高速公路紧急救援服务点选址模型的研究

在总结高速公路紧急救援服务点选址原则基础上,应用应急系统选址主要模型--集合覆盖模型和最大履盖模型,初步解决了高速公路紧急救援体系中多个服务点选址问题.然后,分别建立了服务点安置费用相同和不同情况下的集合覆盖模型,并给出模型解法步骤,介绍了最大覆盖模型.最后,通过算例阐述了应用模型解决高速公路多个紧急救援服务点选址问题的策略和求解过程,计算结果表明,该模型在解决多个服务点选址问题时具有较好效果,为决策者在成本和实际需求之间权衡,最终确定服务点选址方案提供了依据.     

城市快速路交通事件检测的自适应算法研究

针对城市快速路交通事件检测问题,提出了-种基于自适应遗传算法与神经网络相结合的自动检测算法.通过改进的自适应遗传算法优化神经网络结构和权值参数,保证了神经网络能以较小规模和最优的权值参数来描述事件发生与交通参数间的映射关系,从而提高检测效果.利用PARAMICS交通软件模拟了北京市京通快速路从大望桥到四惠桥路段间的一组交通数据,仿真结果表明,该算法同现有的典型算法相比较,具有较高的检测率和较快的检测速度.     

基于VBOX设备的ABS性能试验及结果分析

ABS是英文ANTILOCK BRAKE SYSTEM的缩写,即防抱死制动系统。ABS系统能极大地改善和提高车辆的制动性能,它能够在制动过程中对被制动车轮的制动压力进行自适应调节,防止制动车轮发生抱死,是提高车辆主动安全性的重要装备。本文在介绍防抱死制动系统（ABS）的结构和工作原理的基础上,重点结合VBOX设备和MT500／e KFZ轮速传感器介绍某轻型客车的ABS试验流程,同时对试验结果进行比较和分析,得出该车辆的防抱死制动性能的综合评价。     

高度信息在立交桥地图匹配中的应用

二维车辆导航系统没有融入高度信息,在处理立交桥路段的地图匹配时有准确性差和实时性不高的缺陷,这些缺陷很难通过提高电子地图和GPS接收信号的精度来得到改善.研究提出将高度信息应用到立交桥路段的地图匹配算法,实验结果表明本算法的匹配准确性在90%以上,判断平均用时缩减为原来的1/2,错误纠正平均用时缩减在6 S以内.     

火电厂煤粉炉系统的GPC-PID串级控制策略

针对火电厂煤粉炉燃烧控制系统大惯性、大延迟且模型不确定,以及常规PID串级控制难以取得良好控制效果的特点,提出广义预测控制与PID相结合GPC-PID的控制策略.仿真结果证实了该控制策略较常规PID有较好的控制性能和较强的抗干扰能力.     

Modeling and Analysis of Logistics System Based on Stochastic Petri Net under Supply Chain Circumstances

In order to describe the impacts of adjustment ability of logistics system on the profit and cost of logistics system, we constructed a model of logistics system based on stochastic Petri net (SPN), and proposed a theorem for the adjustment ability of logistics system under supply chain circumstances on condition that the payoff of supply chain is a steadily increasing process. Then we put forward that a sequence of MGF (moment generating function) of out-of-goods risk process for logistics system is a martingale. The model we proposed can overcome shortcomings of the previous ones that can not describe the characteristics of the adjustment ability of logistics system. The results of simulation experiments are consistent with theoretical analysis.     

Improved Classification Approach via GEPSVM

A modified multisurface "proximal support vector machine classifier via generalized eigenvalues (GEPSVM for short)" was proposed. By defining a new principle, we designed a new classification approach via GEPSVM, namely, maximum or minimum plane distance GEPSVM (MPDGEPSVM). Unlike GEPSVM, our approach obtains two planes by solving two simple eigenvalue problems, such that it can avoid occurrence of singular problems. Our approach, compared with GEPSVM, has better classification performance. Moreover, MPDGEPSVM is over one order of magnitude faster than GEPSVM, and almost two orders of magnitude faster than SVM. Computational results on public datasets from UCI database illustrated the efficiency of MPDGEPSVM.     

A study of maneuvering control for an air cushion vehicle based on back propagation neural network

A back propagation (BP) neural network mathematical model was established to investigate the maneuvering control of an air cushion vehicle (ACV). The calculation was based on four-freedom-degree model experiments of hydrodynamics and aerodynamics. It is necessary for the ACV to control the velocity and the yaw rate as well as the velocity angle at the same time. The yaw rate and the velocity angle must be controlled correspondingly because of the whipping, which is a special characteristic for the ACV. The calculation results show that it is an efficient way for the ACV's maneuvering control by using a BP neural network to adjust PID parameters online.     

热致沥青老化对沥青试验的影响

沥青的老化是指沥青在受到各种自然因素(氧、光、热、水等)的作用下,随时间而产生不可逆的化学反应,使沥青的组分移行,导致沥青性能的低劣。     

冯正霖：2008年全国农村公路质量抽检总体合格率稳步提升

在全国农村公路建设现场会上,交通运输部副部长冯正霖介绍说,从各地上报的质量检测结果和部质监总站检查结果看,2008年全国农村公路质量抽检总体合格率为93．5％,较2007年提高了1．8％。其中,路基、路面和桥梁工程质量抽检指标合格率较2007年同比分别增长1.8％、2．6％和2．1％。
