在不规则波中对某5000吨级的江海通航顶推船进行了两销式铰接装置的载荷模型试验.模型试验数据的无因次分析表明,在浪向角60°情况下铰接装置受力比其它浪向角时都要大,并且铰接装置受到的水平弯曲力比垂向弯曲力、轴向力大得多.推导了服从Weibull概率分布变量的短期概率极值预报公式.针对试验数据,进行了实船12小时短期概率极值预报,结果表明,在设计波高4.2m时,超越概率1%时的最大弯曲力相当于该顶推船推轮的排水量.本次试验及其数据预报的极值可供设计同类型铰接装置的江海通航顶推船时参考使用. 相似文献

High-capacity vehicles have been shown to be highly effective in reducing emissions associated with road freight transport. However, the reduced manoeuvrability of long vehicles often necessitates the use of active trailer steering. Path-following trailer steering systems are very effective in this regard, but are currently limited to on-highway applications due to the manner in which trailer off-tracking is estimated. In this work, a novel trailer off-tracking measurement concept is introduced which is independent of wheel slip and ground surface conditions, and requires no additional sensor measurements or parameter data from the tractor. The concept utilises a stereo camera pair affixed to the trailer and a visual odometry-based algorithm to calculate off-tracking. The concept was evaluated in detailed simulation and full-scale vehicle tests, demonstrating its feasibility and highlighting some important characteristics. RMS measurement errors of 0.11–0.12?m (3.3–3.6%) were obtained in a challenging visual environment. 相似文献

研究城市轨道交通列车故障影响的分析方法,采用仿真技术描述故障车、救援车、连挂车、运营车等不同对象运动过程。以上海轨道交通为背景,梳理列车故障处置的一般作业流程,并将线路运营划分为正常、故障、救援和恢复4种状态;针对列车自动保护ATP系统切断后连挂车与运营车之间的追踪运行过程建立模型与算法;在仿真系统中,开放了对故障事件以及救援方案的信息访问和管理,支持分析不同条件下(如故障处置流程、连挂车运行组织、线路配线设计等)列车故障对线路运营的影响。建立上海轨道交通8号线列车故障影响仿真分析平台,实现对某一历史故障事件的过程模拟,并分析故障地点、连挂车运行速度和退出点对线路"故障"和"救援"阶段列车运行的影响,论证了仿真分析系统的有效性。 相似文献

利用车辆动力学仿真试验的分析方法,运用SIMPACK软件分别对三车四转向架的铰接式列车和三车六转向架的传统列车建立非线性动力学仿真模型,得到两种不同连接方式的列车在相同的运行环境下以不同速度运行时的动力学性能参数。结果表明,与传统连接方式的列车比较,在相同的运行环境下,铰接式列车在平直轨道上的动力学性能明显优于传统式列车,而在小曲线半径的轨道上,铰接式列车的动力学性能不具有优势。 相似文献

This paper devotes both analytical and experimental efforts in developing a comprehensive dynamic model for an articulated steering wheel loader. The general motion of a wheel loader without suspension is described by seven degrees of freedom (DOF) (three for translation and four for rotation) in this model, which can be used to study the problem of wheel loader dynamics on slopes and over obstacles. A scale wheel loader was designed and manufactured to validate the dynamic model in three conditions (turning on level ground, turning on slopes, and passing over obstacles). The test results reasonably agree with the simulation results. The developed dynamic model was found to be useful and could serve as an important tool for analysing the stability of wheel loaders. 相似文献
