JC110—19A摩托车整车逆向工程充分利用了ATOS光学测量系统和三坐标测量仪的各自优点,对摩托车整车覆盖件进行数据采集,极大地提高了数据采集速度和摩托车整体数据精度,更有利于下游的CAD数据建模,减少设计过程中的反复修改和协调时间,缩短了整车的开发周期。不使用ATOS系统对摩托车整车数据采集需要1个多月的时间,而使用ATOS系统仅需要1周左右时间,同时可节约设计中的协调时间近1个月,共计缩短摩托车整车开发时间2～3个月,大大提高了新品上市周期,提高了产品开发工作效率。

论述了汽车声品质试验数据管理、分析的基本需求和声品质试验数据管理系统(SQTDMS)的设计过程。此系统可以支持单点数据、曲线数据和三维云图数据的导入、对比显示,并具有良好的扩展性。通过对原始声音信号进行保存,结合ArtemiS软件的Automation接口,可以回放声音信号,进行声品质主观评价。系统的建立可以帮助用户对汽车声品质试验数据进行管理、分析。

Recent applications of big data analytics in railway transportation systems: A survey

Big data analytics (BDA) has increasingly attracted a strong attention of analysts, researchers and practitioners in railway transportation and engineering. This urges the necessity for a review of recent research development in this field. This survey aims to provide a comprehensive review of the recent applications of big data in the context of railway engineering and transportation by a novel taxonomy framework, proposed by Mayring (2003). The survey covers three areas of railway transportation where BDA has been applied, namely operations, maintenance and safety. Also, the level of big data analytics, types of big data models and a variety of big data techniques have been reviewed and summarized. The results of this study identify the existing research gaps and thereby directions of future research in BDA in railway transportation systems.

轿车悬架台架多轴疲劳试验载荷开发

以某C级轿车悬架零部件的试验载荷开发为例,探讨了多轴疲劳载荷谱浓缩的编辑方法和台架试验载荷谱的质量检查技术,以及载荷测试参数和道路载荷采集工况的确定.浓缩载荷谱质量分析结果表明,该C级车悬架时间域编辑载荷谱优于峰谷值编辑载荷谱.以时间域编辑为基础,结合提出的特殊载荷频率浓缩处理,使C级车悬架零部件台架试验载荷达到了理想的加速效果和各轴损伤的一致性.     

Data mining in sloshing experiment database and application of neural network for extreme load prediction

Database of the sloshing model test has been mined. More than 540 terabytes experimental data have been accumulated for various cargo holds, vessels, environmental conditions, operational conditions, and experimental conditions. The database was organized, cleaned, and analyzed for the floating units larger than standard size LNG carriers or LNG fueled vessels. The selected target data was used for the machine learning to predict the model test results from the test conditions. An artificial neural network has been developed. Many different types of parameters were scaled and transformed as the input attributes followed by the optimization of the hyperparameters and the architecture. The network predicted the test results that were not used in the training process. The prediction results were validated according to the changes in the environmental conditions, operational conditions, and model dimensions. The accuracy of the network was acceptable to be applicable to the designing perspective.
