基于模糊神经网络的Horn集上的输入归结

关于定理机器证明的归结原理已应用到人工智能的很多领域，同时提出了各种改进方法，其中，输入归结是一种非常好的推理方法，它对于Horn集是完备的，模糊神经网络是模糊逻辑与神经网络的融合，文中利用模糊神经网络的知识表示及学习的特点，结合输入归结的优点，进行Horn集上的输入归结。     

系列化25型铁路客车CAD系统研制

研制了系列化２５型铁路客车ＣＡＤ系统，利用该系统能够对２５型铁路客车自动进行方案设计，技术设计，施工设计和工程数据库的管理等工作１。中介绍了该系统的组成，主要功能，特点及设计方法。

文章是国家“十五”科技攻关重点课题的部分研究成果，分析了ITS在国内外的发展现状以及存在的差异，指出在我国研究ITS 评价的必要性；进一步基于ITS 及其项目评价的特点与难点分析研究，应用霍尔三维结构构筑了ITS评价的三维框架，提出了面向对象的ITS评价方法，以及成本效益分析方法和成本效果分析方法，并讨论了各自的实用性。最后分析了ITS 评价的未来发展趋势，指出实验交通工程学在ITS 评价中的重要作用。     

Stability Analysis of Uncertain Discrete Time-Delay Control Systems

Based on Lyapunov stability theory, a less conservative sufficient condilions for the stabih＇lies of uncertain discrete delayindependent and delay-dependent control systems are obtained by using the linear matrix inequality （LMI） approach. Judgement of the stability of time-delay systems is transformed to judgement of the feasible solution of an LMI, and hence is solved by use of MATLAB. Numerical simulations verify the validity of the proposed method.     

基于模型的舰船作战系统工程方法研究与应用

针对舰船作战系统软件复杂性增加以及设计与集成难度的增加,本文介绍一种应对复杂系统研发需求的基于模型的系统工程方法,并阐述需求分析、功能分析及体系架构设计3个阶段的设计流程。最后以典型水面舰艇作战系统体系架构的设计为例对该方法的应用进行验证。经过验证,证明该方法与基于文档的系统设计方法相比具有设计准确的特点,能提高系统设计质量,值得大范围推广;在方法和工具推广上需要结合本单位质量体系要求进一步完善。本文所建模型使用到了IBM公司Rhapsody工具中的Harmony SE套件。     

Integrated optimization of bus priority operations in connected vehicle environment

Most previous works associated with transit signal priority merely focus on the optimization of signal timings, ignoring both bus speed and dwell time at bus stops. This paper presents a novel approach to optimize the holding time at bus stops, signal timings, and bus speed to provide priority to buses at isolated intersections. The objective of the proposed model is to minimize the weighted average vehicle delays of the intersection, which includes both bus delay and impact on nearby intersection traffic, ensuring that buses clear these intersections without being stopped by a red light. A set of formulations are developed to explicitly capture the interaction between bus speed, bus holding time, and transit priority signal timings. Experimental analysis is used to show that the proposed model has minimal negative impacts on general traffic and outperforms the no priority, signal priority only, and signal priority with holding control strategies (no bus speed adjustment) in terms of reducing average bus delays and stops. A sensitivity analysis further demonstrates the potential of the proposed approach to be applied to bus priority control systems in real‐time under different traffic demands, bus stop locations, and maximum speed limits. Design of passive vehicle suspensions for maximal least damping ratio

This paper studies the use of the least damping ratio among system poles as a performance metric in passive vehicle suspensions. Methods are developed which allow optimal solutions to be computed in terms of non-dimensional quantities in a quarter-car vehicle model. Solutions are provided in graphical form for convenient use across vehicle types. Three suspension arrangements are studied: the standard suspension involving a parallel spring and damper and two further suspension arrangements involving an inerter. The key parameters for the optimal solutions are the ratios of unsprung mass to sprung mass and suspension static stiffness to tyre vertical stiffness. A discussion is provided of performance trends in terms of the key parameters. A comparison is made with the optimisation of ride comfort and tyre grip metrics for various vehicle types.     

论我国公路交通应急及运输保障体系的建设

针对自然灾害或重大事件(如5.12四川汶川发生的8级地震;2007年末,2008年初之际,我国南方大部分地区发生50年一遇的特大雪灾等)引发的应急情况的运输物资保障问题,一些机场关闭,公路、铁路部分路段封闭,给人民群众出行和物资运输带来极大困难,交通应急运输需求显得更加迫切。以国外公路应急及运输保障的经验以及对我国建立应急运输保障体系的启迪为依据,运用系统方法论,通过比较法,分析研究了我国公路交通应急运输保障的发展状况并深入剖析了我国在公路交通应急运输方面存在的主要问题,提出了构建我国应急物资运输保障体系的措施与建议。     

多自由度线性系统在非结构扰动下鲁棒稳定的扰动界

本文讨论多自由度线性系统在非结构扰动下鲁棒稳定的扰动界.分别应用L扭punov 方法和基于矩阵的Kroncker乘积与其它组合矩阵的性质的方法,导出了使扰动系统 保持渐近稳定的、直接由系统的系数矩阵扰动项表示的扰动界。文末给出了用于阐明 所得结果的数值算例。
