45Mn17Al3钢单面MIG焊陶瓷衬垫研制及焊接性能研究

45Mn17A13钢是特种船舶船体建造常用的一种低磁钢,为了提高该型船体焊缝的焊接效率和质量,根据45Mn17A13低磁钢焊接特点设计研制符合该型钢焊接要求的陶瓷衬垫。通过对象山焊接衬垫厂设计的陶瓷衬垫进行试验,经多次衬垫材料成分及耐火度的调整,最终定型JN-401D衬垫为45Mn17A13钢单面MIG焊接专用陶瓷衬垫。并对不同衬垫材料、坡口形式、焊接电流及不同电源类型进行单面MIG焊焊接对比及相应的力学性能和金相试验,分析比较其结果,得出了一套针时45Mn17A13钢单面陶瓷衬垫MIG焊的可行性焊接工艺,结果表明45Mn17A13钢使用象山衬垫厂设计的JN-401D陶瓷衬垫单面MIG焊接性能完全能够满足规范要求。     

Effect of acitretin on the T helper cells of psoriasis vulgaris

Objective To investigate the effects of acitretin on T helper cell (Th) 1/Th2 balance and Th17 cells in psoriasis vulgaris (PV) patients. Methods A total of 13 men and 17 women with PV were investigated. 10 mg of acitretin was administered twice a day for 8 weeks for intervention therapy. Serum levels of interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), interleukin (IL)-4 and IL-17 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. T, Th1, Th2 and Th17 cells in skin biopsies were counted with double-labeled immunofluorescence. Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score was calculated before and 8 weeks after treatment. Results Before treatment PV patients had higher serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-17, and increased T, Th1 and Th17 cells in skin biopsies. After treatment, both serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-17, and T, Th1 and Th17 cells infiltrating in PV skin decreased significantly. Th1/Th2 balance was restored to normal. However, their IL-4 and Th2 cells showed no significant change throughout the therapy. Conclusion Acitretin exerts influence on dermal Th1/Th2 balance and Th17 cell infiltration, so does it on production of systematic inflammatory cytokines IFN-γ and IL-17 in PV patients. However, Th2 cells and its derivative cytokine-IL-4 are not affected.     

格拉输油管道地质灾害类型与技术措施

立足青藏高原地质环境 ,分析了格拉管道地质灾害的类型及给管道安全造成的危害。提出了依据地质条件 ,针对土壤侵蚀特点、季节河流变化规律、水土流失原因 ,对穿跨越管道、临河管道、沟壑及砂土丘暴露悬空管道进行科学合理的保护设计的思路 ,阐述了预防冰堵冻害和地震的技术对策。     

桥道系结构形式对中承式钢管混凝土拱桥受力影响分析

在分析中承式钢管混凝土拱桥常用桥道系结构形式特点的基础上,首次提出一种新型的桥道系结构形式———简支连续组合桥道系,并运用大型结构有限元分析软件MSC Nastran进行数值仿真计算,研究不同桥道系结构形式对桥梁结构静、动力特征的影响。通过对比分析发现:不同桥道系结构形式对钢管混凝土拱肋的受力性能、结构的整体稳定性及动力性能的影响没有显著差异;简支连续组合桥道系较好地继承了简支和连续桥道系的优点,是中承式钢管混凝土拱桥的合理桥道系结构形式。     

The mechanism for the coupler and draft gear and its influence on safety during a train collision

A mechanical model of the coupler and draft gear was established to study the mechanism during an intercity train collision. The model includes four rigid bodies, one spherical joint, two nonlinear torsion spring units and two nonlinear hysteresis units. Simulation and test results show that the axial characteristics of the model are reasonable and the model can reasonably simulate the pitching movement of the coupler. The influence of the coupler and draft gear on the collision behaviour of the train is analysed considering a four-section intercity train. The results show that during the collision process, the amount of compression of the middle coupler is an important factor influencing the pitching deflection angle. The pitching motion posture of the coupler changes with the initial pitching deflection angle, but the initial pitching deflection angle has little effect on its yawing deflection angle. When the pitching angle of the middle coupler is elevated, as the elevation angle increases, the derailment risk of the ‘A’ end bogie of the previous vehicle increases, whereas the risk of derailment of the ‘B’ end bogie of the subsequent vehicle decreases. When the pitching angle of the middle coupler is depressed, the derailment trends for the front and rear bogies exhibit the opposite trend from that of the elevation angle. As the train collision speed increases, the pitching motion of the middle coupler is limited to forcing a yawing motion, causing the yawing deflection angle to increase sharply, which causes the wheel–rail lateral force to increase rapidly. From this, the derailment risk of the bogie increases, which further causes large displacement lateral buckling of the train. An anti-lateral buckling device can limit the yawing deflection angle of the middle coupler, preventing lateral buckling from large displacement and decreasing the risk of derailment.     

新型水下RTP管楔块夹紧式接头设计与分析研究

针对适用于水下的6英寸非金属粘结性RTP管,设计了新型的楔块夹紧式接头。使用SolidWorks软件进行了结构设计,并基于有限元理论建立了有限元分析模型,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对楔块夹紧式接头系统在极限工作内压和轴向拉伸条件下进行静态分析。得到了该新型楔块夹紧式接头系统在极限工作内压条件下的Von Mises应力、接触应力和剪切应力,并按照DNV设计规范对接头所受应力进行校核,验证了新型楔块夹紧式接头系统的设计可行性与结构可靠性,同时探究了该楔块夹紧式接头在设计制造以及安装时遇到的一些问题,给出了相关的设计、加工、安装和使用方面的建议,为国内水下油气管线的发展和使用提供帮助。     

基于频率特性的传感器动态测量不确定度评估

文章以《测量不确定度表达指南（GUM）》中的B类评定方法为基础,根据传感器的频率特性,以幅频特性计算动态测量的相对误差,评估测量值区间半宽和置信因子,然后进一步结合相频特性,评定传感器动态测量不确定度,从而提出了一种基于传感器频率响应特性的测量不确定度评估的通用方法。最后以一种加速度传感器的振动实验为例,验证了上述方法。     

17in与19in滚刀破岩效率及耐磨度的初步比较研究

目前硬岩掘进机最常用的盘形滚刀有17in及19in 2种规格的滚刀,经工程实例比较,19in规格的滚刀具有更好的破岩效率及耐磨度。在开挖面岩体性质、滚压速度、刀具结构材料基本相同的条件下,滚刀直径的增大为何导致破岩效果更好,从理论分析的角度,量化比较这2种规格的单刃滚刀的破岩效率及耐磨度,为掘进机用户在选型时提供参考。     

LNG船C型独立液货舱支座层压木的设计

层压木是C型独立液货舱围护系统的重要组成部分,其不仅承受较复杂载荷作用,当装载-163℃的LNG时,还为主船体钢结构提供绝热保护。因此,层压木的设计直接关系到整个液货舱围护系统及船体的安全性和可靠性。结合IGC规则要求,探讨了LNG船C型独立液货舱支座层压木的布置设计和尺寸设计,并通过有限元方法进行了验证及研究。     

分段型内河浮船坞连接装置设计及结构强度计算

船级社目前还未对分段型浮船坞连接装置制定相应的规范准则.本文研究对象为一艘24m内河浮船坞,在整体式的基础上对结构进行了一定的改造.使用有限元软件对连接装置及其附近区域的浮船坞部分主体结构建模,采用直接计算的方法对该部分进行强度校核,提出了连接装置设置安全和合理的结论,为类似的设计方案提供参考.
