铁路集装箱运输对于降低综合物流成本,提高国内和国际供应链的效率和效能发挥着重要作用。针对我国铁路集装箱运输发展现状,本文分析了集装箱作业、中心站站内作业以及装卸作业的流程,从提高中心站作业效率的角度出发,根据中心站主要功能区如主箱区、辅助箱区和集卡走行区的特点探讨了铁路集装箱中心站平面配置的箱区设置以及道路布置问题,并在考虑中心站持续发展的基础上提出了中心站平面布置应遵循的主要原则,为集装箱中心站的建设与改造提供设计依据。 相似文献

Abstract When disturbances make it impossible to realise the planned flight schedule, the dispatcher at the airline operational centre defines a new flight schedule based on airline policy, in order to reduce the negative effects of these perturbations. Depending on airline policy, when designing the new flight schedule, the dispatcher delays or cancels some flights and reassigns some flights to available aircraft. In this paper, a decision support system (DSS) for solving the airline schedule disturbances problem is developed aiming to assist decision makers in handling disturbances in real-time. The system is based on a heuristic algorithm, which generates a list of different feasible schedules ordered according to the value of an objective function. The dispatcher can thus select and implement one of them. In this paper, the possibilities of DSS are illustrated by real numerical examples that concern JAT Airways' flight schedule disturbances. 相似文献

目前,针对搭载自动驾驶功能的智能网联汽车,国内外正在广泛开展特定设计运行条件下的道路测试、示范应用等工作,其安全测试与评估方法已经成为当前行业研究的热点和难点。从第三方视角出发,重点针对汽车智能化、网联化面临的主要安全风险,将智能网联汽车的安全测试与评估分为基础测评和监测调整两个阶段。在基础测评阶段,综合评估产品对过程保障及测试要求的符合情况;在监测调整阶段,基于对车辆实际安全状态的监测,适时调整安全评估结果。在此基础上,重点梳理了基于场景的测试、安全评估、监测等测评方法的内在逻辑及原则要求。分别阐述了功能安全、预期功能安全、网络安全和数据安全等过程保障方法及主要要求,以及模拟仿真、封闭场地、实际道路、网络安全和数据安全、软件升级、数据记录等测试方法及主要要求。提出的方法为特定设计运行条件下,具有自动驾驶功能的智能网联汽车综合安全评估提供了参考。 相似文献

动车组停站方案是制定高速铁路开行方案的关键,对动车组运行效能影响最大。为了直观分析不同停站方案对动车组运行效能的影响,为确定合理动车组停站方案提供依据。采用计算机仿真技术,以成渝客运专线为实例,从运行时分、运行速度、运行工况、运行能耗、速度距离和运行时分曲线等多方面,对站站停、跨站停和一站直达3种主要停站方案进行仿真计算和分析,从量化角度得到3种不同停站方案对动车组运行效能影响。分析结果表明,跨站停和一站直达停站方式更为优越,仿真计算方法也为确定合理的动车组停站方案提供更为直观和可量化的参考和依据。 相似文献

This paper reports the results of a stated-preference study aimed at investigating how transport decisions are made by receivers
or by transport operators about the potential use of an urban freight consolidation centre in the city of Fano, Italy. Because
there are no revealed preference data, a stated-choice methodology is used. The stated-choice experiments present two alternatives—one
using a private vehicle subject to various traffic regulations and one using the urban freight consolidation centre with varying
cost and efficiency levels. Conventional discrete choice data modelling shows that the potential demand is influenced mainly
by the distance of the parking bay from the shop, by access permit cost, by the service cost of the urban freight consolidation
centre, and by the delay in delivery time. Simulations are then performed to assess how the potential demand is affected by
various incentives and regulations affecting urban goods distribution.
