一种有效近似建模方法及船舶耐波性代理模型构建   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
船舶耐波性能预报计算过程复杂,会受到诸多设计变量的影响;且采用高精度商业软件如CFD预报船舶性能的计算代价非常高。文章采用拉丁超立方方法进行了设计空间抽样。定义了一个新的综合衡准指标来表达船舶耐波性能,即短期和长期作用下船舶非工作时间百分数。考虑了船舶耐波性能中的五个运动方向:横摇、纵摇、转艏、横荡和升沉。为提高船舶耐波性能计算效率,一种有效的近似建模方法—单参数Lagrangian 支持向量回归算法被用于训练并构建代理模型以预报船舶耐波性能,且该算法是由作者在过去的研究工作中首次提出。以海洋平台支援船(OSV)为例,采用SPL-SVR算法预报船舶耐波性能,并与基于NAPA计算仿真结果、人工神经网络和经典支持向量回归算法进行对比。该文考虑OSV的两种速度,建立了海洋平台支援船短期作用下非工作时间百分数的耐波性能响应面模型,结果显示采用SPL-SVR算法建立的船舶耐波性能响应面模型比较适合船型初步设计的工程实际应用,并具有较高的计算效率。  相似文献

The lack of a proper integration of strategic Air Traffic Management decision support tools with tactical Air Traffic Control interventions usually generates a negative impact on the Reference Business Trajectory adherence, and in consequence affects the potential of the Trajectory-Based Operations framework. In this paper, a new mechanism relaying on Reference Business Trajectories as a source of data to reduce the amount of Air Traffic Controller interventions at the tactical level while preserving Air Traffic Flow Management planned operations is presented. Artificial Intelligence can enable Constraint Programming as it is a powerful paradigm for solving complex, combinatorial search problems. The proposed methodology takes advantage of Constraint Programming and fosters adherence of Airspace User’s trajectory preferences by identifying tight interdependencies between trajectories and introducing a new mechanism to improve the aircraft separation at concurrence events considering time uncertainty. The underlying philosophy is to capitalize present degrees of freedom between layered Air Traffic Management planning tools, when sequencing departures at the airports by considering the benefits of small time stamp changes in the assigned Calculated Take-Off Time departures and to enhance Trajectory-Based Operations concepts.  相似文献

To improve the detection rate and lower down the false positive rate in intrusion detection system,dimensionality reduction is widely used in the intrusion detection system.For this purpose,a data processing (DP) with support vector machine (SVM) was built.Different from traditionally identifying the redundant data before purging the audit data by expert knowledge or utilizing different kinds of subsets of the available 41-connection attributes to build a classifier,the proposed strategy first removes the attributes whose correlation with another attribute exceeds a threshold,and then classifies two sequence samples as one class while removing either of the two samples whose similarity exceeds a threshold.The results of performance experiments showed that the strategy of DP and SVM is superior to the other existing data reduction strategies (e.g.,audit reduction,rule extraction,and feature selection),and that the detection model based on DP and SVM outperforms those based on data mining,soft computing,and hierarchical principal component analysis neural networks.  相似文献

安全带作为一种十分重要的被动保护措施,可有效降低事故发生时的驾乘人员死亡率。因此,通过识别驾驶员是否佩戴安全带,可以减少由没有系安全带而带来的交通事故,并提高司机系安全带的安全意识。文章介绍了常见的几种识别方法,包括基于图像分类的识别方法,基于目标检测和语义分割的识别方法和传统目标检测结合SVM支持向量机的识别方法。结果表明,传统的识别方法需要对图片进行大量的预处理,降低了检测速度,基于深度学习的识别方法在速度和精度方面都优于传统的识别方法。  相似文献

When actions and measures to increase road safety are to be planned by the police and local authorities, it is necessary to consider the specific accident circumstances as well as their historical, current, and predicted course. In particular, combinations of accident circumstances not contained in existing police statistics are often neglected, but may nevertheless be relevant, e. g., due to an increasing frequency. In order to identify these undiscovered interesting combinations, we propose a framework to support strategic planning of road safety measures based on several consecutive data mining stages. The scope, type, and location of road safety measures must be planned at a strategic level several months in advance to be fully effective. Therefore, it is essential to investigate and predict the accident circumstances and the temporal changes in their frequency comprehensively. Only with the knowledge, e. g., about the temporal pattern, locations, conditions of roads or speeds, meaningful actions can be derived. The embedded data mining approaches, i. e., frequent itemset mining, time series clustering, time series classification, forecasting, and scoring, are carefully selected, coordinated, and aligned. As a result, the framework provides police users with information about circumstances of accidents that are of interest in the future and presents their previous temporal and local patterns in a dashboard. In this study, the framework is applied in four different geographical regions. Thereby, default parameter settings for all approaches are found that are particularly suitable for the framework to investigate novel geographic regions.  相似文献

Staggered cylinders of different diameters is a common configuration in offshore design, including e.g. clamped risers, piggy-back solutions and piping systems. Current design practice is not clearly formulated in relevant design codes such as DNVGL-RP-F105 and DNVGL-RP-C205. Conservatively, it is often assumed that flow acceleration due to a neighboring cylinder causes up to a doubling of the incoming flow velocity depending on incidence angle and difference in cylinder diameter. Doubling the incoming particle velocity compared to free stream would decrease the required support distance by around 30%. Particularly in conditions with significant diameter disparity, flow acceleration effects due to the larger cylinder of the two can thus cause strict requirements to support distances on the smaller. Designers may want to reduce the number of support points due to cost, maintenance requirements and rigid structure availability, particularly in piping system arrangements. Recent research on piggy-back pipeline vortex induced vibrations have complemented traditional understanding of such configurations, allowing for improved design guidelines. In the present study, a detailed meta study of available laboratory and numerical work is performed, and the resulting findings are translated into simple design guidelines for piggy-back and other staggered arrangements. The present paper provides clear recommendations for improvements to the relevant recommended practices.  相似文献

提出了一种用于桥梁结构损伤识别的支持向量机方法。该方法以结构损伤前后的模态曲率差参数为支持向量机的输入参数,c-svc算法为损伤位置识别算法,ε-svr算法为损伤程度识别算法。最后以三跨连续梁桥为数值模拟算例,以存在单个及多个损伤单元为损伤工况,验证该方法的有效性,识别结果表明基于支持向量机和模态曲率的损伤识别方法能够准确识别出结构的损伤位置,损伤程度识别误差在4%以内。  相似文献
