以上海市大叶公路奉贤段改建工程中L型高低盖梁为背景,提出了2种可行的L型盖梁的钢束配置方法,并分析了盖梁在2种配束方式下的受力特点.提出了横向不对称钢束配置方案的优化方法及施工阶段的钢束张拉顺序布置方法,通过对比分析盖梁实体有限元模型和梁单元模型下的计算结果,提出了2种分析模型在工程设计中的使用建议.

基于MNL模型的快速干道沿线用地布局研究

为了评估快速干道建设在用地布局形成过程中的作用，研究沿线用地布局的演变机理，提出对快速干道沿线用地布局进行微观量化研究的方法体系，并引入MNL模型对空间单元的用地性质选择建立数学模型，结合地理信息系统的数据功能。实现了快速干道沿线用地布局的模型化。同时以京殊高速公路中山段沿线的用地情况为例加以验证，结果表明：快速干道与其他相关因素一起，以一定的模式影响着沿线每一空间单元的用地性质选择，进而影响着沿线用地布局的形成。     

ABSTRACT

This paper deals with the re-orientation of general education at the universities and colleges in Greater China in the twenty-first century. It is argued that the major challenge lies in the transformation of knowledge into wisdom so that it will facilitate improving students＂ life. It stresses that the methods of the merging of general education and life education lies in the self-transformation of teachers and the change of pedagogical approaches. This paper concludes that teaching is not only a profession, but also a mission. The teacher must always embrace a sense of gratitude while engaging in teaching and research work. This is where the deepest importance of our education lies.     

中铁快运在河西地区网点布局分析

随着社会经济的发展，网点的合理布局存提高快递企业运营质量、改善客户服务质量等方面起到至关重要的作用。针对中铁快运的行业特性，建立河两区域的服务指标体系，并提出成为候选网点的基本条件，往此基础上，以成本最小化、效益最大化为目标，建立河西地区快递网络覆盖模型。文中在对现有网点布局资料分析和利州的綦础上，通过定性与定量两方面的分析给出中铁快运在河西地区网点布局的方法。     

Asian economic integration and maritime CO2 emissions

The Asian region is considered as the most thriving region in terms of economic integration at present. Given the fact that most of the Asian countries’ commodity trade relies on maritime transport, its economic integration is expected to affect the shipping activities and consequently maritime CO₂ emissions. This study develops a novel and systematic analysis on the key driving factors through which trade liberalization can influence maritime CO₂ emissions. Our simulation results suggest that, depending on the level of Asian integration, global CO₂ emissions may slightly fall (ASEAN+3 FTA) or even rise (ASEAN+6 FTA). The reason for the latter is that the “trade scale effect” (higher emissions due to a significant increase in trade among participating countries) outweighs the “trade structure effect” and “shipment type effect” (lower emissions as a result of an increase in intra-Asia trade and a change in commodity composition). Finally, all countries involved in the Asian integration, except Japan, will experience an increase in maritime CO₂ emissions. In particular, a relatively significant increase in the maritime CO₂ emissions occurs in the developing Asian countries owing to substantial trade scale effect after removing their relatively high trade barriers.
