The Evaluation and Selection of Outsourcing Suppliers in Mass Customization （MC）

Many MC companies find it necessary to cooperate with a large number of outsourcing suppliers to provide MC products according to customers＇ diversified orders. To this end, how to select competitve suppliers for the outsourcing manufacturing of non-core processes is the key to establish strong supply chain ally of MC company as well as make the company more efficient in its core manufacturing processes. A procedure of selecting outsourcing suppliers was presented to identify and find competitive suppliers. The continuous improvement of this procedure was proposed to ensure the optimal supply chain of MC company in the long run. Besides, a multi-criteria evaluation model in the procedure was set up according to MC＇s characteristic with fuzzy multi-criteria methods combined to solve the fuzzy problems of criteria weight and qualitative attribute value. A case study of MC manufacturing company was provided to show that the procedure ,model and methods are effective to select outsourcing suppliers.     

Performance Evaluation of List Sphere Detector

Two Models of DMFC under Effects of Cathode Humidification Temperature and Anode Flow Rate

This paper introduced a novel self-adjustment of parameters of fuzzy neural networks. Then, the effects of cathode humidification temperature and anode flow rate on the performance of direct methanol fuel celI（DMFC） were described respectively. Two dynamic performance models of DMFC under the influences of cathode humidification temperature and anode flow rate were established separately based on fuzzy neural networks. The simulation results show the accuracy of the models established is satisfactory.     

Splitting Balanced Incomplete Block Designs with Block Size 2×k

This paper investigated the existence of splitting balanced incomplete block designs with blck size 2 ×k.The necessary conditions for such a design are λ(v-1)≡0(mod k),and λv(v-1 )≡0 (mod 2k 2). It will show that the above necessary conditions are also sufficient for k = 3 with the definite exception(v,λ)= (10,1) and with several possible exceptions.     

Synthesis and Characterization of Polyurethane and Epoxy Resin Interpenetrating Polymer Network

A series of Polyurethane (PU)/bisphenol A based Epoxy Resin (EP) Interpenetrating Polymer Networks(IPN) were synthesized and characterized by SEM, DSC, TGA and DMTA. It was found that IPN shows the best compatibility and damping properties when the ratio of PU/EP is 80 to 20. The results show that chain-extender and higher molecular weight of PPG are able to improve the properties of compatibility, damping and thermal properties.     

对桥梁两种橡胶支座减隔震性能的理论分析

笔者在文中对桥梁板式橡胶支座和铅芯橡胶支座在建立线弹性模型基础上,利用减隔震设计原理对其性能进行理论分析.在指出板式橡胶支座的不足之后,进一步对铅芯橡胶支座的主要参数如初始刚度、屈服刚度、铅芯直径等对其减隔震功能的影响进行了分析.通过分析指出铅芯橡胶支座的优点以及它是如何克服了板式橡胶支座不足的.     

基于多端口串行Flash的超长条形LED显示屏控制

为了不增加硬件成本而提高显示数据的输出速度,在分析现有条形LED显示屏单元板电路的基础上,提出了一种基于多端口串行Flash存储器的LED显示控制系统,该系统由STC12C5616高速1T单片机和带SPI接口的SST26VF016B串行多端口Flash存储器组成.显示数据输出时,利用单片机的高速同步串行口(SPI)高速时钟,将多端口串行Flash存储器中的显示数据以"存储器直接存取(DMA)"的方式直接输出至超长条形LED显示屏.最后,以4 096×64点阵单色LED显示屏为例进行了测试.结果表明,显示屏刷新率达到62.5 Hz,验证了该系统在实际应用中的有效性和可行性.     

船舶建造焊缝缺陷DRT与常规胶片RT的等效性分析

针对船舶建造中的平对接焊缝,采用不同厚度钢材料母材,分别进行数字射线检测(Digital Radiography Testing, DRT)和常规胶片射线检测(Radiography Testing, RT)的检测技术标准等效性要求对比和检测等效性试验,并对试板焊缝缺陷的DRT和常规胶片RT进行评定。结果表明,DRT与常规胶片RT具有等效性。     

盾构掘进中富含超大粒径漂石地层土体改良技术研究

对于盾构工法而言,富含超大粒径漂石地层是一种施工控制难度极大的地层,盾构在该地层中掘进时,由于土体塑流性差,土体在土舱内无法及时排出,时常出现盾构推力、刀盘扭矩异常增大,推进速度极其缓慢等现象。同时,由于土舱土体颗粒之间为点对点传力,支护压力不能有效地施加到开挖面,极易出现地表沉降超限、塌方等事故。通过土体改良改善土舱内土体的性状和流塑性,是提高盾构掘进效率和控制开挖面稳定性的重要措施。以北京地铁9号线06标"军事博物馆站—东钓鱼台站"区间盾构工程为背景,开展盾构掘进过程土体改良试验,找出适用于不同类型富含超大粒径漂石地层的盾构土体改良剂。
