Two-Phase Algorithm for Multi-warehouse and Multi-task Based Logistics Delivery

To a scaled logistic company, assigning is an important part of logistic, and further development will make the optimized assigning of multi-warehouse and multi-task possible. This paper provided a two-phase multiwarehouse and multi-task based algorithm which has two phases. In the first phase, it combines sweep algorithm,saving algorithm and virtual task point to present a method. And in the second phase it provides an algorithm for the arrangement of goods loading which is based on the constraints of time-window and attributes of goods and vehicle. It uses the computing results of the first phase to form more detailed delivery scheme based on the constraints of time-window and attributes of vehicle and goods.     

GIS在物流配送系统中的应用

高效率、快捷的物流配送系统对企业的发展至关重要。本文对两者的融合进行了探讨,介绍了地理信息系统（GIS）在物流中应用的基本原理,并提出了基于GIS的物流配送系统模型,最后指出了GIS在物流配送系统中应用的功能实现。     

“无人机-车辆”配送路径优化模型与算法

基于城市配送的发展趋势,提出一种“无人机-车辆”联合配送模型,以无人机为主导,分3 步进行路径分配,无人机每次配送可以服务多个顾客点,车辆不用在固定点等待无人机。进行单 次路径规划时,让顾客需求点尽可能多的得到服务,最后,以总配送距离最小为目标,对整体路径 进行优化。此外,设计了3种不同的配送场景,构建的模型能同时适用于这3种场景。采用带末 端优化的模拟退火算法求解问题,结果验证了模型的可行性。考虑到未来无人机技术的进一步 提高,对无人机的最大载重量和飞行距离进行灵敏度分析。结果表明,无人机的配送能力受载重 量和飞行距离影响,增大配送能力可以使无人机服务更多的顾客需求点,均衡提升载重量和飞行 距离可以充分发挥无人机的配送能力,更好地完成农村地区的物流配送。     

Mumbai lunch box delivery system: A transferable benchmark in urban logistics?

This paper presents findings of a freight transport study carried out for Mumbai city (India). Based on the case study of lunch box delivery system organized by the Mumbai dabbawalas, demonstrated that an informal sector was capable of developing an urban logistics system that was precise, reliable and affordable to the middle class society in Mumbai. These facts suggest an approach based on adapting logistics solutions harmoniously to the urban landscape, public policy, infrastructure and skill sets of the company’s employees in order to be attractive to the end customer, offering a good match between supply and demand i.e., consumer and producer satisfaction. At the same time logistics solutions should evolve continuously in order to be attractive to the core customer base and should be customer driven. These basic management principles can be applied in the management of other urban logistics companies in the world over.

物料配送和废旧产品回收的VRPSDP问题的并行模拟退火算法

为了求解面向制造领域物料配送和废旧产品回收的同时送取货的车辆路径优化问题（VRPSDP）,提出一种主从式并行模拟退火算法代替传统的串行模拟退火算法．算法首先使用剩余承载力和径向附加费（RCRS）算法求得初始解,然后在并行模拟退火算法框架下使用4种邻域搜索方法对初始解进行优化．最后,选取国际上通用的Montane和Galvao测试数据集（18个顾客数为100～400的测试问题）对算法性能进行测试,与文献中其他5种算法的比较显示,提出的并行模拟退火算法总体性能较优．     

市内集送货问题的混合禁忌搜索算法

针对单程多次装卸的市内集送货问题的数学模型,结合Clarke-Wright节约算法和2-opt邻域搜索算法设计混合禁忌搜索算法,给出算法初始可行解的生成策略,设计相应的候选集构造方法,并阐述了基于均衡原理的特赦准则和动态的禁忌长度选取策略.通过计算实例,说明了混合禁忌搜索算法求解市内集送货问题的有效性.     

D-B总承包模式的评标方法分析

近年来,D-B（设计-建设）总承包模式已被越来越多的业主所采用。对业主来讲,选择最有价值的总承包商（商务合理、技术先进、管理科学）是最重要的。通过对D-B总承包模式概念和优点的分析,提出D-B总承包模式的评标模型,并运用该模型综合评出最有价值的总承包商。     

快递网络的要素、结构与上海节点的空间格局

在对快递网络要素、结构详细阐释的基础上,明确快递网络节点的分级和命名;运用GIS 方法对国内外重要快递企业聚集地——上海的主要快递企业服务门店、一级节点（区域中转中心）、二级节点（城市中转场） 及其空间格局的展示和分析表明：（1） 上海主要快递企业的城市 服务门店数量分布从城市中心向外围郊区递减,门店空间集聚表现为“一极多核”格局,门店密度与人口密度分布高度吻合;（2） 上海主要民营快递企业的一级节点、二级节点布局集中于浦东、青浦郊区,且邻近高速公路以及浦东机场、虹桥机场两大枢纽;（3） 国际快递巨头的区域总 部位于上海市中心城区;民营快递巨头总部除了国通位于松江之外,申通、圆通、韵达、中通等 都在青浦区。
