热浸镀锌件中精加工部位不要求有镀层的技术及工艺研究

热浸镀锌不可避免地会使镀层全面附着在镀件表面．但为保证销轴或轴承安装达到零件的设计要求，支座在热浸镀锌中精加工部位必须获得无镀锌层表面。为此．我们研制出覆盖剂Ⅰ，并通过涂抹于加工部位能够得到较为理想的无镀层精加工部位，但镀后残渣清理有困难．覆盖剂Ⅰ有待于进一步改善。     

车轮制动热疲劳损伤研究综述

热疲劳损伤是车轮的一种主要失效形式。文章对其损伤机理和影响因素进行了具体分析，提出了今后的研究方向。     

Convective Heat Transfer Characteristics of the Elliptic Cylinder with Axis Ratio 4：1 in Crossflow

The heat transfer features around the elliptic cylinder of axis ratio 4：1 in crossflow were investigated experimentally within a wide range of Reynolds number. By means of heat-mass transfer analogy and the naphthalene sublimation technique, the local heat transfer distribution and the mean heat transfer coefficient are clarified.The result shows that the mean heat transfer coefficient is higher than that of a circular cylinder in most Reynolds number range regarded, and this superiority turns to be more significant with the increase of flow speed. Moreover, the effect of axis ratio on mean heat transfer coefficient was investigated tentatively. The oil-lampblack technique was employed to enable visualization of the flow pattern around the cylinder and on the cylinder wall.

过滤器按其分离形式分类主要有下列三类：“流体——固体分离”去除流体（液体、气体）中固体颗粒；“液体——液体分离”去除油液中的水分及胶状物，“气体——液体分离”．去除油雾中油份。后两类分离产品是高科技发展迫切需要的，为此对油水分离过程及机理、油中水的危害进行了论述。     

舰船舱室防火与烟雾扩散研究

舰船舱室内火灾的危险性不言而喻，有必要对其过程进行详细研究，以便采取相应措施，降低风险。介绍了一种针对舱室火灾及烟雾扩散的计算方法，即首先对火灾的过程进行数学建模，然后针对不同的燃烧条件进行模拟计算，并辅以实验验证，对火灾作出安全评估。     

钻孔灌注桩在青藏铁路多年冻土地区的应用

介绍了钻孔灌注桩在青藏铁路多年冻土地区的施工方法、施工步骤以及施工注意事项,分析钻孔灌注桩对冻土层的热扰动机理,结合地温测试试验对回冻时间进行了研究,分析了影响回冻时间的因素,表明钻孔灌注桩适合在多年冻土地区应用。     

新型客车热轴现象机理分析

针对近来陆续发生的客车热轴现象,进行了运用情况调查,从轮径差、轴箱定位、构架结构尺寸差、车体支撑状态等方面进行了分析,得出了上述几方面是造成热轴主要原因的结论,并提出了相应的建议。

热环境分析是地铁筹建的一个重要课题，而地铁站台是否采用屏蔽门又必须从经济和技术等各方面去综合评价。本论述了影响地铁环控系统初投资和运行费用的因素，并结合实际工程对站台屏蔽门方案进行了技术经济分析。
