乐温高速公路排水系统设计

排水系统是高速公路设计的组成部分,它对保证高速公路的使用性能和使用寿命具有十分重要的作用.本文针对乐温高速公路排水系统,重点对中央分隔带排水、路面排水、路基边沟排水和路堑截水沟排水的设计进行了介绍,此外,还结合高速公路排水系统如何与周围景观相协调,提出了一些设计原则和具体的工程措施,可供平原微丘区排水设计时参考.     

Experimental study on the width of the turbulent area around bridge pier

At present, the method of calculating the turbulent flow width around the bridge pier is not given in the "Standard for Inland River Navigation" (GB50139-2004) in China, and the bridge designer usually increases the bridge span in order to ensure the navigation safety, which increases both of the structural design difficulty and the project investments. Therefore, it is extremely essential to give a research on the turbulent flow width around the bridge pier. Through the experiments of the fixed bed and the mobile bed, the factors influencing the turbulent flow width around the bridge pier have been analyzed, such as the approaching flow speed, the water depth, the angles between the bridge pier and the flow direction, the sizes of bridge pier, the shapes of the bridge pier, and the scouring around the bridge pier, etc. Through applying the dimension analytic method to the measured data, the formula of calculating the turbulent flow width around the bridge pier is then inferred.     

鹰厦线K290+795～905段滑坡稳定性有限元分析

针对鹰厦线K290 795~905段路堑边坡建立稳定性分析模型,并开展有限元数值计算.通过分析坡体各段的受力情况,得到各个单元的主应力及剪应力大小,并结合极限平衡计算分析了坡体稳定性,论证了降雨作用下容重、内摩擦角变化对坡体稳定性的影响,探讨了设置抗滑桩前后及其在降雨作用下的抗滑工程效果.     

锐角三角形的一个不等式链

应用重要的R-r-s方法,证明了有关锐角三角形的中线、高线与旁切圆半径的不等式链:设锐角ΔABC的三条中线,三条高线与旁切圆半径分别为ma,mb,mc;ha,hb,hc和ra,rb,rc,则成立不等式:maha mbhb mchc≥wbwc wcwa wawb≥hara hbrb hcrc.提出并应用计算机验证了三个有关的猜想.     

论工程硕士教育与地方交通人才资源培育策略

大功率车载取力自发电系统结构研究

为充分解决装备野外环境下电源保障问题,为系统中的设备提供不低于80 kW供电电源,对比了两种供电技术方案,择优确定80 kW车载取力发电的供电形式;为保证动力输出,采用分动器取力;为保证布局的紧凑性,采用二级传动形式,通过传动轴传动和同步带传动的组合传动模式实现动力传递;电机安装平台采用铰接调整式结构,实现传动带的松紧...     

舰艇设计招标的评价方法研究

本文根据系统评价思想,建立了一种轻型水面舰艇设计招标的评标条目体系,提出了条目权重的确定方法,并根据不同类型的条目,建立了相应的单项评价的数学模型,最后按条目的相互关系采用相应的并和规则,提出了进行综合评价的数学模型和方法。     

A trial application of FSA methodology to the hatchway watertight integrity of bulk carriers

Formal safety assessment (FSA) is a formal, structured and systematic methodology, aimed at enhancing maritime safety, including protection of life, property and marine environment, by using risk and cost–benefit assessments. For the application of this methodology to the rule-making process, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) presented the Interim Guidelines, which describe procedures of FSA and inputs/outputs of each procedure in detail. This paper basically deals with an application of FSA methodology according to the IMO's Interim Guidelines to the hatchway watertight integrity of bulk carriers, which was carried out as a cooperative research between Korean Register of Shipping and Seoul National University. As results of this application study, 18 hazards are identified and 32 risk control measures are devised to reduce the associated risks. Potential risks, costs and benefits when some Risk Control Options are introduced are evaluated in monetary unit of US $. Finally, some discussions and recommendations based on experiences are also given for both future work and better application of this FSA methodology to the rule-making process.
