境外工程项目质量管理方法探索

结合参与“一带一路”项目阿布扎比哈里发港集装箱码头二期工程的项目管理实践,以与国际著名咨询公司美国JACOBS工程师合作共同为本工程提供高端咨询和项目管理服务为契机,从事前控制、事中管理和事后总结3方面探索境外工程师项目质量管理方法,为走出国门参与境外工程项目管理的工程师提供参考。重点研究其与国内项目质量管理方法的不同,并通过分析比较总结出境外工程师较好的MAR材料质量管理方法和注重过程控制和记录的WIR施工质量管理方法,拟将之引入国内项目质量管理中,助力国内项目质量管理水平提升。     

Eliciting preferences for adoption of fully automated vehicles using best-worst analysis

Autonomous mobility is one of the rapidly evolving aspects of smart transportation which carries the potential of reshaping both demand and supply sides of transportation systems. While understanding public opinions about autonomous vehicles (AVs) is a compelling step towards their successful implementation, still little is known about to which extent people will embrace this new technology and how the vehicle features will affect their adoption decision. This study presents a new approach for modeling the adoption behavior of fully AVs using the profile-case best-worst scaling model. In this approach, an AV profile which is characterized in terms of the main vehicle attributes and their associated levels is presented to the decision maker and he/she is asked to select the most and the least attractive attributes. Further, a binary adoption question at the end of the choice task inquires if the respondent is willing to purchase the described AV. Utilizing this method, we can recognize the difference between the intrinsic impacts of the vehicle attributes and the impact of the attribute levels on the adoption decision. Results of the analysis indicate that people are much more sensitive to the purchase price and incentive policies such as taking liability away from the “driver” in case of accidents and provision of exclusive lanes for AVs compared to other factors such as fuel efficiency, safety, or environmental friendliness. Further, it is found that millennials with higher income, those who live in the downtown area, and the majority of people who have experienced an accident in the past have greater interests in adopting this technology.     

打车软件使用率对出租车社会福利的影响

出租车行业的社会福利主要由出租车剩余价值与乘客剩余价值构成,为了量化打车软件这一新型电召服务模式对社会福利的影响,本文采用柯布—道格拉斯函数为出租车实载里程表达形式,得到出租车出行需求函数,然后考虑打车软件使用率对空驶里程的影响,最终构建出租车与乘客的剩余价值模型.通过成都某区域实例数据得出,当打车软件的使用率从0变化到100%,出租车剩余价值增加23%,乘客剩余价值减小6.4%,社会总福利减小3%.计算结果表明,该模型具有可行性与有效性,可为行业规划与管理中对打车软件这类新型服务模式提供引导方式,对出租车的价格调整等提供决策依据.     

隔离试功能法在筑路机械电器故障诊断中的应用

为了加快筑路机械电器故障诊断的进程,提出了隔离试功能概念及使用隔离试功能法的注意事项,阐明了实现隔离试功能常用的几种方法,并对电子部件的隔离试功能法也进行了探讨,给出了制作多功能信号模拟检测仪的思路。实践表明:这些方法简单实用,使用这些方法,可大大加快筑路机械电器故障诊断的进程。     

基于模糊C均值聚类的柴油机故障诊断

通过对柴油机运行时的表面振动信号进行分析处理得到由一系列特征参数组成的特征向量,利用模糊C均值聚类方法对特征向量进行模式识别,结果表明该方法可通过特征向量准确地区分不同的柴油机故障模式,模糊C均值聚类方法在柴油机状态监测与故障诊断中有较好的适用性。     

人工智能的搜索策略在物料管理系统中的应用

人工智能中的搜索策略广泛地应用在许多领域，在分析人工智能的搜索策略一宽度优先搜索算法的基础上，在开发的物料管理系统中采用了该算法，物料管理系统是某工厂CIMS工程的一个子系统，采用人工智能的搜索技术对大型数据库的数据进行处理，大大提高了程序的执行效率和速度，优化了程序设计，该系统已投入实际应用。     

High-speed wheel/rail contact determining method with rotating flexible wheelset and validation under wheel polygon excitation

A rotating flexible wheelset model is developed and integrated into a vehicle/track dynamic model. Flexible wheelset modes with natural frequencies less than 1000?Hz are considered in the wheelset modelling. An innovation of the paper is that wheel/rail rolling contact calculation considers the effect of the wheelset flexibility and the rotating effect. By introducing two half dummy rigid wheelsets the rolling contact between the flexible wheelset and the two rails can be transformed to that between a rigid wheelset and the rails. As an extension application, the wheel OOR (Out-Of-Round) wears with the 11th, 15th, and 17th orders are used to the vehicle system dynamic model with rigid, flexible and rotating-flexible wheelset model. The results of the three models are compared to study the influence of wheelset flexibility and rotation. The ‘online searching contact method’ developed in this paper is compared with the traditional contact method with considering the rotating flexible wheelset. And then a measured OOR is used to excite the rotating flexible wheelset, the response of which is analysed and verified.

文章建立了水面舰艇编队使用舰壳声纳对潜搜索模型,分析了舰艇间距及敌我舰艇航速大小等因素对搜索效能的影响,提出编队使用舰壳声纳对潜搜索基本方法。     

“跨越—2009”跨区机动暴露的问题与对策

分析了"跨越—2009"跨区基地实兵系列军事演习在跨区机动中存在着通信指挥手段少、伪装防护办法少,铁路、公路间转运速度慢的问题;提出了在复杂电磁环境下,灵活运用多种通信指挥手段、实施全程动态伪装防护、开展多部门参与的转运联合训练等应对措施,这些措施对我军快速、安全进行远程机动具有一定的参考价值。     

超前地质预报在岩溶隧道中的应用

结合宜万铁路某标段岩溶隧道群地质的特殊性,介绍采用TSP203地质预报系统、红外线探水、地质雷达和超前探孔等综合探测手段进行地质超前预报的方法。
