基于振动成型的级配碎石路用性能及设计标准

采用不同成型方式,研究对比了级配碎石的物理力学特性。提出了基于振动成型的级配碎石设计指标及设计标准,并应用实体工程进行验证。研究结果表明,提出的振动成型方式与现场碾压方式更为匹配,与重型击实相比,振动法设计的级配碎石最大干密度系统有所提高;CBR、抗变形能力等力学指标明显优于重型击实法设计的级配碎石。实体工程表明,振动成型设计的级配碎石为基层的复合式路面路表弯沉与半刚性基层路表弯沉相当;不需特殊设备,采用改进的施工工艺,现场含水量、级配及压实度均能够达到研究提出的振动成型设计标准。     

Feasibility Study of Immersed Tube Technology for the Qianhaiwan Subsea Tunnel in the Mawan Channel北大核心CSCD

Immersed tube tunnels are recognized to have many advantages, such as adaptability to geological condi-tions, a high utilization rate of the tunnel section, reliable waterproofing and quick construction. The Qianhaiwan tunnel of the Mawan channel connects the north-side and south-side artificial reclamation zones. It is a large-scale urban underground road engineered for cargo evacuation that crosses a harbor, is deeply buried and extremely long,and encounters a complex environment and difficult geological conditions. It is an expensive investment, features high technical difficulty and, therefore, high risks. For all of these reasons, it is necessary to study the adaptability and feasibility of immersed tube construction in this case. The climatic conditions of the marine environment, geologi-cal conditions and harbor and waterway conditions are presented for the Qianhaiwan tunnel, and the overall design and construction methods for different sections are proposed. In light of the overall process of the immersed tube method, the key points and design difficulties and corresponding technical solutions for the immersed tube tunnel are analyzed. It is concluded that the immersed tube tunnel method is technically feasible but there is a series of problems that needs to be addressed. © 2018, Editorial Office of "Modern Tunnelling Technology". Design practice for the stern hull form of a twin-skeg ship

Hydrodynamic standards have been derived for the improvement of propulsive performance of twin-skeg hull forms. Three important physical observations were used in the optimization of design practice for the stern hull form of twin-skeg ships: limiting streamline pattern on the inner and outer skeg surface of a stern skeg, the balance between the flow intensity over the inner and outer skeg surface of a stern skeg and nominal wake distribution in the propeller plane. Numerical calculations and model tests have been compared to validate a CFD code used in the current work. Based on the stern flow analysis for the evaluation of self-propulsion performance, effects of stern skeg arrangement on the propulsion efficiency, i.e. the distance between skegs and the angle of the skeg with respect to shaft centerline, were intensively investigated. An optimized hull form design for a twin-skeg ship was developed using the design practice derived in this work.     

关于《公路桥涵地基与基础设计规范》液塑限试验方法的讨论

我国有多种液塑限试验方法分别在不同的规范中使用。各规范液塑限试验方法的不统一,给岩土勘察和工程设计带来很多不便。在提出液塑限试验方法优越性评价标准的基础上,利用已有资料,对各种液塑限试验方法的优越性进行了探讨。结合国内外现状,考虑与国际接轨的要求,对新修订的《公路桥涵地基与基础设计规范》提出了采用76 g锥入土深度17 mm的方法测量液限和入土深度2 mm的方法测量塑限的意见。     

基于工业以太网PROFINET的整车生产线电气架构

自主汽车企业在标准化方面仍有进步空间,而电气硬件架构是所有电气规范建立的基础,因此,建立标准的电气硬件架构,有助于自主车企在此基础上逐步形成和完善自己的标准体系。文章搭建了一种基于PROFINET的生产线电气硬件架构,并以此为基础,进行智能制造相关功能的拓展,对类似生产线电气设计有一定的参考价值。
