基于视觉识别的城市区域限时停车系统研究

针对社会服务机构附近车流量大,车位需求大,而部分车辆长时间滞留导致交通堵塞及路侧临时停车位使用效率不高的问题,提出了在城市部分区域建立基于视觉识别的限时停车系统。本文分析了系统构建模式,通过对限时区域功能分类,分别建立了相应的最优车辆停留时间模型,并以武汉市某小学周边区域为例进行了分析。区域限时停车系统的建立对于解决城市局部交通拥堵及停车困难问题具有重要的意义。

Sense of Place as a Source of Tension in Canada’s West Coast Energy Conflicts

Canada’s west coast has been a hotspot of environmental conflict, most recently in defense of climate action and natural places under threat by energy development. This study examined sense of place as a source of tension in conflicts sparked by two energy proposals. The Bute Inlet run-of-river hydroelectric project would power British Columbia’s remote Central Coast, and the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion would transport bitumen from Alberta’s oil sands to tankers for export. Surveys, interviews, and mapping were used to investigate the depth and character of participants’ sense of favorite places and places expected to be affected by the projects, with appreciation, concern, and responsibility for nature as organizing themes. We discovered a regional, nature-centric sense of place on the south coast, and a sense of place among Albertans linked to that province’s oil and gas economy and its reputation as Canada’s chief breadwinner. Ties to natural places were found to underpin environmental advocacy by tapping into deep place connections as well as place connections conveyed through network ideologies and the protests themselves. We outline for consideration key characteristics of a regional sense of place, and offer ways to mitigate place-based economy versus environment conflicts.

Ad Hoc网络中基于身份的密钥管理及认证

提出了在AdHoe网络中一种分布式基于身份的密钥管理及认证方法。每个节点使用其身份作为公钥,主密钥由各节点的私钥分享,从而形成基于身份的门限分布式密钥管理。该方法不仅提供了点对点的认证,而且节省了网络带宽和节点的能量消耗,具有很高的效率和鲁棒性。     

多传感器系统中的身份融合技术研究

文章介绍了在多传感器系统中身份融合的三种方法,并重点介绍和分析了D-S证据理论法及其改进算法,指出了各自的优劣,最后建议采用D-S证据理论法与其改进算法相结合的途径来进行身份融合。     

基于集对同一度的装备研制方案评价模型

在装备研制方案探索的早期决策阶段,已获得的评价指标很难全部具体量化,已量化的指标又具有不同的量纲,这给装备研制方案的评价和优选工作带来一定困难。运用集对分析理论,建立了基于集对同一度的装备研制方案评价模型,并通过实例进行仿真。建模过程和仿真结果表明：该模型能有效地克服上述困难;建立的模型计算过程层次清晰,可操作性强;模型能充分利用研制方案的评价指标信息,评价结果可信度高。     

Legitimising risk taking: articulating dangerous behaviour on the road

Using a deliberative approach 228 members of the public from four locations in the United Kingdom took part in six focus groups that met on three occasions. Applying a model based on two interlocking sets of theories (Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behaviour and Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory) in the analysis of participants' responses, the paper explores the social and environmental systems that an individual interacts with in the articulation of risky behaviours on the road. Participants discussed how taking risks changed over their lifecourse and how they became safer with age. Social norms and perceived behavioural control influence road user safety behaviour through the exchanging of attitudes, and younger drivers especially are more likely to embrace the symbolic role of the car. The paper concludes that the nature of identity and culture within risk taking is important when designing interventions on the ground.     

基于身份标签的一体化网络接入认证方案

本文针对一体化网络体系结构中接入认证机制的安全问题,提出一种基于身份标签的一体化网络新型接入认证方案,该方案采用"挑战-应答"的方式,充分结合一体化网络体系结构的特点与现有数字证书机制的优势,实现用户终端与接入网络的双向认证;并且,该方案采用"身份标签"将接入用户的数字证书与接入标志绑定,实现用户的身份信息与用户终端的真实对应关系;同时,通过对用户终端实施可持续性认证,有效地保障了一体化网络体系中信息源的真实性,从而提高一体化网络接入的可控可管性。最后对该方案的安全性与初始接入认证过程的性能进行定性分析与比较,并对身份标签的可持续性认证进行会话性能分析。     

索赔风险的模糊综合与辨识模型的应用

随着我国建筑市场的逐步发展和完善，工程索赔管理越来越受到建设各方的重视，对工程索赔的研究也越来越深入。对建设各方来讲，索赔风险的发现与识别既是索赔管理的首要任务，也是一个难点问题。运用索赔风险的模糊综合与辨识模型分析索赔风险，可以迅速而准确地解决这一难题。此文将对此方法予以介绍，并讨论其在索赔风险中的应用。
