京津城际客运专线凉水河特大桥部分墩台需在冬季施工，结合工程实际通过对试验数据的线性回归分析，推导出高性能混凝土冬季施工强度的一元线性回归方程，以此指导施工。介绍回归方程的应用和适用条件。     

潜艇中修时耐压船体大开口的强度计算

使用国际通用的大型有限元分析软件,对某型潜艇中修时耐压船体及舱壁上开口后艇体的强度及变形情况进行分析计算,计算结果表明,开口后艇体及开口区域的应力及变形均较小,满足修理要求。     

海工耐久混凝土氯离子渗透性能的影响因素及其扩散系数的早期推定

大规模海工耐久混凝土在国内应用很少,各种影响因素对其影响作用不甚明了,通过正交设计的方法研究各影响因素对耐久性的影响,对指导配合比设计和施工过程质量控制具有积极的意义。     

Estimation of value of travel time reliability

In mode choice decision, travelers consider not only travel time but also reliability of its modes. In this paper, reliability was expressed in terms of standard deviation and maximum delay that were measured based on triangular distribution. In order to estimate value of time and value of reliability, the Multinomial and Nested Logit models were used. The analysis results revealed that reliability is an important factor affecting mode choice decisions. Elasticity is used to estimate the impacts of the different policies and system improvements for water transportation mode. Among these policies, decision maker can assess and select the best alternative by doing the benefit and cost analysis based on a new market share, the value of time, and the value of reliability. Finally, a set of promising policies and system improvement of the water transportation were proposed.     

Ramp meters on trial: Evidence from the Twin Cities metering holiday

Ramp meters in the Twin Cities have been the subject of a recent test of their effectiveness, involving turning them off for eight weeks. This paper analyzes the results with and without ramp metering for several representative freeways during the afternoon peak period. Seven performance measures: mobility, equity, productivity, consumers’ surplus, accessibility, travel time variation and travel demand responses are compared. It is found that ramp meters are particularly helpful for long trips relative to short trips. Ramp metering, while generally beneficial to freeway segments, may not improve trip travel times (including ramp delays). The reduction in travel time variation comprises another benefit from ramp meters. Non-work trips and work trips respond differently to ramp meters. The results are mixed, suggesting a more refined ramp control algorithm, which explicitly considers ramp delay, is in order.

考虑预应力损失的混凝土梁徐变计算方法

将按龄期调整的有效模量法与有限元法相结合,建立预应力混凝土梁桥徐变计算结构分析模型。模型考虑预应力束对结构整体刚度的贡献及预应力损失和徐变变形的相互影响,较准确的实现施工过程中、长期荷载作用下的徐变计算。根据此模型编制预应力混凝土梁桥徐变计算有限元程序,对小凌河特大桥32m预应力混凝土箱梁进行计算。程序计算结果与实桥试验结果吻合较好,能较好地反映桥梁上拱及徐变应变。     

MBR工艺在车站站房污水回用中的经济分析

MBR（Membrane Bioreactor）工艺是将生物处理与膜分离技术相结合而成的一种高效污水处理新工艺。此文就其在车站站房污水回用工程领域的应用进行了经济分析和比较，结果表明，MBR工艺比传统的中水处理工艺具有更强的竞争力。     

单肋鱼腹式拱桥稳定分析

江苏太仓杨林塘大桥为鱼腹式单肋拱梁组合桥,其造型美观,受力复杂,对其进行稳定分析十分必要。采用midas程序,建立了有限元计算模型,并对其进行了稳定性分析,对计算结果进行分析,得到一些重要理论。对该类桥梁的建设具有一定的借鉴作用。
