Virtual mobility and organizational reality – a note on the mobility needs in knowledge organisations

This article addresses the potential for reducing international work-related air travelling through the use of information and communication technologies such as videoconferences and e-learning in knowledge companies. It looks at the potential for reducing travel related to such things as meetings and teaching. In the absence of regulations, however, we do not find potential for reducing the number of trips of this type because they do not facilitate face-to-face contacts. Therefore the conclusion is, that policy and planning have to look for other options for pursuing ‘sustainable mobility’ policies in the future.

空中交通流量管理系统(ATFM)对于适应飞行量的不断增长、减少延误、充分利用空域和地面资源,具有战略性意义.多Agent具有实时性高、可扩充性好、自治能力强的特点,符合空中交通流量管理系统的要求.本文充分考虑到空中交通流量管理系统三级结构的特点,把那些具有自主性和智能性、并对系统有重要影响的实体用Agent来实现,基于Agent技术构建了空中交通流量管理系统的框架,详细阐述了系统工作方式及各分Agent系统的结构;将多Agent应用到空中交通流量管理系统,可有效提高系统的动态环境适应性和自治性,降低系统设计与实现的复杂性,为建设流量管理系统提供了新的思维模式.

A 38 MPa compressor based on metal hydrides

Known as one of the most promising application of metal hydride(MH),the MH compressor can afford hydrogen with high pressure and high purity.Two AB5 type multi-component hydrogen storage alloys and vanadium are studied for the purpose of high pressure compression.A compact compression system has been built.Each designed small-size reactor contains seven special stainless-steel pipes.The single stage compressor can improve the hydrogen pressure from 2 up to 35 MPa with the hydrogen desorbed per unit mass of 207.8 mL/g.The two-stage compression can output hydrogen with pressure of 38 MPa steadily in whole 5.7 mol hydrogen output flow.However,its hydrogen desorbed per unit mass was only computed to 106.9 mL/g as a result of two reactors used in the cycle and the output mass of hydrogen increased less.     

Enhanced, multi criteria based site selection to measure mobile source toxic air pollutants

A multi-criteria-based site selection process that was developed for the Las Vegas near-road study is used to select the most appropriate near-road measurement sites in the Detroit area. The study measures particulate matter with aerodynamic diameters ?2.5 μm and mobile source air toxic compounds, and to document the rationale for selecting or rejecting specific sites. An application of this multi-criteria decision analysis may be the recent US Environmental Protection Agency rule requiring the siting of NO₂ monitors within 50 m of major roads as well as siting for the measurement of community-wide NO₂ concentrations.

水深对半潜式平台水动力性能及波浪载荷的影响*

本文根据有条件的建模方法（CMA）和一次逆可靠度方法(IFORM),运用Matlab编程计算确定百年一遇波高-周期的等概率曲线,设计了一组百年一遇波浪海况。根据Morison方程与绕射理论计算海洋平台波浪载荷的各自特点,本文采用Morison方程和绕射理论相结合的方法,运用挪威船级社研发的SESAM程序,就水深对半潜式海洋平台水动力性能和波浪载荷的影响进行了分析。某半潜式海洋平台计算分析水深对平台的运动响应、气隙、波浪二阶平均漂移力和纵向剪切力等六个波浪载荷的影响。
