为了提高高校基础力学课程教学质量．近年来我们在教材内容、教学方法及培养合格人才等方面做了一些积极的探索和研究。     

EXPRESSION OF NESTIN AND GLIAL FIBRILLARY ACIDIC PROTEIN IN DIFFERENT PERIOD AFTER SPINAL INJURY IN ADULT RATS

Objective To study the expression of Nestin and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in different period after spinal injury in adult rats. Methods Animal moels were created by artery clamp. Expression of Nestin and GFAP in different period ( 1,3,5days; 1-8 weeks) and different area( injury locus and its surrounding tissue ) after spinal injury were observed pathologicaly using immunofluorescence and LeicaQ5001W imaging processing system.Results There was expression of Nestin and GFAP in injured area 1 day after injury. The expression increased not only in in injured area but its sourrounding 3--7 days later and gradually got to peak value. As the time went on, expression of Nestin and GFAP dereased. Conclusion Spinal injury can induce the expression of Nestin. Nerve stem cell has response to spinal injury. There is positive correlation between expression of Nestin and hyperplasia of reactivity astrocyte. Nerve stem cell maybe invovled in the repair of central nervous system (CNS).     

组合式爆炸容器冲击载荷及其动力响应的数值模拟

采用ANSYS／LS-DYNA软件。通过容器壳体与分布载荷(流场)耦合方法，计算了椭球封头圆柱形组合式爆炸容器壳体在承受内部中心点爆炸的冲击载荷动力响应，并与实测结果对比．结果表明。反射超压由中环面向极点方向顺序加载，峰值逐渐降低，作用时间逐渐加长，在圆柱壳与椭球壳的结合部达到最小，而后又逐渐增加．壳体最大应变由近爆点向远爆点方向逐渐降低，在圆柱壳与椭球壳的结合部达到最小，而后又逐渐增加，在曲率最大处出现最大压应力．

Equivalent Bar Conceptions for Computer Analysis of Pantographic Foldable Structures

An equivalent bar conception is firstly developed for the computer analysis of pantographic foldable structures. The uniplet of two three-node beam elements is assumed as a six-bar assembly with respect to least norm least square solution for the elastic strain energy equality. The equilibrium equation is developed for the equivalent models, and the internal forces formulated sequently for backup calculation. This procedure is proved practical for some engineering, and some interesting concepts proposed. Finally, three numerical tests are presented.     

汽车与防撞护栏的碰撞运动研究

对防撞护栏与汽车工作特性以及防撞机理进行分析,并分析现有计算碰撞力的原理和方法,修正考虑汽车局部变形和护栏变形共同影响的修正的质量一弹簧模型,确定车辆和防撞护栏系统动力方程,给出在汽车冲撞过程中护栏所受碰撞力的计算表达式,求解碰撞力,并与实车碰撞结果进行比较和分析.对合理设计新型防撞护栏提供了重要的依据.     

道路交通事故车辆行驶速度计算方法研究

道路交通事故发生后，查明事故发生前车辆行驶速度是确定事故责任、公平公正处理事故的关键，本文研究探讨了几种车辆行驶速度计算方法。[第一段]     

AN ASYMPTOTIC ANALYSIS METHOD FOR THE LINEAR SHELL

In this paper, using the formal approach of asymptotic expansion for linear elastic shell we can get each term uk successively. According this method the leading term u0 will be identified by an elliptic boundary value problem, other terms will be obtained by the algebraic operations without solving partial differential equations. We give the variational formulation for the leading term U(x) and construct an approximate solution U^KT(x,ξ):= U(x) Ⅱ1Uξ Ⅱ2Uξ,then we give the estimation.
