基于Burgers蠕变模型的圆形隧道内力分析方法对比研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
以高黎贡山TBM施工的特定段圆形隧道为工程对象,基于围岩蠕变的Burgers模型,提出了隧道衬砌内力计算的地层结构分析法和荷载结构分析法,对比研究两种分析方法的异同点和特点,得出以下结论:(1)地层结构分析法能模拟地层自重应力及其重分布、隧道开挖和支护效应,并能通过蠕变的非线性迭代获得隧道衬砌内力结果,在隧道开挖后围岩蠕变的整个过程中,模拟精度较高,但计算耗时稍长;(2)荷载结构分析法不能考虑地层自重应力以及隧道开挖支护效应,建模相对简单,计算耗时短,但计算前需准备等效节点荷载,对蠕变早期的模拟精度相对较差,对蠕变中后期的模拟结果与地层结构分析法较为一致;(3)综合考虑各种因素,建议围岩蠕变下的隧道衬砌内力分析优先选用地层结构分析法。  相似文献

高速公路隧道衬砌结构病害整治技术研究   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
以麂子岗隧道为研究对象,创新性地将左线和右线衬砌结构病害进行对比分析,基于自然地质条件及病害成因机理提出较为完备的整治措施,采用数值模拟方法对整治效果进行验证,结果如下:(1)对比统计分析左线、右线衬砌结构病害,得到在横断面不同位置及纵向里程上病害的分布规律及差异;(2)在横断面位置上,拱顶和拱腰处衬砌裂损及厚度不足病害最严重;在纵向里程上,左线、右线在ZK1963+600~ZK1964+180段多种衬砌结构病害均大量集中分布,建议加强对该区段的地质监测、衬砌结构健康状况检测及病害整治工作;(3)运用数值分析软件对套衬加固及钢带加固前后衬砌结构的受力进行模拟,得到衬砌厚度不足病害整治前后衬砌结构的安全系数及变化,对衬砌结构的安全性进行检验,证明相应整治措施有效。  相似文献

The district modified stiffness method (DMSM) considers the effect of joints and hand holes on the stiff-ness of the lining ring, assuming the stiffness around the joint and hand hole is to be reduced and the stiffness else-where is not changed. Considering the stiffness reduction of the lining ring caused by the segment’s circumferential joint, the internal force of the lining structure, the ground surface settlement and the displacement response of the surrounding soil body induced by shield driving are analyzed by an HS small strain constitutive model, and a 3D FEM model is established to analyze the interactions among the tunnel, soil body and building to apply to the dou-ble-line running tunnel of Shanghai Metro Line 11, which crosses under a historic building. In contrast, a 3D numeri-cal model based on the routine method (RMM) is set up and a comparison with the site measured data is conducted,with results indicating that they agree very well. The simulation results show that the existing building not only changes the surface settlement trough but also largely reduces horizontal displacement at the corresponding measuring points of the settlement trough; the distortion values of the existing building are related to the positions of the tunnel face and the location of the building; and the final distortion doesn’t decrease after completion of tunnel construction, but major residual distortion remains. This simulation method provides a reference for the control of disturbances during shield construction in soft rock. © 2018, Editorial Office of "Modern Tunnelling Technology". 考虑水荷载作用的铁路隧道衬砌结构设计   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
采用室内模型试验方法,通过改变围岩注浆圈模拟介质的渗透系数,进行10组铁路隧道衬砌结构的水荷载折减系数测试试验,研究水荷载折减系数与注浆圈综合渗透系数的关系。试验结果表明,当围岩注浆圈渗透系数小于10-5cm.s-1时,水荷载折减系数取0~0.3为宜;反之,取值为0.3~1。按考虑水荷载和不考虑水荷载两种受力模式对隧道衬砌结构进行计算分析结果表明,存在较大水荷载作用的隧道衬砌结构设计不宜套用标准图,建议采用钢筋混凝土圆形衬砌结构。  相似文献

梅西湖隧道基坑k24 +510 ~560段上跨地铁2号线,基坑底部离地铁衬砌只有3.3m,为了基坑及地铁衬砌的安全,采用上部桩锚+下部土钉墙的支护型式度过本段基坑,并用midas数值计算软件对基坑开挖进行计算,得出了地铁衬砌的竖向位,以此来探讨地铁衬砌的安全性,对类似工程的设计和施工有一定的借鉴意义.  相似文献

Research purposes: In recent years, tunnel diseases like lining cracking and water leaking during spring thawing period, caused by frost heaving of surrounding rock, have occasionally occurred in high-latitude seasonally-frozen regions of northwest China and northeast China, which has seriously affected the tunnel structure and operation safety. Taking several railway tunnels in northwest China as an example, this paper investigates the cause and main influencing factors of longitudinal cracking of side wall in winter in seasonal frozen soil area by means of field test, laboratory experiment and numerical simulation. Research conclusions:(1) When the water content of surrounding rock of tunnel built in strongly-weathered sandstone is 12.3% and the frozen depth of surrounding rock is up to 60 cm, the maximum tensile stress of side walls is 2.28 MPa, which is larger than the ultimate tensile strength of C30 concrete, then the horizontal lining cracking will appear on side walls under the effect of continuous negative temperature in winter. If the lining bears part of the surrounding rock load, the longitudinal cracking degree of the side wall will increase. (2) Under the effect of frost heaving loads, the cracking of tunnel lining has its own characteristics of symmetry, seasonality and accumulation, etc. The cracks appear in winter and distribute in the middle of side walls. As the temperature is rising, the crack begins to shrink. (3) The frozen circle thickness and water content of surrounding rock should be used as main indicators during the process of calculation of frost heaving loads of surrounding rock in seasonally-frozen regions. In order to study the influence of spray-applied waterproofing membrane layer on the mechanical properties of tunnel lining structure, a numerical calculation model of composite lining, spray-applied waterproofing lining and single-shell lining is established according to the mechanical parameters and interface parameters of waterproofing membrane measured by tests, and comparative analysis is made on the mechanical properties of the three types of lining structures. The research results show that: (1) compared with the composite lining, the stress of the secondary lining in the spray-applied waterproofing lining structure is significantly reduced, and the stress of the initial support has little change, but the displacement of both the initial support and the secondary lining increases; (2) in the spray-applied waterproofing lining structure, the whole section of the secondary lining is in the state of small eccentric compression, and the safety factor is greatly improved; (3) spray-applied waterproofing membrane layer can improve the cooperative force-bearing capacity of initial support and secondary lining, and improve the stress state of secondary lining, which is beneficial to improve the safety of secondary lining; and (4) with the increase of the cooperative force-bearing capacity of spray-applied waterproofing lining structure, the internal force of spray-applied waterproofing lining structure will be infinitely close to that of single-shell lining structure. © 2022, Editorial Office of "Modern Tunnelling Technology".
