一变化,不同参数反映的角度和变化的幅度都不同,随垂直应力的增加,各次剪切作用后节理面的形貌变化量逐渐减小,形貌趋于平整。 相似文献
