舵型对潜艇操纵特性影响的仿真分析

本文介绍了X舵与十字舵的布局方式,并针对某型潜艇,在其尾操纵面分别为X形和十字形的情况下,编制了潜艇六自由度运动仿真程序,通过仿真分析,对X舵与十字舵在水平面和垂直面的操纵特性进行了综合比较,通过比较可以看出,无论是在垂直面还是水平面,X舵的舵效均高于十字舵,而且X舵能够有效控制潜艇水下高速回转时的横倾.从而得出结论:X舵的操纵性能均优于十字舵.     

变舵速对船舶Z型运动影响理论与试验分析

为分析变舵速对船舶Z型运动性能的影响,提出一种理论仿真和模型试验相结合分析的方法.基于流体力学和船舶操纵性基本理论和方法,建立三自由船舶运动模型,并对模型进行仿真验证.通过构建自航模试验系统,进行变舵速下的自航模试验.理论与试验结果表明:不同舵速对K及T指数无明显影响,但对超越角影响较明显.     

基于故障树模型的全回转舵桨液压系统可靠性分析

文章针对全回转舵桨液压系统可靠性进行了研究,首先对舵桨液压系统工作原理进行了分析,建立舵桨液压系统的可靠性框图及故障树模型,并结合拖轮的实际运行情况,对舵桨液压系统的可靠度进行评估,最后对提高舵桨液压系统可靠性提出了一些建议。     

Study on the maneuverability of a large vessel installed with a mariner type Super VecTwin rudder

The suitability of the Mariner type Super VecTwin rudder (hereinafter, the MSV rudder) for a large vessel is assessed in this article. Several experiments in a maneuvering pond were carried out and their results analyzed and summarized. Free-running tests such as turning, zigzag, and stopping tests were carried out with a 4-m free-running model of a very large crude carrier (VLCC) ship with the MSV rudder and the Mariner rudder. The results were compared to validate the maneuverability of a VLCC-sized a ship installed with the MSV rudder. A mathematical model of an MSV rudder is proposed for maneuvering simulation of a large vessel. To develop a maneuvering simulation for the model ship that was used in the free-running tests, hydrodynamic coefficients were estimated based on Kijima's regression formula. The coefficients of interaction between the hull and rudder (t_R, a_H, x_H) were obtained from a self-propulsion test in a towing tank. The complicated flow around the rudders is simplified to model the flow speed around the rudders. This simplified flow speed is utilized to compare the time histories of the free-running tests with the simulations. The mathematical model of the MSV rudder was further improved using the results of this comparison.

２１０００ｔ多用途船是上海远洋公司在南美洲航线上的定期班船，根据航程、船只数量、航班期的综合分析，要求船舶在主机输出功率７２３９．７５ｋＷ，含有１５％海上功率储备时，航速达到１６．５ｋｎ。为达到船东提出的先进航速指标，进行多次球首设计及尾部前置导管舵球的优化试验。介绍其设计思想及试验结果。     

RANS方法的螺旋桨与舵附推力鳍相互干扰水动力性能

The Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) method, along with the Fluent software package, was used to study the steady and unsteady interaction of propellers and rudders with additional thrust fins. The sliding mesh model was employed to simulate unsteady interactions between the blades, the rudder and the thrust fins. Based on the numerical results, the pressure distribution on the propeller and the efficiency of the fins were calculated as a function of the attack angle. The RANS results were compared with results calculated by the potential method. It was found that the results for the potential method and the RANS method have good consistency, but they yield maximum efficiencies for the fins, and thus corresponding attack angles, that are not identical.
