城市公路网交通信息平台规划研究

为了更好地管理和利用城市公路管理部门的信息资源，本文提出建设城市公路网交通信息平台。以总体框架为指导，设计了信息平台的逻辑结构和拓扑结构。根据用户主体的不同，将信息服务分为共享服务和增值服务两种类型，明确了信息平台的主要数据信息流。以面向企事业单位和社会公众提供信息增值服务为重点，进行了信息要素分析和服务方式分析，规划了公路网交通信息服务系统的发展模式。     

水运网络构画与城市经济空间传统布局思想研究

水资源条件是影响经济空间和经济区位的重要因素,经济空间概念涉及居住形态和经济发展的区位问题,区位理论是关于人类经济活动的空间分布及空间相互关系的学说,对全国范围的水路运输网络系统的整体构想是古代水运网络思想的重要内容,水路网络的延伸与畅达在一定程度上影响着古代城市经济空间的布局特征。     

Special issue on intelligent transportation systems,big data and intelligent technology

ABSTRACT

Based on the increasing demands of transportation development, the concept of an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) has received increasing attention in both academic and industry arenas. It integrates information, communications, computers and other technologies, and applies them in the field of transportation to build an integrated system of people, roads and vehicles by utilizing advanced data communication technologies. It can establish a large, fully functioning, real-time, accurate and efficient transportation management system. Intelligent transportation systems shift the focus from road managers to road users. In order to achieve this purpose, intelligent transportation systems use advanced technology to provide drivers with convenient information to help reduce traffic congestion and to increase available road capacity. This special issue is dedicated to exploring the most recent advances in intelligent transportation systems and big data based on intelligent technology.     

Eco-design of transportation in sustainable supply chain management: A DEA-like method

This study addresses the issue of eco-design for transportation in sustainable supply chain management (SSCM). Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is adopted and extended to construct a model for this application. This proposed model, together with the tractable algorithm developed in this research, can provide stakeholders with a Pareto Optimal transportation strategy. This derived transportation strategy can help stakeholders realize certain transportation goals with less resource consumption and pollution emission. The discussion presented leads to a heuristic Joint Transportation Policy and concludes with two useful suggestions for putting the strategy into practice. The proposed model was used in an empirical study of design sustainable transportation mechanism for one air-condition manufacturer in China to transport its products as well, the analysis further demonstrating the theoretical and practical value of this research.     

遵小铁路运输宽城砂石骨料市场竞争力探讨

按照国家及地方推进运输结构调整要求,砂石骨料作为建材市场的大宗货物,基于遵小铁路续扩建工程,宽城的砂石骨料积极推进其供给侧改革及运输"公转铁",加快实现公路运输方式向铁路运输方式的转变。在阐述砂石骨料市场、遵小铁路运输市场、遵小铁路运输径路的基础上,通过构建砂石骨料市场竞争力模型,对京津冀区域砂石骨料市场竞争力进行分析。结果表明,宽城砂石骨料经遵小铁路外运至京津冀区域具备市场竞争力。最后从提高砂石骨料生产品质、加强砂石骨料运输组织、铁路实施差异化运价等方面对提高遵小铁路运输宽城砂石骨料市场竞争力进行探讨,为资源型城市发展砂石骨料绿色生产及运输提供借鉴。
