航行船舶在浅水水底引起的压力变化

航行船舶在水底引起的压力变化对其自身安全有重要影响。通过船池模型试验研究，总结出了航行船舶水底压力的分布规律，分析了负压峰值的影响因素，提出了水压场换算方法。在浅水、薄船条件下，忽略非线性影响，得到了船舶水压场的简化计算公式，计算结果较好地反映了试验结果的变化规律。     

并列弹性双圆柱体流体脉动力的实验研究

本文通过试验研究了并列弹性双圆柱体在均匀流场中的脉动压力及其动态响应，给出了双柱间距直径比T／D＝1．75，2．5，3．5和4．19×104＜Re＜9．1×104范围中柱表面脉动压力沿圆柱周向的分布以及脉动升力和阻力系数．试验结果表明，柱的振动对其脉动升力和阻力系数有明显的影响．     

Japanese perspective of driver information systems

A perspective view of of Japanese R&D activities of Driver Information Systems is given from the standpoint of developing joint projects by public and private sectors. First, a brief history of the R&D activities is illustrated from above mentioned standpoint. Then, two major projects, AMTICS and RACS, and the social backgrounds of these projects are explained. In order to give a clear idea of both projects some technical details are treated.Based on the history and the present status of the developments, the basic design conceptions of Japanese Driver Information Systems are explained and several factors or reasons which have influenced to the design conception are discussed. Then, the promoting systems of the R&D activities are generally explained and present status of the projects and future problems in developing more advanced systems are also handled. A brief discussion on the establishment of international standard is also mentioned as a final comment.

厦门港口配置的浮吊技术性能己严重滞后,跟不上港口发展的态势。进行了厦门港码头上门式起重机的参数分析,载重货轮的技术分析、业务工作量的分析,对厦门港大型浮吊的选型提出了建议。     

Estimation of value of travel time reliability

In mode choice decision, travelers consider not only travel time but also reliability of its modes. In this paper, reliability was expressed in terms of standard deviation and maximum delay that were measured based on triangular distribution. In order to estimate value of time and value of reliability, the Multinomial and Nested Logit models were used. The analysis results revealed that reliability is an important factor affecting mode choice decisions. Elasticity is used to estimate the impacts of the different policies and system improvements for water transportation mode. Among these policies, decision maker can assess and select the best alternative by doing the benefit and cost analysis based on a new market share, the value of time, and the value of reliability. Finally, a set of promising policies and system improvement of the water transportation were proposed.     

桥梁试件低温试验装置的研制

根据桥梁试件低温试验所需的低温环境,研制出可获得-50℃的低温,而且能进行动载与静载试验的桥梁试件低温试验装置。试验装置采用R22的双级压缩制冷系统,低温箱的结构可承受试验时的大荷载。解决研制过程中冷桥漏冷量的减少、制冷剂流量的调节、制冷系统的安全保护等关键技术。试验装置对40个钢—混凝土混合梁试件进行了-50,-30,-15,0℃下的动载与静载试验,运行3个多月,结果表明试验装置可靠性高、制冷效果好,满足桥梁试件低温试验的要求。     

高速动车组升弓浪涌过电压研究

基于动车组车体实际结构,构建了高速动车组升弓过程的电路分析模型,解析了过电压在各车体上的传播及折反射特性,在现场开展了试验测试,理论结果与实测结果波形基本一致,过电压幅度存在一定的差异,对差异产生的原因进行了分析。     

深圳地铁龙岗线运营组织模式研究

通过对深圳地铁龙岗线的客流趋势和特征进行分析研究,总结客流规律,提出符合朝夕客流特征的长短交路运营组织新模式,以提升运能,满足乘客出行需求,成功解决受供给运用车限制下的运能不足问题.结合成本控制,通过不断优化内部资源配置,深挖内部潜能,在满足生产组织运作需要的基础上,确保运营生产安全有序.     

基于改进粒子群优化算法的鲁棒性列车运行图编制方法

以列车优先级、追踪运行间隔时间和连发间隔时间限制为约束条件,以旅客列车的走行公里总数、平均旅行速度、对标准计划的延迟总时间和延迟时间方差,以及货物列车的日车公里总数和日产最6个指标无量纲转化后的合计值最大为综合目标函数,建立列车运行图编制优化模型.为增加列车运行图的鲁棒性,引入虚拟车和缓冲时间槽2个参数,采用改进的粒子群优化算法给出鲁棒性列车运行图编制方法.以5个车站、5列旅客列车和7列货物列车构造模拟环境,采用该方法进行列车运行图编制模拟.结果表明:该方法可铺画出更优的列车运行图,计算效率高;在行车计划受到扰动后,虚拟车和缓冲时间槽释放资源,运行图可以较快地恢复到可接受范围,容错鲁棒性好.
