基于YN,3d-1变压器的同相AT牵引供电系统

提出了基于YN,3d-1变压器并结合两单相变流器和自耦变压器(AT)的供电方式。它实现了同相牵引供电,牵引变电所一次侧不再轮换,变电所单相供电,不用设置分相绝缘器;通过实时检测系统的综合补偿电流控制变流器,平衡三相,动态滤除无功和谐波电流。讨论了其补偿原理,给出了指令电流检测和变流器控制方法。分析和仿真证明,该同相供电系统是可行的。

论述了高速列车在运用检修中的若干个基本问题。阐明了高速列车具有全新的运用检修模式；提出了高速列车的运行方式，乘务制度检修制度工艺流程，以及高速动车组配属数量，检修工作量，检修库线，库车线的设计计算方法与计算公式，给了了高速动力段主检修库厂房结构的推荐方案。     

New Maintenance Strategies for Generating Companies in Power Market

A new approach to maintenance scheduling of generating units(MSU)in competitive electricity markets was presented,which was formulated as a noncooperative game with complete information.The payoff of each generating company(Genco)was defined as the profit from the energy auction market minus maintenance cost and risk loss.The compensation fee of interruptible load was a part of the maintenance cost when the permitted maintenance capacity in the system was insufficient.Hourly energy auction was incorporated in the computation of both revenues from energy market and risk loss of maintenance strategy as a nested game.A new heuristic search algorithm for the calculation of the game equilibrium of MSU was presented,which coordinates the solutions of non-equilibrium,unique equilibrium and multiple equilibria.Numerical results for a two-Genco system and a realistic system were used to demonstrate the basic ideas and the applicability of the proposed method,as well as its computational efficiency.

Analytical Solution for Model-Based Dynamic Power Factor Measurement in AC Resistance Spot Welding

On the basis of welding transformer circuit model, a new measuring method was proposed. This method measures the peak angle of the welding current, and then calculates the dynamic power factor in each half-wave. An artificial neural network is trained and used to generate simulation data for the analytical solution, i.e. a high-order binary polynomial, which can be easily adopted to calculate the power factor online. The tailored sensing and computing system ensures that the method possesses a real-time computational capacity and satisfying accuracy. A DSP-based resistance spot welding monitoring system was developed to perform ANN computation. The experimental results suggest that this measuring method is feasible.     

基于曲轴扭振诊断内燃机各缸作功状况

提出依据实测曲轴某一个惯量的扭转振动，反算各缸的平均有效压力，藉以诊断多缸内燃机各缸作功状况。用子空间法找出各缸平均有效压力与测点扭振角度间的传递关系，再用最小二乘法求解矛盾方程，进而得到各缸的平均有效压力。在6135柴油机上验证了所采用方法的正确性。

宪法序言的功能与效力问题，一直是宪法学界一个有争议的问题。宪法序言作为一个整体，确认了国家政权的政治正当性，以及国家的目标，这是宪法序言的最重要和最基本的功能，也是宪法效力发挥的政治与法律前提。宪法是根本法，是政治法，它的效力主要表现在对宪法内容的影响上，即通过序言的规定，明确了宪法本身所应当具有的法律效力。如果说宪法是“法律的法律”的话，那么，宪法序言就是“宪法的宪法”。     

二氧化碳人工气腹在安氟醚吸入麻醉中对心率变异性及脑电指标的影响

目的　探讨CO2 人工气腹在安氟醚吸入麻醉中对腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者心率变异性 (heartratevariability ,HRV)及脑电 (electroencephalogram ,EEG)指标的不同影响。 方法　利用心率变异功率谱分析技术 (HRV PSA)和脑电功率谱分析技术 (EEG PSA)对 2 8例腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者在麻醉前、麻醉诱导插管后及CO2 人工气腹后HRV指标LF、HF、LF HF、TP及EEG参数BIS、95 %SEF的变化进行了观察。结果　麻醉诱导插管后LF、HF、TP、BIS及95 %SEF均显著降低 ,LF HF未见明显改变 ;CO2 人工气腹后LF、LF HF、TP显著升高 ,HF、BIS及 95 %SEF未见明显改变。结论　CO2 人工气腹使交感神经活性显著升高而对大脑皮层意识活动影响不大     

长自回归谱的快速滤波算法

本文提出一种快速递推滤波算法,用于估计自回归(AR)模型系数。数值试验表明高分辨率的功率谱都是由高阶AR模型构成,高阶范围内有一最佳阶数存在,由于本算法是一种最优滤波算法,对噪声不敏感,小数据量时优于Marple算法,大数据量时优于快速付利叶变换,从文献记载的结果以及我们计算的实例看,有较高的分辨率。从本算法原理还能派生出若干类似算法。

通过对铁合金厂家实地调查,发现其所进行的无功补偿没有真正起到对整个系统的补偿,针对此情况进行了无功补偿方案的探讨,并且对并联电容器无功补偿中设备的选取和参数的选择进行了详细的分析,对铁合金厂家在进行无功补偿时,具有一定的参考价值。
