结合工程实际,介绍一种新型的基于光纤现场总线的铁路枢纽接触网开关监控系统。     

A capacity restraint transit assignment with elastic line frequency

This paper proposes a new formulation for the capacity restraint transit assignment problem with elastic line frequency, in which the line frequency is related to the passenger flows on transit lines. A stochastic user equilibrium transit assignment model with congestion and elastic line frequency is proposed and the equivalent mathematical programming problem is also formulated. Since the passenger waiting time and the line capacity are dependent on the line frequency, a fixed point problem with respect to the line frequency is devised accordingly. The existence of the fixed point problem has been proved. A solution algorithm for the proposed model is presented. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the application of the proposed model and solution algorithm.

通过对城市轨道交通系统、铁道电气化系统中保护系统遵循的原则进行分析,得出传统保护较难解决选择性和速动性之间的矛盾,提出将变电所间有关综合保护测控一体化装置进行联网,利用保护测控装置之间的信息资源共享和光纤网络通信的快速响应性的优势,将保护的采样信息或保护动作信息在有关保护装置之间进行传输,并通过可编程功能参与保护动作判据,从而克服选择性与速动性之间的矛盾。     

基于模糊神经网络的海浪中舰船多自由度运动建模方法研究

基于切片理论计算在诸规则波中的舰船多自由度运动响应，并以此为样本训练模糊神经网络，最终建立起一种新的舰船在随机波浪中的多自由度运动模型，并通过算例验证该方法的实用性和可靠性。     

Does habitual car use not lead to more resistance to change of travel mode?

An experiment examined the effects of an intervention (combination of information and a free public transport ticket) in a changed decision context (moving to a new residence) on travel mode choice by car users. If past frequency of car use has resulted in an automatic response to goal-related cues, one should expect resistant to change of travel mode. However, the results failed to show this. Neither past behavior or a direct habit measure predicted future travel behavior. Instead, the intervention influenced attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control, and consistent with Ajzen's theory of planned behavior, these were the main causes of the change of travel mode.     

机车交流传动试验系统研究

介绍了集机车供电、变流器、三轴转向架滚动负载试验台、异步牵引电动机试验台、微机自动控制于一体的机车交流传动试验系统的功能、主要技术参数以及主要设备。运行结果表明，试验系统硬件和软件设计合理，自动化程度高，测量准确度高，运行可靠，通用性强。     

周期运行图编制模型与算法研究

在周期运行的运输组织模式下,所有列车在车站到发都是周期循环发生的。将安排列车运行线的问题看作周期事件安排问题,并借助周期约束图及周期势差模型,可以建立周期运行图网络模型。模型充分考虑到列车不同情况下的停站时间、到发安全间隔等各项周期约束,并将列车的总停留时间最小作为目标函数。当约束图顶点和弧的数量众多时,模型的求解将比较困难。通过选择合适的约束图生成树,找到变量的合理取值范围,并对模型进行一些预先简化处理,可以降低模型的求解难度。最后求解一个区段不同列车开行方案的周期运行图,验证模型的可行性。     

波浪补偿平台垂向位移的短时预报

针对BP算法存在收敛速度慢和局部极值的问题,采用此方法对BP学习算法进行改进,结合实验采集的数据进行仿真计算,结果表明采用此方法可以有效地提高Elman网络的训练速度和稳定性,使El-man网络能够更有效地对波浪补偿平台垂向位移进行短时预报。

介绍了基于IEEE802.11b协议的低成本双机互联无线网络的组建方法。基于该方法组建的双机无线网络成本低廉,同时实现计算机的文件共享、打印机共享和Internet连接共享。
