沥青混凝土路面的平整度是沥青路面的重要控制指标之一,也是车辆高速、舒适、安全通行的重要保证.对导致沥青混凝土路面不平整的原因进行分析,并提出了相应的预防措施,可供参考.     

The effects of information bias and riding frequency on noise annoyance to a new railway extension in Hong Kong

We investigate how two non-acoustic factors, information bias and riding frequency, can affect the annoyance response of an urban population to noise created by a new railway line. The study shows that information bias is asymmetrical. Respondents receiving only information on positive measures taken by the authority to reduce noise emission are more tolerant of the noise impact, but those receiving only critical views tend to be more annoyed because they feel that not all measures to reduce noise have been employed. Additionally people who use the line frequently are more tolerant to the noise impact than those who do not. Information bias seems to have a temporary masking effect over riding frequency lasting for a few weeks after railway opening. This suggest that whilst free flow of information provided by the authority can help alleviate annoyance response, encouraging the people affected to make use of the new infrastructure may be useful to reduce public resistance and noise annoyance.

Spectral entropy analysis of different alpha band rhythms in relation to hand motor imagery

The event-related desynchronization/synchronization(ERD/ERS) time courses of lower and upper alpha band rhythms during hand motor imagery are investigated respectively by Fourier Sectral Entropy (FSE) in this paper. By analyzing one group of BCI competition data, it was found that FSE within upper alpha band displays a pronounced increase and decrease over contralateral and ipsilaterai brain areas respectively at the onset of hand motor imagery, which is corresponding to the antagonistic ERD/ERS patterns in previous studies. Different from the upper alpha activity pattern, FSE within lower alpha band displays a consistent increase over both two hemispheres hand representative areas. The preliminary results show that FSE could disclose the different behaviors of the upper and lower alpha band rhythms so that a new idea with the complexity measure is provided to characterize functional dissociation of lower and upper frequency alpha rhythms in relation to hand motor imagery.     

桥梁上部结构防船撞研究

船舶撞击桥梁上部结构是船撞桥事故模式之一,其撞击特性与撞击桥墩特性相比有所不同。现着重研究了船舶撞击桥梁上部结构的风险分析、撞击力、防撞保护等技术问题,并提出设置警示设施、AIS系统建设、拦截、红外线监测、警戒等防护措施,供通航安全部门参考。     

龙门式双主梁架桥机施工抗风性能研究

为明确强风环境下架桥机的抗风性能,以龙门式双主梁架桥机为对象,利用ANSYS软件建模,采用有限元方法计算分析了不同风速下架桥机的整体稳定性,重点考察了架桥机在不同工作状态时结构由水平和竖向风荷载引起的反力,进而分析了架桥机整体的抗滑移性能和抗倾覆性能。结果表明:为确保架桥机在大风区的施工安全性,应该采取必要的防风措施,提出了在墩顶预埋钢筋与架桥机前支腿临时锚固、起重小车起吊适当重量等实用措施。     

公路建设项目水土保持工作存在的问题探讨
