关于国外游船内装设计的启示

本文通过对某旗舰产品Princess 95MY内装设计的分析,阐述了国外游船的内装设计理念、基本设计原则、材质的选用要求,提出了舰艇内装设计与施工的几点建议。     

近年摩托车产品技术性贸易措施通报情况及应对措施

自我国加入WTO以来,外贸出口需严格按照世贸规则,遵守世贸各国的技术性贸易措施的规定。客观看待各国的TBT通报,是要警惕发达国家在通报中所设置的技术性贸易壁垒给我国产品出口造成的人为门槛,同时也要了解它＂双刃剑＂的特性,它不仅是各国所设置的市场准入障碍,更是国际最新技术发展方向的风向标。     

机动车燃料碳排放分析

根据我国石油天然气开采的特点计算了石油和天然气的单位开采能耗,分别为157.69kg标煤和186.837 2kg标煤.计算了柴油、汽油和LPG的炼油收率,分别为37.91%,18.25%和5.49%;并以此推算燃料所消耗的原油量.基于中石油和中石化的炼油能耗数据计算了我国炼油能耗,为71.619 5kg标准油/t.考虑到进口原油、天然气和燃料的开采和加工的碳排放不发生在国内,计算了国产原油、天然气、柴油、汽油和LPG在国内消费量中的比例,分别为55.52%,97.54%,98.6%,99.82%和76.24%.如果只消费单一燃料,则结合燃料的碳排放系数,国内使用1t天然气、柴油、汽油和LPG的碳排放分别为616.197,1 215,1 561.1,2 627.5kg.如果同时消费多种燃料,则应取各类燃料的原油消耗量的最大值来计算原油加工和开采的碳排放量.

Car-free city centres

In a car-free city centre car traffic is limited by an area-wide ban to its functionally necessary share. This usually includes delivery and service vehicles and residents' cars. The lock-out of unnecessary car traffic must not be an isolated measure, but part of a pulland-push approach. The most important supporting measure concerns the provision of attractive public transport services. Case studies from Bologna, Lubeck, Aachen, York, and Nuremburg are reported.

从揭示出租车行业的性质入手,系统分析了我国作为主体的出租车运营业,即北京模式的现状,并以民营化理论为基础,具体阐述了我国出租车行业民营化的路径。同时基于出租车行业作为城市公共交通一部分的公益属性,论证了政府再管制的合法性和措施。     

Fast Fourier Transform Approximation of Foreign Currency Option Pricing Based on Exponential Lévy Model

To study the approximation of foreign currency option prices when the underlying assets＇ price dynamics are described by exponential Lévy processes, the convolution representations for option pricing formulas were given, and then the fast Fourier transform （FFT） algorithm was used to get the approximate values of option prices. Finally, a numerical example was given to demonstrate the calculate steps to the option price by FFT.

Battening down the hatches: How should the maritime industries weather the financial tsunami?

This paper investigates the major impacts of the financial tsunami on the maritime industries, notably port and shipping. The maritime industries are still reeling from market declines, with stakeholders still attempting to weather the storm as best as they can through various strategies. However, such strategies are not uniform, where significant diversifications have been noted between major markets and stakeholders. Looking ahead, this paper has identified four major issues, of which they are believed to play key roles in shaping the maritime industries in the post-2008 world. They include the changing patterns of global trades, the importance of being green, the changing government-industrial relations and the need for transparency. Each of these issues has the potential to alter the future maritime industries in diversified, but significant, ways.
