机场停机位分配是机场地面作业中的一项核心任务,本文对机场停机位分配问题进行研究,为最大限度降低实时运行中航班延误对预分配方式的影响,以最小化停机位各空闲时间段的离差为目标函数建立数学模型。对于该问题,首先采用贪婪算法对不考虑航班机型-机位匹配约束的情形进行优化,并给出最优性证明;然后结合动态时间窗法对考虑机位-机型匹配约束的模型进行优化求解.最后用一个实际算例对算法进行了验证,并与其他优化算法进行了对比,检验本算法的最优性. 相似文献

The full benefits of Continuous Climb Operations (CCO) are realised when CCO are performed without interruption. However, CCO require safe departures that necessarily implies a reduction in capacity at high density traffic airports. This paper quantifies the capacity impact due to the integration of CCO (conflict-free with other departures and arrivals) in a high density traffic airport. The methodology develops a scheduling algorithm, a conflict-detection and resolution algorithm, and Monte Carlo simulations. The scheduling algorithm calculates two schedules, one for departures and another for arrivals, considering the CCO Rate. The conflict-detection and resolution algorithm compares CCO and arrival trajectories to detect which aircraft pairs are in conflict. The Air Traffic Control (ATC) intervention required to solve the conflict is modelled by delaying the CCO take-off. Numerical simulations based on Monte Carlo techniques are used to analyse scheduling combinations that are statistically significant in terms of conflict, ATC interventions, total delay and capacity. The results show a 32% reduction in the maximum theoretical capacity with a CCO Rate of 100%. Despite the reduction, the number of CCO departures is above the maximum operational capacity (50% of the maximum theoretical capacity). This implies that with optimised scheduling it is possible for all departures to be CCO. 相似文献

The paper presents one of the initial steps in the evaluation process towards possible implementation of an innovative taxiway intersection design at Munich Airport apron. A roundabout is proposed as a potential solution for the 12-line intersection area expected at redesigned Apron 3. Although it is a common solution used in road transport for complex intersections, the roundabout has never previously been used for airport surface operations nor has its possible use been considered or analyzed. The paper presents preliminary design and operations concepts of the apron roundabout, followed by its capacity evaluation under Munich Airport operating conditions. This paper discusses the possibility of collaboration between airport and high speed rail (HSR) to improve the airport’s gateway function. We apply the model which consists of three players, carriers, passengers, and the airport. In order to estimate the impact of the collaboration, we carry out some numerical computations with the model under the twin hub three zones network. Our results show that the collaboration between HSR and the smaller demand airport can reduce the congestion at the bigger demand airport, which suggests the collaboration can be preferable for carriers and passengers; it would improve the social welfare. 相似文献

北京轨道交通新机场线是一条服务于北京新机场的专线,线路全长41 km,平均站间距19 km,初步客流预测远期高峰小时断面约5 800人/h,旅行时间目标为从市内航空主客源地至新机场北航站楼半小时到达。从线路长度、站间距及机场专线的旅行时间目标来看,本线宜采用最高运行速度140 km/h及以上车辆。结合本线线路敷设方式、资源共享条件及车辆技术成熟度等,本线车型及最高运行速度选择受到一定限制。当前国内市域快轨发展面临技术标准不明确、线网层次不清晰等问题,新机场线作为特殊的市域快轨,其车辆选型受线路功能定位、乘客乘坐舒适度、旅行时间等多种因素影响,需结合多方面因素综合考虑。从新机场线的特殊性及设计目标入手,对本线最高运行速度、车辆型式的选择进行分析,得到本线适宜采用最高运行速度160 km/h、在城际动车组成熟平台基础上进行改进的市域型车的结论。 相似文献
