钢箱梁桥体铺装层降温系统的试验和数值模拟

在钢箱梁除湿系统配合使用的条件下，设计了一套铺装层降温系统来解决夏季高温天气铺装层热稳定性不足的问题，并采用数值模拟软件对降温系统安装前后铺装层温度场进行了数值计算分析。结果表明，铺装层表面、黏结层、铺装底面温度变化规律基本相似，采用铺装层降温系统不仅可以适当降低铺装表面温度，而且能够有效解决黏结层和铺装底层温度过高的问题。     

地震灾后公路重建工程施工工艺

通过调查汶川地震灾后212国道某公路段的通行能力及损坏情况，详细论述了对该路段进行灾后公路改建的路面设计、施工工艺，分析了施工过程中温度控制、接缝处理等问题，以及施工安全和保畅通措施，为其他灾后公路重建工程提供了宝贵经验。     

基于模糊控制的客车变频空调温度控制系统的研究

针对客车车厢温度波动过大,舒适性较差的现状,提出采用模糊控制的变频空调对车厢温度进行调节。建立了列车车厢温度传递函数,设计了模糊控制器,对车厢温度进行模糊控制,在Matlab上进行了仿真,并和传统的PID控制进行比较     

负温混凝土冻害及防冻模型的探讨

通过分析温度对混凝土的损伤机理,尤其是混凝土冻害机理,发展了抗冻临界强度理论和早期结构形成学说,从微观角度定性地描述了负温混凝土防止早期冻害所要形成的结构为抗冻临界界面结构。     

Galling failure analysis in sheet metal forming process

Galling is a known failure mechanism in sheet metal forming operations,and it can lead to fracture of the products and jamming of the tool. The temperature field and normal contact pressure distributions of the tool and the blank were studied with a finite element analysis model under the action of different blank holder force and frictional coefficient. Prediction of thermal environment via revision of PMV index with body temperature

PMV （Predicted Mean Vote） is a widely used index for evaluating the thermal environment. However, few studies have been conducted to take physiological values directly as evaluating indices. This paper assumes a linear relation between body temperature and both sweating rate and heat produced by shivering, and introduces the linear relation into the human heat balance equation to revise the classic PMV. And the assumption of linear relation is subsequently proved. The revised PMV possesses the same characteristic of dependent heat load as that of the classic one, and moreover it is convenient to be calculated.

结合工程实例,对混凝土温差裂缝产生的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的预防措施及处理方法。     

中低温清洗剂的研制与应用

为了使电镀件表面处理及清洗时降低能源消耗、节约生产成本,从工艺上采用降低工作温度的方法,研制了中低温除油剂,并在电镀生产中得到应用。在该基础上派生出的防锈清洗剂在防锈清洗、铁路机车、车厢清洗等方面得到应用。     

多年冻土桩基温度场研究

结合青藏铁路沿线多年冻土的主要特点 ,利用Ansys5 6大型有限元计算程序 ,对青藏铁路某冻土桥梁混凝土灌注桩施工过程的地温场进行了模拟计算 ,给出在成桩过程中混凝土不同龄期地温场的分布规律 ,并根据计算结果 ,对混凝土灌注桩施工提出合理化建议。
