A sector is a component airspace whose operation is allocated to an air traffic controller. The operation complexity of a sector plays a critical role in the current Air Traffic Management system, e.g. it determines the workload volume of air traffic controllers and serves as a reliable index for airspace configuration and traffic flow management. Therefore, accurately evaluating the sector operation complexity is a problem of paramount importance in both practice and research. Due to numerous interacting factors, traditional methods based on only one single complexity indicator fail to accurately reflect the true complexity, especially when these factors are nonlinearly correlated. In light of these, the attempt to use machine learning models to mine the complex factor-complexity relationship has prevailed recently. The performance of these models however relies heavily on sufficient samples. The high cost of collecting ample data often results in a small training set, adversely impacting on the performance that these machine learning models can achieve. To overcome this problem, this paper for the first time proposes a new sector operation complexity evaluation framework based on knowledge transfer specifically for small-training-sample environment. The proposed framework is able to effectively mine knowledge hidden within the samples of the target sector, i.e. the sector undergoes evaluation, as well as other sectors, i.e. non-target sectors. Moreover, the framework can properly handle the integration between the knowledge derived from different sectors. Extensive experiments on real data of 6 sectors in China illustrate that our proposed framework can achieve promising performance on complexity evaluation when only a small training set of the target sector is available.  相似文献

This paper investigates crane scheduling problems for a new type of automated container terminal system, which is based on multi-storey frame bridges. For the new design concept, this paper studies how to schedule two types of cranes, i.e., quay cranes and bridge cranes that transfer containers between different storeys. The schedules of these two types of cranes impact the operation efficiency of the terminal system. Mathematical models are proposed for the two scheduling problems. Meta-heuristics are developed to solve them. Numerical experiments are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed models and the efficiency of the proposed solution method.  相似文献

In deepwater S-lay operations, the combined influences of stinger curvature, axial tension and roller support force can induce very large plastic deformation in the pipe. Dynamic loads from vessel motion and pipe sliding down the stinger lead the cyclic plastic deformation. This paper investigates the cyclic plastic stress history of the overbend pipe subjected to the dynamic pipelaying loading. The dynamic roller support forces are obtained through an innovative large scale hybrid substructure experiment constructed to simulate the pipe-stinger impact behavior. The measured roller forces are used to verify a 3D finite element analysis results developed with ABAQUS/Standard to observe the dynamic pipe stress history. The results confirm that the roller support can induce stress concentration in the pipe and the combined dynamic pipelaying loadings can cause extensive cyclic plastic deformation.  相似文献

The purpose of the paper is to analyze effectiveness before and after implementation of the bus rapid transit operation. The paper includes a speed analysis based on the Downs–Thomson paradox, and a reliability analysis based on variance analysis of arrival time. According to the speed analysis, some road sections are now under phase 2 in the Downs–Thomson paradox, which is a state in which the bus speeds are greater than the auto speeds. In the future, it is predicted that autos and buses will reach an equilibrium speed which is in phase 3 of the multi‐modal equilibrium theory. According to the reliability analysis of arrival time at each bus stop, in roads of median arterial bus lanes, the variance of arrival time is generally smaller than after the scheme implemented in 8 months later. 针对通用作战图(Common Operation Picture,COP)显示系统中三维视图在精确判定相对位置时容易产生误判断的问题,深入分析了问题产生的原因,构建了视觉比例误差模型,提出了误差预测控制方案,该方案对各种视角下的误差程度进行了预测,并给出了醒目的提示,极大的降低了用户在使用三维视图获取战场态势时容易出现误判断的可能性;针对三维图标辨识度不高的问题,综合三维图标和二维图标的优点,提出了一种混合式的图标表示法,实际使用表明,该混合式图标表示法有效提高了COP系统的使用效率和准确性。  相似文献
