褪黑素与免疫调节细胞的关系

目的　探讨褪黑素与免疫调节细胞之间的关系。方法　采用流式细胞计数测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+和CD8+T细胞的百分含量、比值。结果　褪黑素可提高外周血中CD4+和CD8+T细胞的百分含量 ,调整CD4+/CD8+比值。结论　褪黑素可通过调整免疫调节细胞TH/TS 的比例发挥免疫调节作用。

CaMKⅡ在8-Br-cAMP诱发的脊髓背角LTP中的作用

目的　探讨钙钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱ(CaMKⅡ)在8 Br cAMP诱发的脊髓背角长时程增强(LTP)中的作用。方法　采用SD 大鼠, 常规细胞外记录技术记录脊髓背角腰膨大部位浅层C 纤维诱发电位。结果　①8 Br cAMP(1 mmol/L)诱发的脊髓背角LTP咬合(occlude)强直刺激诱导的LTP;②CaMKⅡ选择性抑制剂KN 93 (100μmol/L)或AIP(200μmol/L)阻断8 Br cAMP诱导的脊髓背角LTP;③蛋白质合成抑制剂茴香霉素(200μmol/L)抑制8 Br cAMP诱发的脊髓LTP。结论　CaMKⅡ参与8 Br cAMP诱导的脊髓背角C 纤维诱发的LTP;8 Br cAMP诱导的LTP与强直电刺激诱导的LTP在机制上至少存在部分相同的步骤或途径。     

DF8CJ型交流传动内燃机车主变流器

介绍了DF8CJ交流传动内燃机车主变流器的技术特点和主要参数,描述了其主要组成,阐述了主变流器控制系统原理及主要保护功能,并介绍了主变流器的改进,这些改进在新生产的2台机车上得到了验证,试验效果良好.     

出口巴西SDD8型内燃机车电气系统的优化设计

从巴西铁路状况出发,详细分析了出口巴西的SDD8型内燃机车的机车运用条件,机车电气系统的设计需要解决的主要问题,系统地介绍了巴西机车电气系统的优化设计.结果表明,机车完全能满足巴西运用环境的要求.     

Monte Carlo simulation of electron swarms parameters in c-C4F8/CF4 gas mixtures

The swarm parametes for c-C₄F₈/CF₄ mixtures, including the density-normalized effective ionization coefficient, drift velocity and mean energy were calculated using Monte-Carlo method with the null collision technique. The overall density-reduced electric field strength could be varied between 150 and 500 Td, while the c-C₄F₈ content in gas mixtures is varied in the range of 0–100%. The value of the density-normalized effective ionization coefficient shows a strong dependence on the c-C₄F₈ content, becoming more electronegative as the content of c-C₄F₈ is increased. The drift velocity of c-C₄F₈/CF₄ mixtures is more affected by CF₄. The calculated limiting field strength for c-C₄F₈/CF₄ mixtures is higher than that of SF₆/CF₄. Measurement of swarm parameters of c-C4F8/CO2 and its insulation characteristics analysis

In c-C₄F₈ and c-C₄F₈/CO₂ mixtures, the swarm parameters including ionization coefficient, attachment coefficient and effective ionization coefficient were obtained at the ratio of the electric field strength to the gas density between 150–550 Td by the steady-state Townsend (SST) method. Static breakdown voltages at each ratio were also measured at the SST condition. The limiting field strengths were obtained by two methods: computing the density-normalized effective ionization coefficient as a function of the overall density-reduced electric field strength; and measuring static breakdown voltages as a function of the product of gas density and electrode separation. Good agreement was obtained by these two methods, which ensures the correctness of the former method. The limiting field strengths of c-C₄F₈ and c-C₄F₈/CO₂ mixtures were compared with those of pure SF₆, SF₆/CO₂ mixtures and pure c-C₄F₈. It is found that buffer gas CO₂ does not reduce the limiting field strengths of c-C₄F₈ greatly, the limiting field strengths of c-C₄F₈/CO₂ mixtures are higher than those of SF₆/CO₂ mixtures or even pure SF₆, and so c-C₄F₈/CO₂ mixtures are suggested to be possible substitutes for SF₆. 基于NiosⅡ的数据采集系统设计与实现

介绍主要以EP1C6Q240C8与TLC548为硬件平台的数据采集系统的设计与实现方案,重点阐述了嵌入式系统NiosⅡ系统的构成及配置,以及硬件平台设计与实现。最后测试证明此数据采集系统能够很好地实现8路AD数据采集及与上位机通信,达到较高的精度和较高的稳定性。
