基于GPRS网络的船舶数据传输装置设计

针对在航船舶上相关数据采集和传输不便的问题,利用无线GPRS网络模块SIM900A、嵌入式控制器等,构建了一种便捷、稳定、低成本的数据传输链路。采用STM32控制器STM32F107控制数据的采集存储,并利用SIM900A远程通信模块,通过无线GPRS网络和域名服务软件与数据中心服务器连通,在异地获取在航船舶上发送的数据,实现航行数据的远距离传输。     

The Gulf Stream, rings and North Atlantic eddy structures from remote sensing (Altimeter and SeaWiFS)

Seasonal SeaWiFS chlorophyll a concentrations cycles and annual changes of altimeter Sea Level Anomaly are derived for the subtropical North Atlantic near  35°N and along a Gulf Stream axis. Spatial structure of SeaWiFS, is defined in terms of deviations from a local seasonal cycle and examined in relation to altimeter eddy structure. In the subtropical region near 35°N, SeaWiFS structure is evident during the spring bloom period with a scale of  430 km, or about twice the eddy scale. A Gulf Stream axis has been selected as a region where the Sea Level Anomaly variance is a maximum. Eddy propagation speeds and scales are examined. Cold-core (cyclonic) rings correspond to areas of high SeaWiFS chlorophyll a. Warm-core (anticyclonic) rings relate to areas of low chlorophyll concentration. Both SeaWiFS structure and eddy structure have a spatial scale of  450 km or twice the ring scale along the Gulf Stream axis. SeaWiFS chlorophyll anomalies and Altimeter Sea Level Anomaly structure have an overall negative correlation coefficient of r = − 0.34. Swirl currents between eddies redistribute surface chlorophyll concentrations and can spatially bias maximum and minimum concentration levels off eddy centre.     

M ecanum 轮全方位移动小车嵌入式控制系统的设计

在对Mecanum轮移动小车进行运动学分析的基础上,设计了一种基于模糊PID算法的全方位移动小车嵌入式控制系统．其中,上位机控制软件用 VB．NET 编写,通过蓝牙方式无线操控小车的运动．小车控制系统以高性能单片机STM32F103ZE为核心控制器,采用了模糊自整定PID控制算法,实现了Mecanum轮转速的闭环控制．通过实验对小车运行的稳定性、重复性等进行了测试分析．运行结果表明,所建立的小车运动学模型合理,控制系统运行可靠,模糊自整定PID算法的实时性及其控制精度可满足工程化应用的要求．     

Differential fault analysis and meet-in-the-middle attack on the block cipher KATAN32

We investigate the lightweight block cipher KATAN family which consists of three variants with 32, 48 and 64-bit block sizes, called KATAN32, KATAN48 and KATAN64 respectively. However, three variants all have the same key length of 80 bits. On the basis of the bit-oriented faulty model and the differential analysis principle, we describe the attack that combines differential fault attack with the meet-in-the-middle (MITM) attack on the KATAN32. More precisely, inducing a fault at a bit, we can recover some linear differential fault equations on the key bits. During solving equations, without the help of computer, we need only algebraic deduction to obtain relations of some key bits. The complexity in this process is neglectable. The secret key of the full cipher can be recovered faster than exhaustive search for all three block sizes in the KATAN family. Our result describes that KATAN32 is vulnerable.

影响城市交通出行方式选择的因素有很多,本文致力于分析具有随机特性的因素对出行方式选择的影响程度,即随机弹性.使用具有较好收敛性的集计交通战略STM模型作为分析出行方式选择的工具,并根据对道路实测数据的统计分析,验证了作为影响出行方式选择的重要因素——小汽车出行速度为随机变量并服从k阶爱尔朗分布.根据经济学的随机弹性理论,推导出小汽车出行速度对出行方式选择的随机弹性计算模型,利用北京市的实际数据验证了模型的有效性.并得出结论：交通政策指标（影响因素）的可靠度越高,政策目标对政策指标的弹性值越稳定、集中,即政策目标达到的可靠度越高,随机弹性分析模型可作为一种交通政策量化分析的工具.     

Capillary electrophoresis with inhibited electrochemiluminescent detection for the trace analysis of epinephrine and dopamine

In this paper, a novel electrochemiluminescent (ECL) detection approach was developed for highly sensitive detection of ECL inhibitors based on the ECL inhibition of Ru(bpy)32+/2-(Dibutylamino)ethanol (DBAE) system. A microfluidic ECL detection cell was fabricated to couple with the capillary electrophoresis system, the electrochemical system and the postcolumn injection system. Both Ru(bpy)32+ and DBAE solutions were injected directly to the working electrode surface by a micro-infusion system to obtain a high and stable ECL signal. The performance of this setup was demonstrated by the analysis of two typical ECL inhibitors, dopamine and epinephrine. Under the optimal conditions, the limit of detection (LOD) for dopamine and epinephrine was 50nM and 5nM respectively. The proposed method was also successfully used for the trace analysis of dopamine and epinephrine in human serum samples.

γ-射线诱导HL-60细胞凋亡相关基因的分离和鉴定

为明确参与γ 射线诱导ＨＬ ６０ 细胞凋亡的ｃａｓｐａｓｅ 家族成员,根据已知ｃａｓｐａｓｅ家族成员保守肽序列设计简并引物,经ＲＴ ＰＣＲ从凋亡ＨＬ ６０ 细胞ｍ ＲＮＡ扩增出一条带,通过基因克隆及序列测定进行鉴定。结果克隆出ｃａｓｐａｓｅ ３ ｃＤＮＡ的一段序列。说明ｃａｓｐａｓｅ ３ 参与了γ 射线诱导的ＨＬ ６０ 细胞凋亡,可能是该凋亡途径的枢纽元件     

集成USB Thumb驱动器的车载数据采集系统设计

介绍了一种先进的车载数据采集系统的设计方案。该系统采用片上集成全速USB 2.0接口的MC9S12UF32为核心,大容量NAND闪存芯片TC58DVM92A1FT00为存储介质,具有体积小、容量大、传输速度快的优点,已应用于某型电动汽车的数据采集中,工作稳定可靠,大幅提高了工作效率。     

胶体~(32)磷瘤内注射治疗肝癌的动物实验与临床应用研究

将Walker－256瘤株接种于大鼠肝脏内制成肿瘤动物模型。于肿瘤中心注射胶体32磷，注射后1h，3、7、14、30d放射性瘤肝比值分别为，56．75、6、16、2．50、1．83和1．43。血、心、肺、肾、脾、骨等组织内的放射量在0．061％以下。第7天时谷雨转氨酶有一过性增高外其他肝功指标、肾功、血常规均无显著变化。治疗后肿瘤体积较前缩小，且随时间推移，肿瘤生长率逐渐降低。同时，对10例原发性肝癌患者进行了胶体32P内照射治疗，均无相关并发症发生，其中1例患者治疗后肿块明显缩小，并于30d后行二期切除。故认为胶体32磷瘤内注射治疗肝癌是一种安全可行的有效方法，值得进一步探讨。
