火车渡轮柔性轨道受力变形计算

针对一种以短轨构成,并在短轨之间预留伸缩间隙的柔性连接轨道,用力学原理研究了这种柔性轨道在力和力矩作用下的弯曲变形规律.推导了柔性轨道弯曲变形量与受力或力矩大小的函数关系式.在轨道实际可能的变形范围内,计算了产生不同变形量所需要的力或力矩的大小.结果表明其量级并不很大,在工程实践中是易于实现的.从而从力学角度证明这种柔性连接轨道的可行性.     

Application of On-Line Rail Milling in Rail Maintenance of High-Speed Railways

On-line rail milling technologies have been applied in rail maintenance, and are proving to be efficient and environmental friendly. Based on the field data of on-line rail milling, a program for comparing rail transverse profiles before and after milling was designed and the root mean square (RMS) amplitude of longitudinal profile was calculated. The application of on-line rail milling technology in removing rail surface defects, re-profiling railhead transverse profiles, smoothing longitudinal profiles and improving welding joint irregularity were analyzed. The results showed that the on-line rail milling technology can remove the surface defects at the rail crown and gauge corner perfectly, re-profile railhead transverse profile with a tolerance of -1.00.2 mm , improve longitudinal irregularity of rail surface, with the RMS amplitude of irregularity reduced more than 50% and the number of out-of-limited amplitude reduced by 42%82% in all wavelength ranges. The improvement of welding joint irregularity depends on the amount of metal removal determined by the milling equipment and the primal amplitude.     

Design of the Minimum Curve Radius of the Hainan East Ring Railway

The minimum curve radius is one of the most important factors in railway route design.The minimum curve radius of the Hain-an East Ring Railway, a newly built high-speed passenger-dedicated line from Haikou to Sanya, Hainan, China, was determined through comparative analysis of the design codes both in China and Germany.The results show that the design parameters of the Hainan East Ring Railway in terms of the minimum curve radius determined by China's Temporary Regulations, conform to the ones by German code, and even preserve some capacity for speeds up to 300 km/h in the future.Additionally, the related counter-measures for speed increases in this line were proposed on the premise of the safety and riding comfort of the trains.

根据铁路集装箱运量预测受到多因素影响以及非线性的特点,本文采用灰色关联分析法选取了影响集装箱运量的主要因素,提出了一种基于非线性灰色模型和神经网络模型组合的铁路集装箱运量预测方法. 该方法将非线性灰色预测模型的预测值作为输入,相应的实际集装箱货运量作为输出,建立了神经网络模型结构,并提出了相应的算法. 最后以实例分析了该模型的可行性和科学性. 实例分析表明：非线性灰色模型预测的最大误差为10.52％,而组合模型的预测误差最大为8.72％,说明文中提出的组合预测模型充分考虑了多指标的共同作用,灰色预测模型提供了较完善的输入数据,神经网络模型考虑了各主要指标的关联关系.

为研究列车到达不均衡性、编组辆数和列检工作组织对编组站到达场待检时间、列车技术作业时间和列检人员利用率的影响,提出了基于编组辆数的列车接入时间、制动机试验时间和技术检查时间的表示方法,应用统计分析理论对列检作业的各项时间指标进行数量建模,建立了基于Arena的铁路编组站列检作业微观仿真模型. 仿真分析发现,列车到达不均衡性和列检工作组织是影响待检时间和列检人员利用率的主要因素,列检工作组织对技术作业时间有显著性影响,编组辆数对待检时间、列检人员利用率和列车技术作业时间影响均不显著.
