干线公路快速化改造方案研究

分析了干线公路快速化改造提出的背景和快速干线公路的技术要求。在干线公路现状调研的基础上,提出了影响干线公路快速化的主要问题是行车的纵、横向干扰,并从道路断面改造方式,交叉改造方式,平交控制间距等方面提出了干线公路快速化改造可采用的技术解决方案。     

Bus Rapid Transit implementation in Beijing: An evaluation of performance and impacts

Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) systems are undergoing rapid development in many countries due to the unique characteristics of this form of mass transit. In China, BRT schemes are being adopted as a key strategy for relieving traffic problems. As a case-study, this paper examines the performance and impacts of BRT in Beijing, the first full-featured BRT system in China. It considers in turn the role of ITS technology in influencing the operational efficiency, technical performance and cost issues associated with BRT. Particular attention is given to the consequent impacts of BRT on travel behaviour change, traffic environment and property development. While some challenges remain, the early performance of BRT suggests that it is one of the key measures for promoting sustainable mobility.     

Organisational structures and functions in Bus Rapid Transit,and opportunities for private sector participation

Over the past two decades, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) has become an established transportation technology, which delivers high quality, high capacity transit at much lower cost than rail-based modes. Although initially associated with South America, it is now global with a wide array of implementations in Asia, Africa, North America, Australia, and Europe.

南京积极推进公交优先发展战略的实施,优化交通结构,提高公交对市民出行的吸引力。本文介绍了BRT的组成与基本元素,从中国城市的实际出发,阐述了“优先发展公共交通”、“绿色交通”的理念,提出了公交体系建设的基本要求,介绍了BRT在省内城市常州、连云港的应用,针对南京快速公交现状与需求,提出BRT建设和管理的建议。     

Observed and simulated traffic impacts from the 2013 Bay Area Rapid Transit strike

Despite high costs, many cities build public transit to address regional equity, environmental and economic goals. Although public transit accounts for a minority of trips (～5%), the impact is widely felt when service is suspended during a strike through excess road demand and slower journeys. In 2013, Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) workers participated in two brief strikes, and the resulting traffic conditions illustrate the value of transit to drivers in the San Francisco Bay Area region. This paper tests the impact of rail transit service interruption on freeway traffic conditions using volumes and travel times. During the strike, regional freeway conditions showed negligible change. However, on facilities that parallel BART service, the impacts are as bad as the worst day of a typical week. Conditions on the San Francisco–Oakland Bay Bridge showed significant impacts with travel times and volumes nearly doubling the baseline median values on the worst day.

优先发展公共交通是缓解拥堵的重要手段。快速公交（BRT）作为济南中运量系统的制式,其运输工具的性能对乘客出行时间、企业的运营效益具有重要意义。因此,对天然气车和现代无轨电车两种绿色公共交通车辆的性能进行介绍,从技术、经济、环境、社会影响和实施可行性几个方面进行对比,最后选择出合适的车辆类型作为济南市BRT的运载工具。     

基于装配特征的半挂车车架快速装配系统开发研究

针对传统装配方法存在零件模型修改后装配位置不能随之发生相应变化的问题,在深入分析半挂车车架装配零部件实体特征和装配配合特征的基础上,提出基于装配特征的半挂车车架快速装配方法,并根据该方法开发出车架快速装配系统。该方法提高了装配的准确性和灵活性。

插接器的设计验证是控制插接器品质的重要手段,对插接器的品质控制、开发周期、开发成本等具有重要意义。本文分析了插接器的3种设计验证方法:传统的设计验证方法、基于ABAQUS软件的设计验证方法、基于RP技术的设计验证方法。
